Abstract
The invention discloses a double-shot injection molding method of a medical product, which comprises the following steps: 1) closing the upper die and the lower die to perform first color injection molding, and obtaining a first color product; 2) opening the upper die and the lower die, and ejecting a nozzle material of a first color product; 3) the first oil cylinder and the second oil cylinder retract simultaneously, so that the lifting plate drives the lower template to move upwards, then the third oil cylinder is controlled to extend out and the fourth oil cylinder retracts, the first rack and the second rack synchronously move in the reverse direction and drive the gear ring to rotate, the gear ring drives the rotating shaft and the lower template to rotate, the first lower mold core on the lower template rotates to be right below the second upper mold core, then the first oil cylinder and the second oil cylinder extend simultaneously, and the lifting plate drives the lower template to move downwards for resetting; 4) closing the upper die and the lower die to perform second color injection molding, and obtaining a medical product; 5) and opening the upper die and the lower die, and ejecting the medical product. The double-color injection molding method of the medical product effectively improves the production efficiency and the product quality.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a double-shot injection molding method of a medical product.
Background
The injection mold is an important process device for producing various industrial products, and along with the rapid development of the plastic industry and the popularization and application of plastic products in the industrial departments of aviation, medical treatment, electronics, machinery, ships, automobiles and the like, the application range of the injection mold is more and more extensive. An injection mold is a tool for producing plastic products; and is also a tool for giving the plastic product complete structure and accurate dimension. Injection molding is a processing method used for mass production of parts with complex shapes, and particularly relates to a method for injecting heated and melted plastic into a mold cavity from an injection molding machine at high pressure, and obtaining a formed product after cooling and solidification. For a double-color injection product (namely, the injection product is formed by injection molding of two groups of different plastics), the double-color injection product is formed by injection molding on a double-color injection molding machine on a double-color mold, but the existing double-color mold has the defects of complex structure, high difficulty in manufacturing the mold and high mold opening cost, and the production of the double-color injection product is restricted.

The invention aims to provide a double-color injection molding method of a medical product, which effectively improves the production efficiency and the product quality.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is to design a double-shot injection molding method of a medical product, wherein the medical product is injection molded through a double-shot injection mold, and the double-shot injection mold comprises an upper mold, a lower mold, a water gap thimble mechanism, a product thimble mechanism and a rotating mechanism;
the upper die comprises an upper die plate, a first upper die core and a second upper die core, wherein the first upper die core and the second upper die core are arranged on the upper die plate;
the lower die comprises a lower die plate, a first lower die core and a second lower die core, wherein the first lower die core and the second lower die core are arranged on the lower die plate; the structure of the first lower mold core is the same as that of the second lower mold core, a first color cavity for forming a first color product is formed between the first lower mold core and the first upper mold core, and a second color cavity for forming a second color product is formed between the first lower mold core and the second upper mold core;
the water gap thimble mechanism is arranged on the lower die and corresponds to the first color cavity;
the product ejector pin mechanism is arranged on the lower die and corresponds to the second color cavity;
the rotating mechanism comprises a lifting plate, a rotating shaft, a first oil cylinder, a second oil cylinder, a third oil cylinder and a fourth oil cylinder, the lifting plate is movably arranged in the lower die, the first oil cylinder and the second oil cylinder are fixed in the lower die, output shafts of the first oil cylinder and the second oil cylinder are respectively fixedly connected with the lifting plate, the rotating shaft is positioned between the first oil cylinder and the second oil cylinder, one end of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the lower die plate, the other end of the rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the lifting plate, a toothed ring is rotatably arranged in the lower die and sleeved on the rotating shaft, a sliding key is arranged on the inner wall of the toothed ring, the rotating shaft can axially move along the toothed ring, a sliding key groove matched with the sliding key is arranged on the outer wall of the rotating shaft, the third oil cylinder and the fourth oil cylinder are fixed on the outer side of the lower die, an output shaft of the third oil cylinder is connected with a first rack, an output shaft of the, the first rack and the second rack are respectively positioned at two sides of the toothed ring, and respectively extend into the lower die and are meshed with the toothed ring; the specific steps of injection molding the medical product through the double-color injection mold are as follows:
1) closing the upper die and the lower die to start first-color injection molding, injecting a molten first-color injection molding material into a first-color cavity, and performing pressure maintaining, cooling, curing and forming to obtain a first-color product;
2) opening the upper die and the lower die, then actuating the water gap ejector pin mechanism, ejecting the water gap material of the first color product, and taking out the ejected water gap material by the manipulator;
3) the first oil cylinder and the second oil cylinder are controlled to retract simultaneously, so that the lifting plate drives the rotating shaft and the lower template to move upwards, then the third oil cylinder is controlled to extend out and the fourth oil cylinder retracts, the first rack and the second rack synchronously move in the reverse direction and drive the gear ring to rotate, the gear ring drives the rotating shaft and the lower template to rotate through the matching of the sliding key and the sliding key groove, the first lower mold core on the lower template drives the first-color product to rotate to the position right below the second upper mold core, then the first oil cylinder and the second oil cylinder are controlled to extend out simultaneously, and the lifting plate drives the rotating shaft and the lower template to reset downwards;
4) closing the upper die and the lower die to start second-color injection molding, injecting a molten second-color injection molding material into a second-color cavity, and performing pressure maintaining, cooling, curing and molding to obtain the medical product;
5) and opening the upper die and the lower die, then actuating the product thimble mechanism, ejecting the medical product, and taking out the ejected medical product by the manipulator.
Preferably, a first slide rail and a second slide rail are arranged in the lower die, the first rack is connected with the first slide rail in a sliding manner, and the second rack is connected with the second slide rail in a sliding manner.
Preferably, an oil cylinder seat is fixed on the outer side of the lower die, and the third oil cylinder and the fourth oil cylinder are installed on the oil cylinder seat.
The invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that: the double-color injection molding method of the medical product effectively improves production efficiency and improves product quality.

The technical scheme of the specific implementation of the invention is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1 to 4, in a double-shot injection molding method of a medical product, the medical product is injection molded by a double-shot injection mold, and the double-shot injection mold comprises an upper mold 10, a lower mold 20, a water gap thimble mechanism 30, a product thimble mechanism 40 and a rotating mechanism;
the upper die 10 comprises an upper die plate, a first upper die core and a second upper die core, wherein the first upper die core and the second upper die core are arranged on the upper die plate;
the lower die 20 comprises a lower die plate 21, a first lower die core 22 and a second lower die core 23 which are arranged on the lower die plate; the structure of the first lower mold core 22 is the same as that of the second lower mold core 23, a first color cavity for forming a first color product is formed between the first lower mold core 22 and the first upper mold core, and a second color cavity for forming a second color product is formed between the first lower mold core 22 and the second upper mold core;
the water gap thimble mechanism 30 is arranged on the lower die 20, and the water gap thimble mechanism 30 corresponds to the first color cavity;
the product ejector pin mechanism 40 is arranged on the lower die 20, and the product ejector pin mechanism 40 corresponds to the second color cavity;
the rotating mechanism comprises a lifting plate 50, a rotating shaft 51, a first oil cylinder 52, a second oil cylinder 53, a third oil cylinder 54 and a fourth oil cylinder 55, the lifting plate 50 is movably installed in the lower die 20, the first oil cylinder 52 and the second oil cylinder 53 are fixed in the lower die 20, output shafts of the first oil cylinder 52 and the second oil cylinder 53 are respectively and fixedly connected with the lifting plate 50, the rotating shaft 51 is positioned between the first oil cylinder 52 and the second oil cylinder 53, one end of the rotating shaft 51 is fixedly connected with the lower die plate 21, the other end of the rotating shaft 51 is rotatably connected with the lifting plate 50, a toothed ring 56 is rotatably installed in the lower die 20, the toothed ring 56 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 51, a sliding key is arranged on the inner wall of the toothed ring 56, the rotating shaft 51 can axially move along the toothed ring 56, a sliding key groove matched with the sliding key is arranged on the outer wall of the rotating shaft 51, and the third oil cylinder 54 and the fourth oil cylinder 55 are fixed on the outer, the output shaft of the third oil cylinder 54 is connected with a first rack 57, the output shaft of the fourth oil cylinder 55 is connected with a second rack 58, the first rack 57 and the second rack 58 are respectively positioned at two sides of the toothed ring 56, and the first rack 57 and the second rack 58 respectively extend into the lower die 20 and are meshed with the toothed ring 56; the specific steps of injection molding the medical product through the double-color injection mold are as follows:
1) closing the upper die 10 and the lower die 20 to start first color injection molding, injecting a molten first color injection molding material into a first color cavity, and performing pressure maintaining, cooling, curing and forming to obtain a first color product;
2) opening the upper die 10 and the lower die 20, then, actuating the water gap ejector pin mechanism 30, ejecting the water gap material of the first color product, and taking out the ejected water gap material by the manipulator;
3) the first oil cylinder 52 and the second oil cylinder 53 are controlled to retract simultaneously, so that the lifting plate 50 drives the rotating shaft 51 and the lower template 21 to move upwards, then the third oil cylinder 54 is controlled to extend out, the fourth oil cylinder 55 retracts, the first rack 57 and the second rack 58 synchronously move in the reverse direction and drive the toothed ring 56 to rotate, the toothed ring 56 drives the rotating shaft 51 and the lower template 21 to rotate through the matching of a sliding key and a sliding key groove, the first lower mold core 22 on the lower template 21 drives the first-color product to rotate to the position right below the second upper mold core, then the first oil cylinder 52 and the second oil cylinder 53 are controlled to extend out simultaneously, and the lifting plate 50 drives the rotating shaft 51 and the lower template 21 to move downwards and reset;
4) closing the upper die 10 and the lower die 20 to start second-color injection molding, injecting a molten second-color injection molding material into a second-color cavity, and performing pressure maintaining, cooling, curing and molding to obtain the medical product;
5) the upper mold 10 and the lower mold 20 are opened, and then the product ejector mechanism 40 is operated to eject the medical product, and the ejected medical product is taken out by the manipulator.
The lower mold 20 is provided with a first slide rail 24 and a second slide rail 25, the first rack 57 is slidably connected to the first slide rail 24, and the second rack 58 is slidably connected to the second slide rail 25.
A cylinder block 6 is fixed to an outer side of the lower mold 20, and the third cylinder 54 and the fourth cylinder 55 are mounted on the cylinder block 6.
