Therefore, when the dust removing part swings towards the direction close to the host machine, the first elastic part is stretched, and the second elastic part deforms towards the inside of the triangle; when the dust removing part swings towards the direction far away from the host, the second elastic part is stretched, and the first elastic part deforms towards the inside of the triangle.
In consideration of the fact that the first elastic portion and the second elastic portion mainly function as a connecting portion and need to have good elasticity, the dust removing portion is mainly used for removing dust on the outer wall surface of the filter screen cover 2, and therefore the elastic modulus of the first elastic portion and the second elastic portion is smaller than that of the dust removing portion.
In consideration of the fact that the dust removing member 9 is not limited by other components in a free state, in order to ensure that the dust removing member can incline towards the direction close to the main machine, the length of the first elastic part is larger than that of the second elastic part of the dust removing member 9 in the free state, that is, the radial cross-sectional shapes of the first elastic part, the second elastic part and the inner wall surface of the dust cup body 1 are unequal-waisted triangles. Thus, in the free state, the dust removing unit can be promoted to incline toward the main body.
Example two
The embodiment provides a cleaning method of a filter screen, a cup body wraps the filter screen, a dust removal piece used for removing dust on the outer wall surface of the filter screen is arranged between the filter screen and the cup body, and the cleaning method comprises the following steps:
step 1: the cup body and the filter screen cover move relatively;
step 2: the suspended end of the dust removing part moves on the outer wall surface of the filter screen, so that dust and/or hair on the outer wall surface falls off from the outer wall surface and enters the dust accumulation area of the cup body, and the filter screen is cleaned.
Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the cleaning method for the filter screen cover provided by the embodiment are basically the same as those of the dust cup provided by the first embodiment, and are not repeated herein.
Particularly, filter screen panel can dismantle fixed connection with the cup, and fixed connection can be dismantled with the dust collecting equipment host computer to the cup, and step 1 can include following step:
applying a radial force to the cup (i.e., a force applied in a radial direction along the cup);
when the vertical force is larger than the connecting force between the cup body and the dust collection equipment main machine, the cup body is separated from the dust collection equipment main machine;
taking the cup body and the filter screen cover down from the main machine of the dust collecting equipment;
and taking the filter screen out of the cup body, wherein the cup body and the filter screen move relatively in the taking-out process.
Or, filter screen panel and dust catcher host computer fixed connection, the cup can dismantle fixed connection with the dust collecting equipment host computer, and the axial displacement of dust collecting equipment host computer can be followed to the cup, and step 1 also can include following step:
applying an axial force to the cup (i.e., a force applied in the axial direction of the cup);
when the axial force is larger than the connecting force (namely magnetic attraction) of the cup body and the dust collection equipment main machine, the cup body is separated from the dust collection equipment main machine;
the cup body is taken down from the dust collection device host, and the cup body and the filter screen cover move relatively in the taking down process.
Illustratively, the diameters of a plurality of radial sections of the cup body are not exactly the same along the axial direction of the cup body, and the step 1 further comprises the following steps:
the grip area for the dirt cup is selected based on the extended size of the user's palm and the diameter of the dirt cup's radial cross-section.
It can be understood that, in order to ensure the subsequent normal use of the dust removing device, after the filter screen is cleaned, the cup body needs to be reinstalled, and therefore, the step 2 further comprises the following steps:
inserting the cleaned filter screen into the cup body, and sleeving the dust removal piece on the filter screen;
the cup body and the filter screen are moved along the radial direction of the cup body, and the cup body is connected with a dust collection device host.
Or, the cup body is moved along the axial direction of the cup body;
the cup body is sleeved on the cleaned filter screen cover, and the dust removal piece is sleeved on the filter screen cover.
EXAMPLE III
The embodiment provides a dust suction device, and referring to fig. 7 to 10, the dust suction device comprises a dust cup provided by the first embodiment and a host connected with the dust cup.
Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the dust suction device provided by the embodiment are basically the same as those of the dust cup provided by the first embodiment, and are not repeated herein.
It can be understood that, for the structure of the main machine, specifically, it includes the shell 12, the main body 16, the handle assembly 13, the power supply assembly 14 and the motor assembly, the shell 12, the main body 16, the handle assembly 13 and the power supply assembly 14 are connected in sequence, the motor assembly 15 is arranged in the shell 12 and connected with the power supply assembly 14, and the cup body 1 is detachably connected with the shell 12.
From the viewpoint of force balance, in order to improve the use comfort of the user, the cup body 1, the shell 12, the main body 16 and the power supply assembly 14 are coaxially arranged, that is, the axis of the cup body 1, the axis of the shell 12, the axis of the main body 16 and the axis of the power supply assembly 14 coincide.
In order to support the cup body 1, the main dust suction device machine further comprises a cup body supporting plate 3, and when the cup body 1 is assembled on the main dust suction device machine, the cup body supporting plate 3 is located below the cup body 1.

In order to facilitate the assembly of the cup body 1 and the main body of the dust collection equipment and prevent the cup body 1 from falling off in the working process, the upper end surface of the cup body supporting plate 3 is provided with a guide rail (not shown in the figure), the cup body 1 is provided with a guide block (not shown in the figure), the guide block is inserted into the guide rail, and the assembly of the cup body 1 can be better guided through the matching of the guide block and the guide rail.
In order to remind a user that the assembly of the cup body 1 is completed, the guide block is an elastic guide block, the guide rail comprises a guide section and an assembly section, the guide block and the guide section are in interference fit, the guide block and the assembly section are in clearance fit, and the width of the guide section is smaller than that of the assembly section. Like this, in the assembling process of cup 1, the operator need use great power of gripping just can make cup 1 remove, in case cup 1 accomplishes the assembly, the guide block gets into the assembly section, and the power of gripping that the operator used obviously reduces to can remind 1 assembly of user's cup to accomplish.

Claims (10)
1. A dust cup is characterized by comprising a cup body, wherein the cup body surrounds the outer side of a filter screen;
the cup body is placed in the cup body, and the dust removing piece moves on the outer wall surface of the filter screen to remove dust on the filter screen;
the dust removing part comprises a first elastic part, a second elastic part and a dust removing part, one end of the first elastic part and one end of the second elastic part are respectively connected with the inner wall surface of the cup body, the other end of the first elastic part and the other end of the second elastic part are connected to form a common end, the dust removing part is connected with the common end, and the first elastic part, the second elastic part and the inner wall surface of the cup body form a triangle shape in the radial section;
when the dust removing piece is in a free state, the length of the first elastic part is greater than that of the second elastic part;
when the dust removing part swings towards the direction close to the host machine, the first elastic part is stretched, and the second elastic part deforms towards the inside of the triangle; when the dust removing part swings towards the direction far away from the host, the second elastic part is stretched, and the first elastic part deforms towards the inside of the triangle.
2. The dirt cup of claim 1, wherein one end of the dust removing member is connected to an inner wall surface of the cup body, and the other end of the dust removing member is a free end that contacts the filter screen.
3. The dirt cup of claim 2, wherein the dirt cup is annular in shape, the annular outer ring end is connected to an inner wall surface of the cup body, and the annular inner ring end is a free end.
4. The dirt cup of claim 1, wherein the dirt collection member is positioned at an end of the cup body adjacent to the main body of the dirt collection device.
5. The dirt cup of claim 1, wherein a magnetic attachment is provided at an end of the cup body adjacent to the main body of the dust extraction device;
one end of the dust collection device host close to the cup body is provided with a magnetic suction fitting piece.
6. The dirt cup of any of claims 1-5, further comprising an end cap disposed on a front face of the cup body, a fluid conduit disposed within the cup body, the fluid conduit being in communication with the fluid inlet, and a fluid inlet opening in the end cap, an area between the fluid conduit and the cup body forming a dirt collection area.
7. The dirt cup of any of claims 1-5, wherein a plurality of radial cross-sections of the cup body are not all the same diameter along an axial direction of the cup body.
8. A method for cleaning a filter screen, using the dust cup according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
step 1: the cup body and the filter screen cover move relatively;
and 2, step: the suspended end of the dust removing part moves on the outer wall surface of the filter screen cover, so that dust and/or hair on the outer wall surface fall off from the outer wall surface and enter a dust accumulation area of the cup body, and the cleaning of the filter screen cover is completed.
9. A dust extraction apparatus comprising a dust cup according to any one of claims 1 to 7 and a main unit connected to the dust cup.
10. The dust collecting equipment as claimed in claim 9, wherein the main machine comprises a casing, a main body, a handle assembly, a power supply assembly and a motor assembly, the casing, the main body, the handle assembly and the power supply assembly are sequentially connected, the motor assembly is arranged in the casing and connected with the power supply assembly, and the cup body is detachably connected with the casing.
