The larger the flow rate of the irrigating fluid into the bladder, the better the irrigation, but care should not be taken to cause too much discomfort to the patient. The liquid storage bag and the connecting pipe form a washing mechanism, and the washing mechanism, the first clamping mechanism and the second clamping mechanism form a washing clamping unit.
When the catheter is inserted into the urethra in the prior art, the position of the catheter relative to the human body is easy to move, and the catheter can be possibly removed from the bladder. At this time, if the catheter is pushed into the urethra again, unnecessary pain is caused to the patient. In addition, urine in the bladder can also play the effect of impact to the catheter when flowing out for the position of catheter takes place to remove. The first clamping mechanism is arranged for fixing the position of the catheter.
As shown in fig. 4, 9 and 10, the first clamping mechanism includes a first clamping bar 41 and a second clamping bar 42 which are arranged left and right, the first clamping bar and the second clamping bar are both arc-shaped structures, and the first clamping bar and the second clamping bar may be plastic parts or metal parts. The first end of first clamping bar links together with the first end of second clamping bar is articulated to be equipped with the torsional spring between the two, under the effect of torsional spring, the distance between first clamping bar second end and the second clamping bar second end is minimum. Handles 43 are fixed at the first ends of the first clamping rod and the second clamping rod, and the handles are arranged to separate the second ends of the first clamping rod and the second clamping rod. During operation, the two handles are pinched to enable the two handles to gradually approach, and at the moment, the second ends of the first clamping rod and the second clamping rod are far away from each other. Thereafter, the first and second clamping bars may be placed on either side of the patient's thigh. Then, after the handle is loosened, the first clamping rod and the second clamping rod are contacted with the thigh of the patient and tightly clamped on the thigh. A support lug 44 is fixed to the first clamping bar, and a second clamping mechanism 5 is rotatably mounted on the support lug. As shown in fig. 10, the second clamping mechanism comprises a lower rod 51 rotatably connected with the support lug and an upper rod 52 hinged with the lower rod, a torsion spring is arranged between the upper rod and the lower rod, and the clamping end of the upper rod is contacted with the clamping end of the lower rod under the action of the torsion spring. The upper rod and the lower rod are respectively provided with a semicircular groove 53, and under the action of the torsion spring, the semicircular grooves on the upper rod and the lower rod are encircled to form a circular hole for clamping the fixed cylinder.
When the catheter needs to be clamped, the free end of the upper rod is pressed to separate the clamping part of the upper rod from the clamping part of the lower rod, and then the annular groove on the fixing cylinder is arranged between the semicircular grooves of the upper rod and the lower rod; after the free end of the upper rod is released, the fixed cylinder is clamped under the action of the torsion spring through the matching action of the upper rod and the lower rod. A damping part is arranged between the lower rod and the support lug, so that the lower rod and the support lug cannot rotate by itself, and the friction force between the lower rod and the support lug is enough, so that the relative rotation between the lower rod and the first clamping rod can be realized only by applying a certain force; on one hand, the position of the lower rod can be fixed, and on the other hand, the position of the lower rod is convenient to adjust, so that the catheter is in a proper position.
As shown in fig. 11, the lower rod and the first clamping rod may also be fixedly connected, and the lower rod is made of a material that is easy to bend, and can be shaped after being bent. Since the thighs of the human body have different thicknesses, the thighs closer to the hip are thicker, and the thighs closer to the knee are thinner. After the thigh of the patient is clamped by the first clamping mechanism, the first clamping mechanism cannot slip on the thigh, and discomfort caused by overlarge pressure between the first clamping mechanism and the thigh is avoided. As shown in fig. 13, spacers 45 are provided on the inner walls of the first and second clamping bars. The whole cushion block is arc-shaped, the cross section of the cushion block is conical, and the cushion block is made of silica gel; on the one hand, the squeezing of the thigh is reduced and on the other hand the friction between the first clamping structure and the thigh is increased. The wider end of the cushion block is arranged at one side close to the knee when in use.
The method of use of the present invention will now be described, with the lid opened and the recovery unit, reservoir and first clamping mechanism removed for use, as shown in figure 13. First, the first clamping mechanism is clamped on the thigh part of the left leg or the right leg of the patient. The recovery bag is then connected to the recovery tube, the three-way valve is connected to the reservoir bag via the connecting tube, the valve at the third port is then closed, the valves at the first port and the second port of the recovery tube are opened, the catheter is inserted into the penis 61 of the male patient 6, and the inward pushing is continued until the catheter extends through the urethra into the bladder 62. At the moment, the valve on the recovery tube is opened, the air bag is continuously squeezed, so that urine in the bladder enters the catheter, then enters the air bag through the three-way valve and the recovery tube, and then enters the recovery bag through the air bag and the recovery tube, and the urine in the bladder is discharged. The valve on the second port is then closed and the valve on the third port is opened. The liquid storage bag is extruded through the pressing rod, so that flushing liquid in the liquid storage bag enters the three-way valve and the recovery pipe through the connecting pipe, and the flushing of the connecting pipe and the three-way valve is realized. And then closing the valve on the first valve port, opening the valve on the second normal port, and continuously extruding the liquid storage bag, so that the flushing liquid in the liquid storage bag enters the bladder through the connecting pipe, the three-way valve and the catheter, and the bladder is flushed. After the flushing is finished, the valve on the third valve port is closed, the valve on the first valve port is opened, and the flushing fluid in the bladder is discharged into the recovery bag.
The invention has the advantages that: on one hand, the catheter and the thigh of the patient are relatively fixed together through the first clamping mechanism and the second clamping mechanism, so that the catheter is fixed; the patient is only required to be advised to move the thighs when nursing. Under the effect of first, second fixture, the position of catheter relative urethra is fixed, can ensure like this that the flush fluid can directly get into in the bladder, ensures the washing effect. When carrying out the cleaning operation, whole process does not need extra power supply, like power, air supply, only needs the bare-handed extrusion gasbag of operator or stock solution bag, can carry out urine recovery, bladder and wash the operation. When carrying out the washing operation, place the box between patient's two legs, insert the urethra with the catheter in, retrieve bag, stock solution bag and all place in the box in the second that corresponds, third box body, retrieve bag, stock solution bag all not with the bed body contact, guaranteed the cleanness of the bed body.
