the plug-in type conductor 3 comprises a conductor clamp, a conductor connecting seat 5 and a grounding wire connecting body 6; the conductor clamp comprises a left conductor clamping piece 8 and a right conductor clamping piece 11; the lower parts of the left conductor clamping piece 8 and the right conductor clamping piece 11 are both provided with fifth through holes 24; the middle part of the left conductor clamping piece 8 is bent towards the left side, the upper end part of the left conductor clamping piece 8 is bent towards the right side, and the upper end of the left conductor clamping piece 8 extends out towards the left side; the middle part of the right conductor clamping piece 11 is bent towards the right side, the upper end part of the right conductor clamping piece 11 is bent towards the left side, and the upper end of the right conductor clamping piece 11 extends out towards the right side; the conductor connecting seat 5 is an integrated structure formed by a bottom plate and a vertical plate, the vertical plate is positioned in the center of the upper surface of the bottom plate, the vertical plate is vertical to the bottom plate, and a first through hole 14 is formed in the vertical plate; the rear part of the grounding wire connecting body 6 is provided with a third through hole 18, and the front part of the grounding wire connecting body 6 is provided with a fourth through hole 19; the lower part of the left conductor clamping piece 8 is positioned on the left side of the vertical plate of the conductor connecting seat 5, the lower part of the right conductor clamping piece 11 is positioned on the right side of the vertical plate of the conductor connecting seat 5, and the rear part of the grounding wire connecting body 6 is positioned on the left side of the left conductor clamping piece 8; the left end of the first fixing screw 12 passes through a fifth through hole 24 on the right conductor clamping piece 11, a first through hole 14 on a vertical plate of the conductor connecting seat 5, a fifth through hole 24 on the left conductor clamping piece 8 and a third through hole 18 on the ground wire connecting body 6, and then nuts are screwed; a V-shaped socket 10 is formed between the upper end part of the left conductor clamping piece 8 and the upper end part of the right conductor clamping piece 11, and an inverted V-shaped cavity 9 is formed between the middle part of the left conductor clamping piece 8 and the middle part of the right conductor clamping piece 11.
The upper central parts of the left conductor clamping piece 8 and the right conductor clamping piece 11 are both provided with a seam 13.
The width of the seam is 3mm and the depth is 25 mm.
The number of the left conductor clamping pieces 8 is 2, the left conductor clamping pieces 8 on the right side are made of aluminum materials, and the left conductor clamping pieces 8 on the left side are made of alloys; the number of the right conductor clamping pieces 11 is 2, the right conductor clamping piece 11 on the left side is made of aluminum materials, and the right conductor clamping piece 11 on the right side is made of alloys.
The upper part of base 2 and plug-in type conductor 3's conductor connecting seat 5 fixed connection do: the left part and the right part of the bottom plate of the conductor connecting seat 5 are respectively provided with a second through hole 15; the left side part and the right side part of the base 2 are both provided with a first screw hole 16; the 2 second fixing screws respectively and correspondingly penetrate through the second through holes 15 and then are screwed into the first screw holes 16.
The insulating operating rod 1 comprises an insulating rod 20, a connector 21 and a stud 22, the upper end of the insulating rod 20 is in threaded connection with the lower portion of the connector 21, the stud 22 is arranged at the upper end of the connector 21, external threads are arranged on the stud 22, and the stud 22 is screwed into the second screw hole 17 in the base 2.
The ground wire connecting sheet 23 is connected with the ground wire connecting body 6 of the plug-in type conductor 3 as follows: the grounding wire connecting piece 23 is provided with a sixth through hole, one end part of the grounding wire connecting screw rod 7 penetrates through the fourth through hole 19 on the grounding wire connecting body 6 and the sixth through hole on the grounding wire connecting piece 23 and then screws the nut, the number of the grounding wire connecting screw rods 7 is 2, and the number of the fourth through hole 19 and the number of the sixth through hole are 2 correspondingly.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the grounding wire is connected with the enclosed bus in an insertion manner, so that the use is convenient and quick. The invention has good safety.

As shown in fig. 1-10, the plug-in type grounding wire device for the 0.4kV enclosed bus comprises an insulating operating rod 1, a base 2, a plug-in type conductor 3 and a grounding wire 4; the upper end part of the insulating operating rod 1 is in threaded connection with the lower part of the base 2, the upper part of the base 2 is fixedly connected with a conductor connecting seat 5 of the plug-in type conductor 3 (in the embodiment, the screw rod, the nut or the screw connection is adopted), the upper end part of the grounding wire 4 is fixed on a grounding wire connecting piece 23 (for example, welding; the lower end part of the grounding wire 4 is connected with a grounding device), and the grounding wire connecting piece 23 is connected with a grounding wire connecting body 6 of the plug-in type conductor 3 (in the embodiment, the screw rod and the;

The upper central parts of the left conductor clamping piece 8 and the right conductor clamping piece 11 are both provided with a seam (notch) 13; the width of the seam is 3mm and the depth is 25mm (or called width is 3mm and height is 25 mm; the seam is adopted, namely, a sectional type clamping piece is formed, when the size of the enclosed bus is not uniform, two sections can be independently contacted with the enclosed bus without mutual influence, the contact surface of the enclosed bus and the clamping piece can be ensured, and the reliable connection of the grounding wire is ensured).
The number of the left conductor clamping pieces 8 is 2, the left conductor clamping pieces 8 on the right side are made of aluminum materials, and the left conductor clamping pieces 8 on the left side are made of alloys; the number of the right conductor clamping pieces 11 is 2, the right conductor clamping piece 11 on the left side is made of aluminum materials, and the right conductor clamping piece 11 on the right side is made of alloys. Aluminum has light weight and good conductivity, but has poor mechanical property, and cannot ensure tight splicing for a long time and many times. Adopt the inboard left conductor clamping piece 8, the right conductor clamping piece 11 that are aluminium material, the outside is left conductor clamping piece 8, the right conductor clamping piece 11 of alloy, and this kind of conductor clamp (fastener) can guarantee the electric conductivity, can guarantee mechanical strength again, can realize for a long time, many times peg graft closely, connect reliably and corrosion-resistant, light in weight.
The upper part of base 2 and plug-in type conductor 3's conductor connecting seat 5 fixed connection do: the left part and the right part of the bottom plate of the conductor connecting seat 5 are respectively provided with a second through hole 15; the left side part and the right side part of the base 2 are both provided with a first screw hole 16 (the middle part of the base 2 is provided with a second screw hole 17); the 2 second fixing screws (or screws) respectively penetrate through the second through holes 15 and then are screwed into the first screw holes 16.
Insulating bar 1 includes insulating bar 20, connector 21, double-screw bolt 22, and the upper end of insulating bar 20 and the lower part threaded connection of connector 21 are equipped with double-screw bolt 22 on the upper end of connector 21, are equipped with the external screw thread on the double-screw bolt 22, in the second screw 17 on the double-screw bolt 22 screw in base 2 (namely, the upper end of insulating bar 1 and the lower part threaded connection of base 2).
The ground wire connecting sheet 23 is connected with the ground wire connecting body 6 of the plug-in type conductor 3 as follows: the earth connection connecting piece 23 is provided with a sixth through hole, one end of the earth connection connecting screw 7 passes through the fourth through hole 19 on the earth connection connecting body 6 and the sixth through hole on the earth connection connecting piece 23 and then screws the nut (the other end of the earth connection connecting screw 7 is provided with a nut), the number of the earth connection connecting screw 7 is 2, and the fourth through hole 19 and the sixth through hole are 2 correspondingly.
The base is the part that plug-in type conductor and insulating bar (insulating bar) link to each other, adopts square base, material: aluminum (aluminum is the best base material for reducing the downward acting force on the conductor clamp and ensuring the reliable connection between the conductor clamp and the enclosed bus).
The grounding wire is formed by stranding a plurality of strands of high-quality annealed copper wires, and is externally coated with a soft and high-temperature-resistant transparent insulating sheath, so that the grounding wire can be prevented from being abraded in use. The wire clamp is cast by using high-quality aluminum alloy which is commonly used at present for reference, and can meet the requirement of firmly connecting the grounding flat iron.
Use of: the V-shaped socket 10 of the 0.4kV closed bus plug-in type grounding wire device is inserted by aligning with the closed bus 26, the outer end part of the closed bus 26 is inserted between the left conductor clamping piece 8 and the right conductor clamping piece 11 and is in close contact with the left conductor clamping piece 8 and the right conductor clamping piece 11 (the left conductor clamping piece 8 and the right conductor clamping piece 11 are elastic bodies), the upper end of the grounding wire is connected with the quasi-closed bus 26, and the lower end of the grounding wire is grounded. When the grounding is not needed, the cable is pulled out.
The plug-in type grounding wire device of the 0.4kV enclosed bus is adopted to replace a locking and hanging sign board, the workload of arrangement of anti-power transmission safety measures is reduced, the rush-repair work of the 0.4kV low-voltage enclosed bus is optimized, the rush-repair duration is reduced, and the demand of restoring power as soon as possible after the fault power failure is met. In the emergency repair work of the 0.4 kilovolt closed bus in the high-rise residential district, the time length of safety measures for preventing the reverse power transmission is controlled within 10 minutes.
