As shown in fig. 11, two sides of the bottom of the latch 5d are symmetrically provided with a limiting block 5d1, the top end of the limiting block 5d1 is abutted against the bottom end of the box cover 5c1 in the working state, and the limiting block 5d1 is used for limiting the movement stroke of the latch 5d by matching with the box cover 5c 1.
When the latch 5d moves to the highest position, the limited block 5d1 abuts against the lower end of the box cover 5c1, so that the latch 5d cannot completely slide out of the box body 5c2 upwards.
As shown in fig. 11, the pressing piece 5e is provided with a finger ring 5e 1.
Through setting up finger circle 5e1, further improve the convenient degree of staff's operation.
As shown in fig. 11, the elastic support mechanism 5f includes,
the guide rod 5f1, the guide rod 5f1 is axially and vertically arranged at the bottom end of the bolt 5d, and the bottom end of the guide rod 5f1 is in clearance fit with the bottom of the mounting box 5 c;
spring 5f2, spring 5f2 cup joints on guide bar 5f1, and spring 5f2 top is connected with bolt 5d bottom, and spring 5f2 bottom is connected with the inside bottom of install bin 5c, and spring 5f2 is used for carrying out vertical ascending elastic support to bolt 5 d.
The top end of the bolt 5d under the non-human intervention state extends out of the mounting box 5c through the spring 5f2, thereby limiting the box cover 2. The guide rod 5f1 increases the structural stability of the spring 5f2, prevents the spring 5f2 from bending, and improves the structural stability and the service life of the spring 5f 2.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the device realizes the functions of the invention through the following steps, thereby solving the technical problems provided by the invention:
firstly, an operator extends a plurality of lines into the box body 1 through the line through holes on the peripheral wall of the box body 1 and joints the lines.
And step two, an operator pushes the box cover 2 to the position right above the box body 1 through the sliding connection of the sliding plate 2a at the bottom of the box cover 2 and the guide rail on the sliding groove 1 a.
And step three, when the box cover 2 is completely covered on the top end of the box body 1, the clamping component 3 locks the box body 1 and the box cover 2, and the box body 1 can not slide out.
Step four, when the box cover 2 needs to be opened, an operator manually adjusts the ejection mechanism 4, so that the working end of the ejection mechanism 4 is inserted into the sliding groove 1a of the box body 1 through the insertion port 1b on the side wall of the box body 1 to be in contact with the clamping component 3, the clamping state is released, and the box cover 2 can be conveniently slid.

Claims (10)

1. An electric junction box is characterized by comprising,
the box body (1), the top of the box body (1) is horizontally provided with a chute (1a), the side wall of the box body (1) is provided with a socket (1b) and a wire passing hole, the chute (1a) is provided with a guide rail along the length direction, and the box body (1) is used for accommodating a line joint;
the box cover (2), the two sides of the bottom of the box cover (2) are symmetrically provided with sliding plates (2a) which are in sliding connection with the guide rails of the sliding grooves (1a), and the box cover (2) is used for covering the top end of the box body (1);
the clamping component (3) is arranged in the sliding groove (1a) of the box body (1) and on the box cover (2), and the clamping component (3) is used for locking the covering state of the box body (1) and the box cover (2);
the ejection mechanisms (4) are provided with a pair of ejection mechanisms (4) which are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the box body (1), and in a working state, the working ends of the ejection mechanisms (4) extend into the sliding grooves (1a) of the box body (1) through the insertion ports (1b) on the side wall of the box body (1) to enable the clamping components (3) to release the clamping state, so that the box cover (2) can be opened.
2. An electric junction box according to claim 1, wherein a handle (2b) is attached to the top end of the box cover (2).
3. An electrical junction box according to claim 1, characterized in that the snap-on assembly (3) comprises,
the spring plates (3a) are arranged in a plurality of numbers, the spring plates (3a) are symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the box cover (2), the spring plates (3a) are positioned in the sliding grooves (1a) of the box body (1) in the working state, one ends of the spring plates (3a) facing the closing direction of the box cover (2) are provided with chamfers, and the working ends of the spring plates (3a) abut against one ends of the inserting ports (1b) of the box body (1) in the sliding grooves (1a) in the clamping state;
fixture block (3b), fixture block (3b) quantity corresponds with reed (3a) quantity, and fixture block (3b) are installed in spout (1a) of box body (1), and the chamfer has been seted up towards the one end that lid (2) opened the direction in fixture block (3b), and fixture block (3b) are used for carrying out the joint to reed (3 a).
4. An electrical junction box according to claim 1, characterized in that the ejection mechanism (4) comprises,
the mounting rack (4a) is provided with a pair of mounting racks (4a) which are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the box body (1), and one side of each mounting rack (4a) facing the box body (1) is provided with a screw hole which is collinear with the axis of the interface (1 b);
the driving shaft (4b), the driving shaft (4b) is rotatably arranged at the central position of the mounting rack (4a), and the axis of the driving shaft (4b) is vertical to the side wall of the box body (1);
the knob (4c) is installed at one end, far away from the box body (1), of the driving shaft (4b), and the knob (4c) is used for driving the driving shaft (4b) to rotate;
the gear transmission pair (4d), the gear transmission pair (4d) is provided with a pair of output ends symmetrically about the driving shaft (4b), and the input end of the driving shaft (4b) is sleeved on the driving shaft (4 b);
the synchronous belt transmission pair (4e) is provided with a pair of synchronous belt transmission pairs (4e) and symmetrically arranged relative to the driving shaft (4b), one end of each synchronous belt transmission pair (4e) is connected with the output end of the gear transmission pair (4d), the other end of each synchronous belt transmission pair (4e) is connected with the telescopic control assembly (4f), and each synchronous belt transmission pair (4e) is used for driving the telescopic control assembly (4f) to work;
the axis of the telescopic control component (4f) and the axis of the interface (1b) of the box body (1) are arranged on the mounting frame (4a) in a collinear manner, the output end of the telescopic control component (4f) is connected with the threaded ejector rod (4g), and the telescopic control component (4f) is used for driving the threaded ejector rod (4g) to move along the axis direction of the interface (1 b);
the thread ejector rod (4g), the thread ejector rod (4g) and the flexible control assembly (4f) clearance fit, the thread ejector rod (4g) is in threaded connection with the via hole of the mounting rack (4a), and the thread ejector rod (4g) is used for enabling the clamping assembly (3) to release a clamping state.

the pair of rotating seats (4f1) is arranged, the rotating seats (4f1), the rotating seats (4f1) are symmetrically installed on two sides of the installation frame (4a) along the horizontal direction, and the axis of each rotating seat (4f1) is collinear with the axis of the plug port (1b) of the box body (1);
the number of the rotating sleeves (4f2) is corresponding to that of the rotating seats (4f1), the rotating sleeves (4f2) are installed on the inner side of the rotating seats (4f1), the rotating sleeves (4f2) are rotatably connected with the rotating seats (4f1), the axes of the rotating sleeves are collinear, the rotating sleeves (4f2) are in clearance fit with the threaded ejector rods (4g) along the axis direction, one end of the outer side of each rotating sleeve (4f2) is connected with the output end of the synchronous belt transmission pair (4e), and the rotating sleeves (4f2) are used for driving the threaded ejector rods (4g) to rotate;
the straight groove (4f3), straight groove (4f3) are around screw ejector pin (4g) axis evenly distributed, and straight groove (4f3) is along the axial both ends of screw ejector pin (4g) and with rotating sleeve (4f2) clearance fit of the axial through screw ejector pin (4 g).
6. An electrical connection box according to claim 1, characterized in that the limiting means (5) comprise,
the box cover comprises a first limiting groove (5a) and a second limiting groove (5b), wherein the first limiting groove (5a) and the second limiting groove (5b) are symmetrically formed in the inner wall of the bottom of the box body (1), the first limiting groove (5a) is close to one side of the box cover (2) in the closing direction, and the second limiting groove (5b) is close to one side of the box cover (2) in the opening direction;
the mounting box (5c) is mounted on one side of the top end of the box body (1), and the top of the mounting box (5c) is flush with the lip of the top of the box body (1);
the plug pin (5d), the plug pin (5d) can be set up in the install bin (5c) along the vertical direction telescopically, the plug pin (5d) abuts against the side wall of the first spacing groove (5a) and the second spacing groove (5b) under the working condition, the plug pin (5d) is used for limiting the sliding range of the box cover (2) on the box body (1);
the pressing piece (5e) is vertically installed on one outward side of the bolt (5d) and extends out of the side wall of the installation box (5c), a yielding groove for the installation box (5c) to slide is formed in the side wall of the installation box (5c), and the pressing piece (5e) is used for an operator to press down the bolt (5 d);
the bottom of the elastic supporting mechanism (5f) is connected with the bottom of the inner side of the installation box (5c), the top end of the elastic supporting mechanism (5f) is connected with the bottom end of the bolt (5d), and the elastic supporting mechanism (5f) is used for ejecting the bolt (5d) out of the installation box (5c) and enabling the top end of the bolt to be higher than the lip height of the box body (1).

the box cover (5c1), the box cover (5c1) is arranged at the top end of the installation box (5c), and the box cover (5c1) is used for preventing the bolt (5d) from being completely popped out of the installation box (5 c);
and the box body (5c2) is arranged below the box cover (5c1), and the inner wall of the box body is connected with the bolt (5d) in a sliding way.

The electrical junction box of claim 7, wherein the bottom of the plug pin (5d) is symmetrically provided with a limiting block (5d1) at two sides, the top end of the limiting block (5d1) abuts against the bottom end of the box cover (5c1) in the working state, and the limiting block (5d1) is used for matching with the box cover (5c1) to limit the moving stroke of the plug pin (5 d).
