In the present invention, electromagnetic valves are provided on one side of the discharge hopper 10 and one side of the two delivery hoses 32, and the feeding and discharging can be controlled by the electromagnetic valves.

The working principle is as follows: firstly, the box door 6 is opened, the raw materials are respectively put into the two premixing boxes 30 through the feed hopper 31, at this time, the rotating motor 20 is started, the driving gear 21 is meshed with the driven gear 19, so that the first stirring shaft 17 can be driven to rotate, the movable plate 22 can be driven to reciprocate through the meshing motion of the half gear 26 and the two rows of convex teeth 25, the movable plate 22 can drive the premixing boxes 30 to move, the second stirring shaft 33 is driven to reciprocate along with the premixing boxes 30, the effect of reciprocating rotation can be realized in the moving process of the second stirring shaft 33 because the transmission gear 35 is meshed with the rack 36, further, the effect of preliminary stirring and mixing of the raw materials in the premixing boxes 30 is realized, then the electromagnetic valve on the conveying hose 32 is opened, at this time, the preliminary mixed raw materials flow into the mixing box 8 along with the conveying hose 32, and when the rotating motor 20 drives the first stirring shaft 17 to rotate, the first stirring blade 18 can be driven to rotate, so as to realize the effect of further stirring and mixing the raw materials in the mixing box 8, meanwhile, in the process of moving the movable plate 22 back and forth, the two rows of convex teeth 25 are respectively engaged with the two pinions 28 to respectively drive the two rotating rods 27 to do reciprocating rotation relatively back and forth, and further the two belts 29 are respectively used for driving the two nut pipes 13 to do reciprocating rotation relatively back and forth, so as to drive the two threaded rods 14 to do reciprocating movement relatively up and down, and simultaneously drive the two sliding blocks 15 to do reciprocating sliding relatively up and down, further the two connecting rods 16 are respectively used for driving the two hinging blocks 12 to do reciprocating movement relatively up and down, so as to realize that the mixing box 8 does reciprocating swing back and forth around the hinging seat 7, so as to drive the raw materials in the mixing box 8 to slide back and forth, thereby improving the mixing sufficiency, and when the mixing box 8 is, the mixing box can be put into the premixing box 30 again for synchronous premixing with the next batch of mixed raw materials, thereby greatly improving the mixing efficiency, fully utilizing the energy and time, after the raw materials in the mixing box 8 are mixed, the mixing box 8 is stopped in a state of inclining downwards near the right, the discharge hopper 10 is just aligned to the discharge pipe 11 at the moment, then the electromagnetic valve is opened, so that the raw materials are directly discharged into the discharge pipe 11 through the discharge hopper 10, thereby realizing the discharging effect, the mixing box 8 in an inclined state can greatly improve the discharging efficiency, being convenient for discharging and simultaneously improving the discharging cleanliness, the swinging of the mixing box 8 and the moving of the premixing box 30 can be facilitated through the matching of the delivery hose 32 and the opening 9, and because the mixing chamber 4 is in a relatively closed state, the opening 9 can not cause too large dust and pollution odor, whole equipment structure is simple, reasonable in design, and the practicality is strong.
