Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of composite films and production processes thereof, and particularly relates to a sterile composite roll film for seed storage and a production process thereof. The sterile composite roll film for seed storage is composed of a surface layer, an inner layer and a core layer positioned between the surface layer and the inner layer; and the surface layer, the inner layer and the core layer positioned between the surface layer and the inner layer are bonded through a solvent-free composite process to prepare the sterile composite roll film for seed storage and the like. According to the invention, the inner layer and the outer layer have high ultraviolet resistance, the core layer is mainly a three-layer co-extrusion nylon water bag film, and polyvinyl alcohol is coated on the surfaces of the PET film and the nano composite film; therefore, the sterile composite roll film for storing the seeds, which has high toughness and strong bacteriostatic activity and can inhibit the germination of the seeds, is achieved, and meanwhile, the production process is simple and is a simple process, so that the process cost and the efficiency are superior to those of the production process of other products.

Background
When storing seeds, the germination of the seeds needs to be inhibited, and the seeds need to be stored under an aseptic condition, and the existing composite roll film has defects in toughness, bacteriostasis and production process, so that the development of an aseptic composite roll film for storing the seeds, which has high toughness and bacteriostasis and can inhibit the germination of the seeds, and the production process of the aseptic composite roll film for reducing the production cost is urgently needed.

3. The sterile composite roll film for seed storage according to claim 2, wherein: the additive is 1-2 parts of calcium carbonate, 2-3 parts of shading and uvioresistant white master batch thereof.

The sterile composite roll film for seed storage and the production process thereof according to claim 1, wherein the sterile composite roll film comprises: the three-layer co-extrusion nylon water bag film is prepared from 5-8 parts of nylon, 1-3 parts of EVOH, 2-4 parts of PP, 1-2 parts of calcium carbonate and 2-3 parts of shading and anti-ultraviolet white master batch through a three-layer co-extrusion process.
5. The sterile composite roll film for seed storage according to claim 2, wherein: the PE film is composed of 5 parts of high-density polyethylene, 4 parts of low-density polyethylene and 2 parts of additives.

The sterile composite roll film for seed storage according to claim 4, wherein: the three-layer co-extrusion nylon water bag film is prepared from 8 parts of nylon, 3 parts of EVOH, 4 parts of PP, 2 parts of calcium carbonate and 3 parts of shading and anti-ultraviolet white master batch through a three-layer co-extrusion process.
7. The sterile composite roll film for seed storage according to claim 1, wherein: the nano composite film is prepared by adopting nano ZnO as a raw material and konjak glucomannan as a matrix through a blending method.
8. The process for producing a sterile composite roll film for seed storage according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein: the production process comprises the following steps:
A. selecting raw material components corresponding to the surface layer, namely components of high-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene and additives in corresponding proportion, and uniformly mixing the raw material components in a mixer to obtain a surface layer mixture; the surface layer mixture is melted and then extruded from the head of each extruder, enters a blow molding machine, enters a processing flow channel, is lifted upwards, is naturally cooled in the lifting process, and is converted into a PE film through a closing mechanism arranged above the lifting machine;
B. the inner layer is a nano composite film, the composite film is prepared by taking nano ZnO as a raw material and konjak glucomannan as a matrix and adopting a blending method;
C. selecting raw material components corresponding to a core layer, namely components corresponding to nylon, EVOH, PP, calcium carbonate, shading and uvioresistant white master batch, uniformly mixing the raw material components in a mixing machine to obtain a core layer mixture, wherein three core layer mixtures are provided, the core layer mixture is extruded from respective extruder heads after being melted, then enters different processing flow channels of a blow molding machine, air is introduced into a blow molding machine to blow and expand a mold blank into film bubbles, the film bubbles are lifted upwards, the film bubbles are naturally cooled in the lifting process, and the film bubbles are converted into a three-layer co-extruded nylon water bag film through a closing mechanism arranged above the film bubbles after being lifted;
and D, directly adopting a solvent-free composite process to carry out composite forming on the PE film, the three-layer co-extrusion nylon water bag film and the nano composite film, wherein the three-layer co-extrusion nylon water bag film is positioned between the nano composite film and the PE film, then coating polyvinyl alcohol on the surface of the PE film and the surface of the nano composite film by using a coating method, and finally soaking in sterile water for 5-8min to prepare the sterile composite roll film for seed storage.
