Abstract

A method and a device for providing data analysis results are provided, wherein the method comprises the following steps: a first NWDAF receives a subscription demand message of a data analysis result sent by a consuming function, wherein the subscription demand message carries a first analysis result type which is requested to be subscribed by the consuming function; the first NWDAF carries out requirement analysis and model management according to the subscription requirement message, and judges whether a service corresponding to the first analysis result type can be provided or not; and the first NWDAF sends a service response message to the consuming function according to the condition whether the service corresponding to the first analysis result type can be provided or not. In a general architecture of Network automation in a fifth generation mobile communication (5G) system, a Network Data analysis Function (NWDAF) is introduced into a core Network. The NWDAF is used as a bearer entity for customized data collection and intelligent analysis, can collect data from a Network Function (NF), an Application Function (AF), and Operation, Maintenance and Administration (OAM) of a 5G core Network (5GC), has intelligent analysis capabilities (such as calculation, training, inference, prediction, and the like), and outputs an analysis result to the NF, AF, or OAM for decision making by the NF, AF, or OAM.
In the existing scheme, the NWDAF data analysis capability may include intelligent capabilities of perception, learning, calculation, training, reasoning, prediction, decision, and the like, and the data analysis result is a result after NWDAF intelligent analysis. Currently, the types of analysis results that the default NWDAF can provide are registered in a Network storage Function (NRF), which is particularly suitable for offline training analysis and configuration. In a case where the NRF is unable to provide the target NWDAF to the consuming function, the consuming function may determine a first NWDAF according to a preset condition, and then proceed to step 21, and send a subscription requirement message of a data analysis result to the first NWDAF. Here, the preset condition may be preconfigured NWDAF information, for example, information that the consuming function is preconfigured with more than one NWDAF, such as address information, so that, in a case that the NRF cannot provide the target NWDAF, the consuming function may select a certain NWDAF (i.e., the first NWDAF) from the preconfigured NWDAFs and send the subscription requirement message to the certain NWDAF.
According to at least one embodiment of the present invention, in the case that the service response message in step 22 indicates that the first NWDAF can provide the service corresponding to the first analysis result type, the consuming function may further receive a first notification message of the data analysis result sent by the first NWDAF, where the first notification message carries a first data analysis result (such as a training model, an inference result, a prediction result, and the like).
After the characteristic of the data source of the first NWDAF performing the data analysis is updated, if the first NWDAF may further continue to provide the service corresponding to the first analysis result type, the consuming function may further receive a second notification message of the data analysis result sent by the first NWDAF, where the second notification message carries the second data analysis result, and the second data analysis result is a data analysis result newly generated by the first NWDAF after the characteristic of the corresponding data source is updated,
after the characteristic of the data source for performing data analysis by the first NWDAF is updated, if the first NWDAF cannot continue to provide the service corresponding to the first analysis result type, at this time, the consuming function may further receive a service termination request message of the data analysis result sent by the first NWDAF, where the service termination request message carries the first analysis result type. In this way, the consuming function may determine, from the service termination request message, that the first NWDAF cannot continue to be served for it.
In addition, when the life cycle of the training model corresponding to the data analysis result is completed, the consuming function may further receive a service cancellation notification message of the data analysis result sent by the first NWDAF, where the service cancellation notification message carries the first analysis result type, and thus, the consuming function may determine, according to the service cancellation notification message, that the first NWDAF cannot continue to serve the consuming function.
The methods of the embodiments of the present invention are described above from the NWDAF and the consuming function side, respectively. The above method will be further described below by way of an example of an interaction flow between entities.
Referring to fig. 3, in an example of the method for providing a data analysis result according to the embodiment of the present invention, the consuming function may be an entity such as NF, AF, or OAM, and the data source may also be an entity such as NF, AF, or OAM. As shown in fig. 3, this example includes:
NWDAF registers only NWDAF address and service Tracking Area (TA) area in NRF, and does not register specific intelligent service capability, i.e., does not register intelligent analysis result type (here, type field may be represented by analysis ID).
301. The consuming function (Consumer), which may be specifically an NF/AF/OAM entity, sends a subscription requirement of the intelligent analysis result to the NWDAF, where the subscription requirement may be specifically a requirement such as a training model, an inference result, a prediction result, and the like. Here, the subscription requirement includes an analysis ID, such as an analysis ID (MOS (QoE score) or an analysis ID (Abnormal Mobility Behavior), and may further include information such as a performance metric requirement, a time requirement, a location requirement, and a user identity.
The NWDAF starts requirement judgment and model management according to the requirement of a Consumer, and comprises the following steps: requirement analysis and mapping, running environment analysis, feature selection analysis, data source analysis and the like.
And 303a, if the service corresponding to the analysis ID can be provided according to the result of model management, the NWDAF confirms the service to the Consumer (indicating that the related intelligent analysis service is supported). If the NWDAF cannot provide the service corresponding to the Analytics ID, the NWDAF rejects the Consumer (indicating that the relevant intelligent analysis service is not supported), and may carry rejection reasons (such as that the performance metric index cannot be satisfied, the calculation power is insufficient, and the data source characteristics cannot be satisfied).
And 303bc, if the nwdaf can provide the service corresponding to the analysis ID, the nwdaf can also initiate a service registration message required by the intelligent analysis result to the NRF, wherein the message comprises information such as the analysis ID, the analysis type (such as online or offline), the model parameter, the calculation capacity, the performance metric index value and the like.
The conditioner returns a confirmation response and/or a cancel analysis result subscription message to the NWDAF corresponding to whether the NWDAF can provide the service in step 303a.
Through the above steps 301 to 303, the present example can solve the problem that, when the analysis result type of the NWDAF in the prior art is not registered in the NRF, the NF, the AF, or the OAM cannot obtain the required intelligent analysis through the NWDAF.
And 304, initiating Data acquisition subscription to related Data sources (Data providers), such as NF/AF/OAM and the like, by the NWDAF according to the Data source analysis result managed by the model, and acquiring related Data.
NWDAF performs intelligent analysis, such as model training, reasoning, prediction, etc.
The NWDAF notifies the Consumer of the results of the intelligent analysis (e.g., training models, reasoning results, prediction results, performance metric values, etc.).
Here, steps 304-306 can be performed with reference to prior art implementations.
307-308, if the characteristics of the data source are updated, such as the service experience requirement update of the APP application, the user movement rule update, the user number update, the user flow update, the NF deployment update and the like, the NWDAF acquires new data.
And 309, comparing data characteristics and data sources, judging requirements or managing models according to the newly acquired data by the NWDAF, and referring to the step 302.
And 309a, if the data source characteristics can still meet the requirements of the Consumer on the analysis ID after being updated, performing new evaluation and correction of intelligent data analysis according to the time period and/or the conditions of data source updating and the like, wherein the new evaluation and correction comprise evaluation and update of a training model (such as a QoE model, a mobile model and the like).
And 309b, if the data source characteristics do not meet the requirement of the Consumer on the analysis ID after being updated, the NWDAF initiates a service termination request to the Consumer, wherein the request can comprise the analysis ID and a termination reason.
309c, if the data source characteristics do not meet the requirement of the Consumer on the analysis ID after being updated, the NWDAF sends a service de-registration message to the NRF, and the message carries the analysis ID so as to perform service de-registration of the analysis ID.
According to the 309a result, the NWDAF initiates a service update to the NRF that is required by the intelligent analysis result, which may include an analysis type, an Analytics ID, a model parameter, an effort, a performance metric index value, and the like.
And 310b, the NWDAF sends an intelligent analysis result updating notification to the Consumer, wherein the notification can comprise an updating result and an updating reason, and if the training model is updated, the updating notification can also carry an updating number.
The Consumer performs local intelligence analysis result updating according to the result of the NWDAF, for example, the original model is covered when the updated training model is received.
Through the above steps 307 to 311, the present example realizes intelligent analysis result management and interaction in the case of data update.
And 312, judging that the life cycle of the model is finished by the NWDAF, and if the calculation power is insufficient, the performance indexes cannot be met and the like, aging the model and aging the analysis result.
The nwdaf sends a service deregistration message of the intelligent analysis result requirement to the NRF, which may include information of analysis type, analysis ID, model parameters, performance metric index value, etc.
Nwdaf sends smart Analytics service cancellation notification message, which may include Analytics ID, to Consumer.
NWDAF sends Data collection unsubscribe to Data source (Data provider).
Various methods of embodiments of the present invention have been described above. An apparatus for carrying out the above method is further provided below.
Referring to fig. 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a first NWDAF 40, including:
a first receiving module 41, configured to receive a subscription requirement message of a data analysis result sent by a consuming function, where the subscription requirement message carries a first analysis result type requested to be subscribed by the consuming function;
a judging module 42, configured to perform requirement analysis and model management according to the subscription requirement message, and judge whether a service corresponding to the first analysis result type can be provided;
and a response module 43, configured to send a service response message to the consuming function according to whether the service corresponding to the first analysis result type can be provided.
Optionally, the first NWDAF may further include the following modules (not shown in the figures):
and the registration unit is used for sending a service registration request message of the data analysis result to the NRF under the condition that the service corresponding to the first analysis result type can be provided, wherein the service registration request message carries the first analysis result type.
Optionally, the first NWDAF may further include the following modules (not shown in the figures):
the data acquisition module is used for initiating data acquisition subscription to a corresponding data source under the condition that the service corresponding to the first analysis result type can be provided, acquiring related source data and carrying out intelligent analysis to obtain a first data analysis result;
and the data providing module is used for sending a first notification message of a data analysis result to the consuming function, wherein the first notification message carries the first data analysis result.
Optionally, the first NWDAF may further include the following modules (not shown in the figures):
the second receiving module is used for receiving the characteristic updating information sent by the data source after the characteristic updating occurs;
the analysis module is used for carrying out demand analysis and model management according to the characteristic updating information and judging whether the service corresponding to the first analysis result type can be continuously provided or not;
the data providing module is further configured to obtain updated data of the data source and perform intelligent analysis to obtain an updated second data analysis result under the condition that it is determined that the service corresponding to the first analysis result type can be continuously provided; and sending a second notification message of the data analysis result to the consuming function, wherein the second notification message carries the second data analysis result.
Optionally, the registration module is further configured to send a service update message of the data analysis result to the NRF when it is determined that the service corresponding to the first analysis result type can be continuously provided, where the service update message carries the first analysis result type and an update content of the service analysis result.
Optionally, the first NWDAF may further include the following modules (not shown in the figures):
a service termination module, configured to send a service termination request message of the data analysis result to the consuming function when it is determined that the service corresponding to the first analysis result type cannot be provided continuously, where the service termination request message carries the first analysis result type; and sending a service deregistration request message of the data analysis result to the NRF, wherein the service deregistration request message carries the first analysis result type.
Optionally, the first NWDAF may further include the following modules (not shown in the figures):

in an embodiment of the invention, the first NWDAF 500 further comprises: a program stored on a memory 503 and executable on a processor 501, said program realizing the following steps when executed by the processor 501:
receiving a subscription demand message of a data analysis result sent by a consuming function, wherein the subscription demand message carries a first analysis result type requested to be subscribed by the consuming function;
according to the subscription demand message, performing demand analysis and model management, and judging whether the service corresponding to the first analysis result type can be provided;
and sending a service response message to the consuming function according to whether the service corresponding to the first analysis result type can be provided or not.
It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, when being executed by the processor 501, the computer program can implement each process of the data analysis result providing method embodiment shown in fig. 1, and can achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, details are not repeated here.
In fig. 5, the bus architecture may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges, with one or more processors represented by processor 501 and various circuits of memory represented by memory 503 being linked together. The bus architecture may also link together various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. The bus interface provides an interface. The transceiver 502 may be a number of elements including a transmitter and a receiver that provide a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium.
The processor 501 is responsible for managing the bus architecture and general processing, and the memory 503 may store data used by the processor 501 in performing operations.
In some embodiments of the invention, there is also provided a computer readable storage medium having a program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
receiving a subscription demand message of a data analysis result sent by a consuming function, wherein the subscription demand message carries a first analysis result type requested to be subscribed by the consuming function;
according to the subscription demand message, performing demand analysis and model management, and judging whether the service corresponding to the first analysis result type can be provided;
and sending a service response message to the consuming function according to whether the service corresponding to the first analysis result type can be provided or not.
When executed by the processor, the program may implement all the implementation manners of the method for providing a data analysis result applied to the first NWDAF, and may achieve the same technical effect, and is not described herein again to avoid repetition.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a consuming function 60 shown in fig. 6, including:
a first sending module 61, configured to send, by a consuming function, a subscription requirement message of a data analysis result to a first NWDAF, where the subscription requirement message carries a first analysis result type that the consuming function requests subscription;
a first receiving module 62, configured to receive a service response message sent by the first NWDAF, where the service response message is used to indicate whether the first NWDAF can provide a service corresponding to the first analysis result type.
Optionally, the consuming function may further include the following modules (not shown in the figures):
a service discovery module, configured to send a service discovery request message to the NRF before sending the subscription requirement message, where the service discovery request message is used to request information of a target NWDAF that can provide a data analysis result of a first analysis result type; triggering the first sending module when the target NWDAF is not provided at the NRF, wherein the first NWDAF is determined according to preset conditions.
Optionally, the consuming function may further include the following modules (not shown in the figures):
a second receiving module, configured to receive a first notification message of the data analysis result sent by the first NWDAF when the service response message indicates that the first NWDAF can provide the service corresponding to the first analysis result type, where the first notification message carries a first data analysis result.
Optionally, the consuming function may further include the following modules (not shown in the figures):
a third receiving module, configured to receive a second notification message of a data analysis result sent by the first NWDAF, where the second notification message carries the second data analysis result, and the second data analysis result is a data analysis result that is newly generated after a corresponding data source characteristic of the first NWDAF is updated.

a fourth receiving module, configured to receive a service termination request message of the data analysis result sent by the first NWDAF when the first NWDAF cannot continue to provide the service corresponding to the first analysis result type, where the service termination request message carries the first analysis result type.

and receiving a service response message sent by the first NWDAF, wherein the service response message is used for indicating whether the first NWDAF can provide the service corresponding to the first analysis result type.
When being executed by the processor, the program can realize all the implementation modes in the method for providing the data analysis result applied to the consumption function, and can achieve the same technical effect, and the method is not repeated herein for avoiding repetition.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware or combinations of computer software and electronic hardware. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present invention.

Claims (20)

1. A method for providing data analysis results, applied to a first network data analysis function (NWDAF), is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a first NWDAF receives a subscription demand message of a data analysis result sent by a consuming function, wherein the subscription demand message carries a first analysis result type which is requested to be subscribed by the consuming function;
the first NWDAF carries out requirement analysis and model management according to the subscription requirement message, and judges whether a service corresponding to the first analysis result type can be provided or not;
and the first NWDAF sends a service response message to the consuming function according to the condition whether the service corresponding to the first analysis result type can be provided or not.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the first NWDAF, in a case that the first NWDAF determines that the service corresponding to the first analysis result type can be provided, further comprises:
and the first NWDAF sends a service registration request message of a data analysis result to the NRF, wherein the service registration request message carries the type of the first analysis result.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein, in the event that the first NWDAF determines that the service corresponding to the first analysis result type can be provided, the method further comprises:
the first NWDAF initiates subscription of data acquisition to a corresponding data source, acquires related source data and carries out intelligent analysis to obtain a first data analysis result;
and the first NWDAF sends a first notification message of a data analysis result to the consuming function, wherein the first notification message carries a first data analysis result.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
the first NWDAF receives characteristic updating information sent by the data source after characteristic updating occurs;
the first NWDAF carries out demand analysis and model management according to the characteristic updating information and judges whether the service corresponding to the first analysis result type can be continuously provided or not;
under the condition that the service corresponding to the first analysis result type can be continuously provided, acquiring updated data of the data source and carrying out intelligent analysis to obtain an updated second data analysis result;
and the first NWDAF sends a second notification message of a data analysis result to the consuming function, wherein the second notification message carries the second data analysis result.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein in case it is determined that the service corresponding to the first analysis result type can be continuously provided, the method further comprises:
and the first NWDAF sends a service updating message of a data analysis result to the NRF, wherein the service updating message carries the type of the first analysis result and the updating content of the service analysis result.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein in case that it is determined that the service corresponding to the first analysis result type cannot be provided continuously, the method further comprises:
the first NWDAF sends a service termination request message of the data analysis result to the consuming function, where the service termination request message carries the first analysis result type; and sending a service deregistration request message of the data analysis result to the NRF, wherein the service deregistration request message carries the first analysis result type.
7. The method of claim 4, wherein in the event that the lifecycle of the training model corresponding to the data analysis result ends, the method further comprises:
the first NWDAF sends a service cancellation notification message of the data analysis result to the consuming function, sends a service deregistration request message of the data analysis result to the NRF, and sends a subscription cancellation message of data acquisition to the data source, wherein the service cancellation notification message, the service deregistration request message, and the subscription cancellation message all carry the first analysis result type.
8. A method for providing data analysis results, applied to a consuming function, is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a consuming function sends a subscription demand message of a data analysis result to a first NWDAF, wherein the subscription demand message carries a first analysis result type which the consuming function requests to subscribe;
and the consumption function receives a service response message sent by the first NWDAF, wherein the service response message is used for indicating whether the first NWDAF can provide the service corresponding to the first analysis result type.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein prior to sending the subscription requirement message, the method further comprises:
the consumption function sends a service discovery request message to the NRF, the service discovery request message being for requesting information of a target NWDAF capable of providing a data analysis result of a first analysis result type;
and under the condition that the NRF is not capable of providing the target NWDAF, entering a step of sending a subscription requirement message of a data analysis result to a first NWDAF, wherein the first NWDAF is determined according to preset conditions.
10. The method of claim 8 or 9, wherein, in a case that the service response message indicates that the first NWDAF is capable of providing the service corresponding to the first analysis result type, the method further comprises:
and the consumption function receives a first notification message of the data analysis result sent by the first NWDAF, wherein the first notification message carries a first data analysis result.
11. The method of claim 10, further comprising:
the consumption function receives a second notification message of a data analysis result sent by the first NWDAF, where the second notification message carries the second data analysis result, and the second data analysis result is a data analysis result newly generated by the first NWDAF after a corresponding data source characteristic is updated.
12. The method of claim 10, wherein in a case that the first NWDAF is unable to continue to provide services corresponding to the first analysis result type, the method further comprises:
and the consumption function receives a service termination request message of the data analysis result sent by the first NWDAF, wherein the service termination request message carries the type of the first analysis result.
13. The method of claim 10, wherein in the event that the lifecycle of the training model corresponding to the data analysis result ends, the method further comprises:
and the consumption function receives a service cancellation notification message of the data analysis result sent by the first NWDAF, where the service cancellation notification message carries the first analysis result type.
14. A first NWDAF, comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving a subscription demand message of a data analysis result sent by a consuming function, wherein the subscription demand message carries a first analysis result type requested to be subscribed by the consuming function;
the judging module is used for carrying out requirement analysis and model management according to the subscription requirement message and judging whether the service corresponding to the first analysis result type can be provided or not;
and the response module is used for sending a service response message to the consuming function according to whether the service corresponding to the first analysis result type can be provided or not.
15. A first NWDAF comprising a transceiver and a processor, wherein,
the processor is configured to receive a subscription requirement message of a data analysis result sent by a consuming function, where the subscription requirement message carries a first analysis result type requested to be subscribed by the consuming function; according to the subscription demand message, performing demand analysis and model management, and judging whether the service corresponding to the first analysis result type can be provided; and sending a service response message to the consuming function according to whether the service corresponding to the first analysis result type can be provided or not.
16. A first NWDAF, comprising: a processor, a memory and a program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, which program, when executed by the processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
17. A consuming function, comprising:
a first sending module, configured to send, by a consuming function, a subscription requirement message of a data analysis result to a first NWDAF, where the subscription requirement message carries a first analysis result type to which the consuming function requests subscription;
a first receiving module, configured to receive a service response message sent by the first NWDAF, where the service response message is used to indicate whether the first NWDAF can provide a service corresponding to the first analysis result type.
18. A consuming function comprising a transceiver and a processor, wherein,
the processor is configured to send a subscription requirement message of a data analysis result to a first NWDAF, where the subscription requirement message carries a first analysis result type to which the consuming function requests subscription; and receiving a service response message sent by the first NWDAF, where the service response message is used to indicate whether the first NWDAF can provide a service corresponding to the first analysis result type.
19. A consuming function, comprising: processor, memory and program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, which when executed by the processor implements the steps of the method according to any of claims 8 to 13.
20. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, which computer program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 13.
