Abstract
The invention discloses an auxiliary device for radiotherapy, which comprises a treatment mechanism, a light limiting cylinder, a rotary workbench for placing the light limiting cylinder and a clamping mechanism for clamping and moving the light limiting cylinder; the clamping mechanism comprises a supporting seat, a rotating platform arranged on the supporting seat, an articulated arm arranged on the rotating platform and a clamping assembly arranged at the end part of the articulated arm, and a clamping port of the clamping assembly is matched with the light limiting cylinder; the electron light limiting tube is reliable in structure and good in use performance, the electron light limiting tube is grabbed and clamped by the clamping mechanism and is transferred to the treatment mechanism to be fixed, the light limiting tube is prevented from slipping due to insufficient strength of people, the burden of a radiotherapy technician is relieved, and the work efficiency is improved. And the work of each rotary driving piece, the rotary motor and the driving motor is controlled through the control chip, so that the intelligent work of the device is improved, and the operation is convenient and fast.

Background
In radiotherapy, deep tumors are treated mainly by photons, but for superficial tumors, electronic radiation therapy is a common solution. The electron beam has small penetrating capacity and can effectively protect deep normal tissues, so the electron beam is the most common radiation in the field of radiotherapy at present. When the electron beam radiotherapy is carried out, an electron light limiting barrel is required to be placed on a linear accelerator head, the width of an electron beam which is allowed to pass through is limited, the beam limiting effect is achieved, and meanwhile a radiation field which is projected on the surface of a patient body is formed. The electronic line light tube has different specifications and sizes, is heavy in weight, needs two technicians to exert force together to hang the electronic light limiting tube on the machine head, is labor-consuming and troublesome to use, and can cause the situation that the light limiting tube slips off and hurts a patient carelessly.

As shown in fig. 1 to 2, an auxiliary device for radiotherapy comprises a treatment mechanism 1, a light limiting cylinder 2, a rotary table 3 for placing the light limiting cylinder 2, and a holding mechanism 4 for holding and moving the light limiting cylinder 2;
the clamping mechanism 4 comprises a supporting base 40, a rotating base 41 arranged on the supporting base 40, an articulated arm 42 arranged on the rotating base 41, and a clamping assembly 43 arranged at the end of the articulated arm 42, wherein a clamping opening 44 of the clamping assembly 43 is matched with the light limiting cylinder 2. The supporting seat 40 is an integral supporting structure of the clamping mechanism 4, and stability of the clamping mechanism 4 in the working process is guaranteed. The rotary table 41 drives the articulated arm 42 to rotate so as to drive the clamping assembly 43 to rotate, so that the clamping assembly 43 moves onto the rotary table 3 to clamp the light limiting cylinder 2, rotates to the treatment mechanism 1 after clamping, and treats a patient through the treatment mechanism 1. The operation is convenient and reliable, the service performance is good, the whole process is mechanized, and the large labor intensity of workers is avoided.
The clamping assembly 43 comprises a fixing frame 430 arranged at one end of the hinge arm 42, a clamping plate 431 arranged at the end surface of the fixing frame 430, a driving motor 432 arranged at the bottom surface of the clamping plate 431, a gear assembly 433 arranged at the top surface of the clamping plate 431, and a clamping body 434 connected at one end of the gear assembly 433, wherein the output end of the driving motor 432 is matched and connected with the gear assembly 433. The driving motor 432 drives the gear assembly 433 to move, and then drives the clamping body 434 to open or tighten through the gear assembly 433, thereby realizing the clamping function.
The gear assembly 433 includes a master gear 435 cooperatively connected to an output end of the driving motor 432, and a slave gear 436 disposed on a top surface of the clamping plate 431 and engaged with the master gear 435, wherein a first clamping body 4340 is disposed on the master gear 435, a second clamping body 4341 is disposed on the slave gear 436, and a clamping opening 44 for clamping the light limiting cylinder 2 is formed between the first clamping body 4340 and the second clamping body 4341. In use, the driving motor 432 is started to drive the main gear 435 to rotate and further drive the sub-gear 436 to rotate, the first clamping body 4340 is driven to move by the rotation of the main gear 435, and the second clamping body 4341 is driven to move by the rotation of the sub-gear 436, so that the light-limiting barrel 2 is reliably clamped through the clamping opening 44 formed by the first clamping body 4340 and the second clamping body 4341.
The main gear 435 and the sub gear 436 are both provided with a connecting plate 437, the first clamping body 4340 and the second clamping body 4341 each include a sloping plate 438 hinged to the connecting plate 437 and a clamping plate 439 connected to the sloping plate 438 in an integrated structure, and a clamping opening 44 for clamping the light limiting cylinder 2 is formed between the clamping plate 439 of the first clamping body 4340 and the clamping plate 439 of the second clamping body 4341.
The hinge arm 42 includes a first arm 420 provided on the rotation stage 41 and a second arm 421 hinged to the first arm 420, and an end of the second arm 421 away from the first arm 420 is connected to the fixing frame 430. The first arm body 420 and the second arm body 421 can rotate with each other, so that the height of the clamping mechanism 4 can be adjusted, and the light limiting cylinder 2 can be clamped conveniently.
A rotating motor is arranged in the supporting seat 40, the output end of the rotating motor is connected with the rotating platform 41, and the rotating platform 41 is movably connected with the supporting seat 40. The rotating motor drives the rotating platform 41 to rotate so as to drive the clamping mechanism 4 to move, and the light limiting cylinders 2 at different positions are clamped.
As shown in fig. 3, the rotary table 3 includes a base 30, a rotary seat 31 disposed at an upper end of the base 30, and a rotary driving member disposed in the base 30 and connected to the rotary seat 31, and the light limiting cylinder 2 is disposed on the rotary seat 31. The rotary driving member drives the rotary base 31 to move, and further drives the light limiting cylinder 2 to move.
Seted up on the roating seat 31 with 2 bottom assorted fixed slot 32 of light-limiting cylinder, fixed slot 32 below is provided with pressure sensor, pressure sensor communication connection control chip, and control chip respectively with rotary driving piece, rotating electrical machines and driving motor 432 communication connection. The pressure sensor senses the pressure of the light limiting cylinder 2, transmits a pressure signal to the control chip, and sends an instruction to the rotary driving part, the rotary motor and the driving motor 432 after the control chip receives the signal so as to drive the motors to work and finish the clamping action. The control chip adopts an STM32 single chip microcomputer.
As shown in fig. 4, the treatment mechanism 1 includes a medical linear accelerator 10 and a treatment couch 11, and the medical linear accelerator 10 is located above the treatment couch 11.

1. An auxiliary device for radiotherapy is characterized by comprising a treatment mechanism (1), a light limiting cylinder (2), a rotary worktable (3) for placing the light limiting cylinder (2) and a clamping mechanism (4) for clamping and moving the light limiting cylinder (2);
the clamping mechanism (4) comprises a supporting seat (40), a rotating table (41) arranged on the supporting seat (40), an articulated arm (42) arranged on the rotating table (41) and a clamping assembly (43) arranged at the end part of the articulated arm (42), wherein a clamping opening (44) of the clamping assembly (43) is matched with the light limiting cylinder (2).

The assisting apparatus for radiotherapy according to claim 1, wherein the clamping assembly (43) comprises a fixing frame (430) disposed at an end of the articulated arm (42), a clamping plate (431) disposed at an end surface of the fixing frame (430), a driving motor (432) disposed at a bottom surface of the clamping plate (431), a gear assembly (433) disposed at a top surface of the clamping plate (431), and a clamping body (434) connected at an end of the gear assembly (433), and an output end of the driving motor (432) is fittingly connected with the gear assembly (433).

The supplemental device for radiation therapy according to claim 2, characterized in that the gear assembly (433) comprises a master gear (435) coupled to the output end of the drive motor (432), a slave gear (436) disposed on the top surface of the clamping plate (431) and engaged with the master gear (435), wherein a first clamping body (4340) is disposed on the master gear (435), a second clamping body (4341) is disposed on the slave gear (436), and a clamping port (44) for clamping the light limiting cylinder (2) is formed between the first clamping body (4340) and the second clamping body (4341).

Auxiliary device for radiotherapy according to claim 3, characterized in that the main gear (435) and the slave gear (436) are each provided with an attachment plate (437), the first clamping body (4340) and the second clamping body (4341) each comprise an inclined plate (438) hinged to the attachment plate (437) and a clamping plate (439) connected to the inclined plate (438) as a one-piece structure, a clamping mouth (44) for clamping the light limiting cylinder (2) is formed between the clamping plate (439) of the first clamping body (4340) and the clamping plate (439) of the second clamping body (4341).
