A gastroscope with an adjustable front end angle comprises a tubular gastroscope body (1), wherein the front end of the body (1) is provided with a miniature image sensor (2) and a light-transmitting window (3), and the gastroscope is characterized in that the periphery of the body (1) is fixedly provided with at least 8 inflatable parts, the inflatable parts are sequentially and uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the body (1), one end of each inflatable part is close to the front end of the body (1), the other end of each inflatable part extends along the extending direction of the body (1), the end of each inflatable part is connected with an inflation pipeline, the inflation pipelines correspond to the inflatable parts one to one, each inflation pipeline is connected with an inflation device through a transposition assembly, the inflation device can inflate each inflatable part separately through the transposition assembly, the inflatable parts can be elastically extended in the inflation process to enable the body (1) to bend, the transposition assembly comprises a butt joint part (11) and a rotating part (12) which are concentrically arranged, butt joint spare (11) and rotating member (12) all are circular and both all set up the through-hole that supplies above-mentioned body (1) to pass with one heart, and rotating member (12) can rotate with one heart relatively butt joint spare (11), is equipped with air inlet (15) that communicate with above-mentioned gas charging line one-to-one on butt joint spare (11), is equipped with one on rotating member (12) and aerifys mouthful (16) with aerating device intercommunication, and rotating member (12) rotate in-process can make gas charging mouthful (16) communicate with each air inlet (15) in proper order.

Gastroscope according to claim 1, characterized in that the rotating member (12) is provided with a ball (17), the ball (17) is elastically mounted on the rotating member (12), the abutment member (11) is concentrically provided with a ring of track (18), the ball (17) is moved against the track (18) under the action of the elastic force, the track (18) is provided with a concave surface (19) lower than the track (18) at each air inlet (15), and the ball (17) can enter and exit each concave surface (19) during the rotation of the rotating member (12).
