Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of the embodiments of the disclosure are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the present disclosure. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a router restart method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The embodiment of the disclosure is suitable for restarting the router so as to solve the problem that the existing router is not convenient to restart. Optionally, in this embodiment, the router is controlled to restart through the smart screen, and further, the router is controlled to restart through a control application in the smart screen; the intelligent screen is an intelligent device and has the functions of voice recognition and the like. This embodiment may be performed by a router restart apparatus, which may be implemented in software and/or hardware, which may be integrated in an electronic device, such as a smart screen, configured with functionality to control router restart. As shown in fig. 1, the router restart method includes:
s101, if a route restarting event is identified according to the voice information of the user, determining a target router to be restarted.
In this embodiment, the route restart event is an event for restarting a router. Optionally, the user may send voice information to the smart screen when the user has a requirement for restarting the router; and then the intelligent screen can identify the voice information of the user after acquiring the voice information of the user to obtain text content associated with the voice information, and if the intention of the user is analyzed from the text content to restart the router, the route restart event is determined to be identified.
Optionally, in the case that a route restart event is identified, a target router to be restarted is determined. Furthermore, there are many ways to determine the target router to be restarted, where an optional way is to determine the target router to be restarted according to the router identifier if the router identifier is extracted from the voice information of the user. For example, if the voice information of the user is "degree of smallness, please restart the router 1", the router is identified as the router 1, and the router identified as the router 1 is taken as the target router.
Yet another alternative is to determine the target ue according to the ue id extracted from the user voice information, and use the router connected to the target ue as the target router. The user equipment is an intelligent terminal, such as a mobile phone, a tablet or a computer. For example, the voice information of the user is "degree of smallness, please restart the router associated with the device 1", and then the device identified as the device 1 by the user device may be used as the target user device, and the router connected to the target user device (specifically, the router connected currently or connected in history) may be used as the target router.
Yet another alternative is to determine the target router to be restarted according to the interaction information with the user. Specifically, in the case that the user is in a scene including a plurality of routers and the smart screen does not extract the router identifier and/or the user device identifier from the voice information of the user, the smart screen may query the user for the router that needs to be restarted, and determine the target router to be restarted according to the reply information of the user.
Further, as an optional manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, before recognizing the route restart event according to the voice information of the user, the method further includes: and acquiring the awakening voice of the user, and executing awakening operation according to the awakening voice of the user.
And S102, controlling the target router to restart.
Specifically, after determining that the target router is to be restarted, the target router may be controlled to restart. For example, the smart screen may send a restart instruction to the target router to cause the target router to restart. Or, the smart screen may send a restart instruction to the target router through the control application installed thereon, so as to restart the target router.
As an optional manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, after the restart of the control target router, the method may further include: and acquiring the restart success or failure information fed back by the target router, and displaying the restart success or failure information to a user so that the user can intuitively know the restart result of the target router.
It should be noted that, at present, for restarting a router, a user needs to manually plug and unplug a power supply to implement the restart, and the operation is not convenient; and if the router and the user are located in different places, for example, the user is in an office and the router is at home, the router cannot be restarted by adopting the current router restarting mode.
The router is controlled to be restarted by voice by taking the intelligent screen as an interaction intermediary, so that convenience is improved; simultaneously, instant router and user are located different places, and based on this embodiment, the user also can be through the speech information of telecommunication mode to the smart screen sending, and then realizes that the router restarts, has greatly promoted user's satisfaction.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the disclosure, the voice information of the user is identified, and the target router to be restarted is determined and the target router is controlled to restart under the condition that the route restarting event is identified according to the voice information. Compared with the existing scheme of restarting the router through plugging and unplugging, the router is controlled to restart through voice, and convenience is improved.
On the basis of the above embodiment, further, the intelligent screen and the target router are in the same local area network, and the intelligent screen and the target router are in different local area networks, and the intelligent screen controls the target router to restart in different ways. Optionally, as an optional manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, if the current router connected to the smart screen is the target router, that is, the smart screen and the target router are in the same local area network, at this time, the smart screen may send a restart instruction to the target router through the local link, so that the target router is restarted.
Further, as another optional manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, if the current router connected to the smart screen is different from the target router, that is, the smart screen and the target router are in different local area networks, at this time, the smart screen may disconnect the connection with the current router and establish the connection with the target router, and then the smart screen may send a restart instruction to the target router through the local link, so as to restart the target router.
Further, as another optional mode of the embodiment of the present disclosure, if the current router connected to the smart screen is different from the target router, that is, the smart screen and the target router are in different local area networks, at this time, the smart screen may further send a restart instruction to the target router by using a third-party server, for example, through a cloud platform, so as to restart the target router.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the intelligent screen may identify whether the current router connected to the intelligent screen is the same as the target router, and in two cases, that is, the current router is the same as the target router and the current router is different from the target router, different processing logics are used to control the restart of the target router, so that the intelligence of the intelligent screen is increased, and the application scenario of the restart of the router is widened.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of another router restart method provided in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. The embodiments of the present disclosure further explain how to determine a target router to be restarted on the basis of the above embodiments. As shown in fig. 2, the router restart method includes:
s201, if a route restarting event is identified according to the voice information of the user, determining the network state of the candidate router associated with the intelligent screen.
In this embodiment, the router with the same account information as the account information bound to the smart screen is used as a candidate router associated with the smart screen. For example, the smart screen is bound to account a, and router 1 and router 2 are also bound to account a, so that router 1 and router 2 can be used as candidate routers associated with the smart screen.
Optionally, the determining of the network state of the candidate router associated with the smart screen may be selecting the network state of each candidate router recorded most recently according to the timestamp from a routing network state table recorded by the smart screen.
Further, the network state of the candidate router associated with the smart screen may be determined, that is, a network detection instruction is sent to the candidate router to instruct the candidate router to determine the network state of the candidate router according to the unicast message sending condition, the authority configuration information, the network port connection state information, and the working state information of the candidate router; and acquiring the network state fed back by the candidate router. The network detection command is used to instruct the candidate router to detect the network status of itself.
Notably, for each candidate router, the smart screen may send network detection instructions to the candidate router via a local link or cloud platform. Further, for a quick response user, the intelligent screen can send a network detection instruction to the candidate router for the candidate router currently connected with the intelligent screen through the local link; the intelligent screen can send network detection instructions to other candidate routers in parallel through the cloud platform for other candidate routers which are not connected currently.
In this embodiment, each candidate router may select one, two, or more items of information to be detected according to the setting detection logic to determine the network status of the candidate router. Optionally, in this embodiment, the determined network states are different according to different information to be detected.
For example, for each candidate router, the network status of the candidate router may be determined based on the operational status information. Specifically, the current actual bandwidth of the candidate router is determined according to the download rate and the upload rate in the working state information, and the remaining available bandwidth is determined according to the current actual bandwidth and the total bandwidth of the candidate router; and if the remaining available bandwidth is identified to be smaller than the required bandwidth of the user equipment, determining the network state of the candidate router as a bandwidth limiting state.
As another example, for each candidate router, the network status of the candidate router may be determined according to the permission configuration information. Specifically, if the device identifier blacklist is identified from the right configuration information, the network status of the candidate router may be determined to be the device restriction status.
For another example, for each candidate router, according to the unicast message sending condition, the communication condition between the candidate router and the external network may be determined; furthermore, if it is identified that the candidate router is not connected to the external network according to the unicast message sending condition, the network state of the candidate router may be determined to be a network unavailable state.
For another example, for each candidate router, the network status of the candidate router may also be determined according to the unicast message sending condition and the network configuration information. Specifically, when the candidate router is identified to be unconnected to the external network according to the unicast message sending condition, network configuration information is queried to determine the current bandwidth mode of the candidate router; and if the current bandwidth mode of the candidate router is the wireless relay mode, determining that the network state of the candidate router is a relay limitation state and the like.
Further, for each candidate router, whether the candidate router is communicated with the external network or not can be determined according to the unicast message sending condition; if not, determining the network state of the candidate router according to the authority configuration information and/or the working state information; and if the candidate router is connected, determining the network state and the like of the candidate router according to the network configuration information and/or the network port connection state information.
S202, the network state in the candidate router and the candidate router matched with the network state extracted from the user voice information are used as the target router to be restarted.
Optionally, after the network state of each candidate router is obtained from the candidate router, the candidate router whose network state matches the network state extracted from the user voice information in the candidate router may be used as the target router to be restarted. For example, if the network extracted from the user voice information is in the bandwidth limited state, the candidate router with the network state being in the bandwidth limited state in the candidate routers may be used as the target router to be restarted.
And S203, controlling the target router to restart.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the disclosure, the voice information of the user is identified, the network state of the candidate router is obtained through interaction with the candidate router associated with the intelligent screen under the condition that the route restarting event is identified according to the voice information, the target router to be restarted is determined based on the network state of the candidate router, and the target router is controlled to be restarted. According to the scheme, the router is controlled to be restarted through voice, so that convenience is improved; meanwhile, the target router to be restarted is determined based on the network state, the router which really needs to be restarted can be selected from the candidate routers, and the flexibility of the scheme is improved.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of still another router restart method provided in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. The embodiments of the present disclosure further explain how to control the target router to restart on the basis of the above embodiments. As shown in fig. 3, the router restart method includes:
s301, if a route restarting event is identified according to the voice information of the user, determining a target router to be restarted.
S302, inquiring whether a user needs to restart a target router; if yes, executing S303; if not, go to step S304.
Optionally, there are many ways to query the user whether the target router needs to be restarted, and this embodiment does not specifically limit this. For example, as an alternative to this embodiment, the user may be asked in the form of voice whether the target router needs to be restarted. Specifically, the smart screen may broadcast a restart query voice to the user, so as to confirm to the user whether the target router needs to be restarted.
As a further alternative of this embodiment, the user may be queried whether the target router needs to be restarted by presenting the user with a restart query interface. Specifically, after determining the target router to be restarted, the smart screen may control the control application installed thereon to pop up a restart query interface of the target router, so as to confirm to the user whether the target router needs to be restarted.
As another alternative of this embodiment, the user may be queried whether the target router needs to be restarted by combining the two manners of voice and displaying the restart query interface.
Further, as yet another alternative of this embodiment, it may be queried whether the user needs to restart the target router by sending restart query information to the target user device held by the user. For example, in a case where the user is located at a different location from the target router (e.g., the user is at a company's office and the target router is at the user's home), the smart screen may send a restart query message of the target router to a target user device held by the user for confirming to the user whether the target router needs to be restarted.
S303, controlling the target router to restart.
Optionally, if it is determined that the target router needs to be restarted according to the reply voice of the user to the restart query voice, the target router is controlled to be restarted.
Or, if the target router needs to be restarted according to the operation of the user on the restart inquiry interface, controlling the target router to be restarted. For example, if it is recognized that the user clicks the confirm button on the restart query interface, it is determined that the target router needs to be restarted, and the target router is controlled to be restarted.
Or, if the target router needs to be restarted according to the reply information of the user to the restart inquiry information, controlling the target router to restart.
S304, displaying a general interface interacted with the user.
If it is determined that the target router does not need to be restarted, the smart screen may present a generic interface to the user for interaction with the user.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the disclosure, the voice information of the user is identified, the target router to be restarted is determined under the condition that the route restarting event is identified according to the voice information, and the target router is controlled to be restarted when the target router is determined to be restarted by the user. According to the scheme, the router is controlled to be restarted through voice, so that convenience is improved; meanwhile, a step of inquiring whether the user needs to restart the target router is introduced, so that the phenomenon of restarting the router due to false triggering of the user can be avoided, and the user experience is increased.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a router restarting apparatus provided according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The embodiment of the disclosure is suitable for restarting the router so as to solve the problem that the existing router is not convenient to restart. The apparatus may be implemented in software and/or hardware, and may be integrated in an electronic device configured with a function to control the restart of the router, such as a smart screen. The apparatus may perform a router restart method as described in any embodiment of the disclosure. As shown in fig. 4, the router restart apparatus includes:
