When the first brush 431 and the second brush 432 rotate, the second motor 422 can be correspondingly started, the power driving end of the second motor 422 can drive the driving wheel 426 to rotate, the driven wheel 423 is synchronously driven to rotate under the action of the belt 427, the first screw rod 424 and the second screw rod 425 jointly penetrate through the inside of the driven wheel 423, the thread directions of the first screw rod 424 and the second screw rod 425 are opposite, and the outside is sleeved with a wire cylinder 428, so when the second motor 422 is started, the first screw rod 424 and the second screw rod 425 can be finally driven to rotate, the wire cylinder 428 is driven to drive the corresponding moving seat 429 to simultaneously move inwards or outwards, when in practical application, the position of the brush head assembly 43 can be adjusted according to the width of the packaging machine until the first brush 431 and the second brush 432 are attached to the side wall of the packaging machine and then the second motor 422 can be closed, the cleaning of the packaging machine is realized, and the second hydraulic rod 34 is correspondingly started at the same time of cleaning, the telescoping end of the brush head assembly can facilitate the forward movement of the brush head assembly 43, and if the corner is to be cleaned, the fastening bolt 435 is loosened, and the second brush 432 is adjusted to a proper angle and then screwed down.
After the washing is finished, the first motor 436 is turned off, the fan 441 and the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 443 are started, after the fan 441 is started, external wind can be sucked in under the action of the air inlet pipe 447, then the wind passes through the air outlet pipe 445 and is discharged into the air inlet box 444, and finally the wind can be sprayed out from the plurality of nozzles 446, so that the packaging machine can achieve the effect of quick drying, and the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 443 can be turned on to play a role of sterilization, so that the food safety is guaranteed.
After the drying and sterilization are finished, the first hydraulic rod 31 and the second hydraulic rod 34 can be started again, so that the whole cleaning mechanism 4 stretches to the minimum, the occupation of the space area can be reduced, the cart 1 is pushed again, the cart is stored, and the next cleaning and the use are convenient.
