When the 220V power supply is connected, 12V voltage is generated in the auxiliary power supply, only weak current exists in the capacitor, and weak voltage exists in the transformer, namely, the standby state is achieved; when a welding gun or a welding tongs are short-circuited with a workpiece and a grounding end through a welding drawing assembly, current passes through the current transformer, the current passes through the rectifying circuit and the first integrated circuit, the output end of the first integrated circuit is in a low level, the triode is conducted at the moment, then the photodiode in the second integrated circuit emits light, the coupling end of the second integrated circuit is conducted, the bidirectional thyristor alternating current switch is conducted, all voltages are applied to the primary end of the transformer, and the secondary end of the transformer generates low voltage meeting the requirement, so that the welding of the workpiece can be realized; wherein the singlechip can adjust and control the welding time.
