the community physical examination service management system comprises:
the basic physical examination module is used for pushing a physical examination mode and also used for acquiring selection information of the physical examination modes of the group;
the individual information acquisition module is used for acquiring an inquiry questionnaire according to the selection information of the physical examination mode;
and the scheme recommending module is used for generating a personalized physical examination scheme according to the questionnaire.
The basic scheme principle and the beneficial effects are as follows:
in the scheme, the physical examination mode is set for summarizing and extracting the characteristics of each group. The responsible persons of the group can select a proper physical examination mode according to the self condition, so that the basic physical examination mode and the group have a certain matching degree. On the basis, the inquiry questionnaire is set, the group members fill the inquiry questionnaire according to self conditions, the filled inquiry questionnaire can acquire the relevant information of the group members, and the relevant information of the group members substantially reflects the physical examination requirements of the group members, so that the personalized physical examination scheme generated according to the relevant information of the group members can have higher matching degree with the physical examination requirements of the group members. In conclusion, the physical examination mode has a certain matching degree with the overall situation of the group, and then the complete personalized physical examination scheme is further generated according to the situation of each individual in the group, so that the matching degree of the physical examination requirements of the group members and the physical examination items is improved.
In the scheme, the related responsible persons of the group only need to decide the physical examination mode, and then the group members perform the filling of the inquiry questionnaire to obtain the final personalized physical examination scheme, so that the related responsible persons of the group do not need to decide the physical examination scheme for each group member, and the management cost is not increased. Moreover, the personalized physical examination scheme is generated according to the questionnaire for inquiry, so that doctor intervention is not needed, and the workload of the doctor is not increased.

The basic physical examination module is used for pushing a physical examination mode and is also used for acquiring selection information of the physical examination modes of the group. In this embodiment, the physical examination mode includes a package mode, a package mode + a self-selection amount mode, and a personalized mode. The package mode is to select one package from a plurality of packages which are originally set. The self-selection amount mode sets an upper limit of the amount, and the group members select physical examination items within the upper limit of the amount.
Specifically, the basic physical examination module is used for acquiring basic package selection information, controllable amount information and team basic information when the selection information of the physical examination mode is the personalized physical examination mode. The basic physical examination module is used for judging whether group members have professional habits or not based on the group basic information, generating common project recommendation information based on the professional habits if the group members have the professional habits, and obtaining common project selection information. The generation of the common item recommendation information based on the professional habits may be performed according to a preset rule, such as group members working in a dusty place, and the common item recommendation information may include chest CT to check lung conditions. In this embodiment, the controllable amount information includes a plurality of levels, and the controllable amount corresponding to each level, for example, high level 3500/person, middle level 2500/person, and employee 1600/person.
The individual information acquisition module is used for acquiring an inquiry questionnaire according to the selection information of the physical examination mode. Specifically, the individual information acquisition module selects an inquiry questionnaire from a pre-stored inquiry questionnaire library when the selection information of the physical examination mode is the personalized physical examination mode, and pushes the selected inquiry questionnaire to the specified object. In this embodiment, the individual information obtaining module is further configured to push pre-stored physical examination procedure introduction information and/or pre-stored physical examination popular science videos to the specified object. The designated object may be a related responsible person of the group, which is issued to the group members, or may be a member of the group directly. In this embodiment, the pushing mode is that the individual information acquisition module generates an access link of the questionnaire, and the access link is directly pushed to the specified object, or a two-dimensional code is generated based on the access link and the two-dimensional code is pushed to the specified object.
The proposal recommending module is used for generating a personalized physical examination proposal according to the questionnaire. Specifically, the plan recommendation module prestores a plurality of physical examination items, and each physical examination item is associated with a corresponding disease and a physical examination amount. The scheme recommending module acquires the hierarchy of the physical examination objects and determines the personal controllable amount of the physical examination objects based on the hierarchy of the physical examination objects and the controllable amount information. The scheme recommending module is also used for analyzing the disease risks of the group members according to the questionnaire for inquiry and generating personalized recommended items based on the disease risks, the personal controllable amount information and the pre-stored physical examination items. Specifically, the scheme recommending module judges whether the group members are ill or not based on the information filled in the questionnaire by the group members, if so, the generated personalized recommendation item is a sick related complication screening item, if not, the disease risk of the individual members is judged, and the disease risk is divided into three levels of high risk, medium risk and low risk. If the risk is high, the generated personalized recommended item is a diagnosis item of related diseases, so that the disease condition can be diagnosed conveniently; if the risk is medium, the generated personalized recommended items are functional items of related diseases so as to be further screened and make accurate prediction. And if the risk is low, the generated personalized recommended items are the items in the preset basic package, so that some conventional detection is facilitated.
Taking diabetes as an example, the questionnaire for consultation can be obtained by combining the Finland diabetes risk score questionnaire with the diabetes prevention and treatment guidelines and localized clinical indexes for adaptive adjustment. For example, whether the group member filling age exceeds 40 years, BMI index, whether the group member is calm, how much and moving, whether hypertension and past medical history exist and the like are required to be filled in the inquiry questionnaire, and the scheme recommending module recommends a diabetes complication screening project if judging that the group member has diabetes based on the information filled in the inquiry questionnaire by the group member; if the diabetes is judged not to be suffered but is high risk, a diabetes diagnosis item is recommended, if the diabetes is medium risk, a diabetes related functional item such as Ezscan (early detection of diabetes and complication risk) is recommended, and if the diabetes is low risk, an item in a preset basic package such as human body composition detection is recommended.
The scheme recommending module is further used for acquiring personalized item selection information and generating a personalized physical examination scheme based on the basic package selection information, the common item selection information and the personalized item selection information. In other words, the personalized physical examination protocol includes both basic packages, commonalities, and personalized items.

analyzing the disease risk of the group members according to the questionnaire;
determining a personal controllable amount of the physical examination object based on the hierarchy of the physical examination object and the controllable amount information;
generating a personalized recommended item based on the disease risk, the personal controllable amount information and the pre-stored physical examination items;
acquiring personalized item selection information;
and generating a personalized physical examination scheme based on the basic package selection information, the common item selection information and the personalized item selection information.
Example two
The difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment is that, in the community health service management system of the present embodiment, the plan recommendation module is further configured to package a plurality of personalized recommendation items into a personalized item package according to the information of the individually controllable money amount. The personalized package can be a plurality of packages according to different amounts. In this embodiment, the number of the personalized item packages is 4, the personalized item package of the first level only includes diagnosis items of high risk related diseases, and the total amount of the diagnosis items is less than or equal to the personal controllable amount. The personalized package of the second level includes all diagnosis items of high risk related diseases. The third level personalized package includes diagnostic items and functional items including all high risk related diseases. The personalized package of the fourth level includes all the diagnosis items of the high risk related diseases and all the functional items.
For example, the individually controllable amount is 2000 dollars. The 4 personalized item packages are respectively a 2000-level personalized item package, a 3000-level personalized item package, a 5000-level personalized item package and a 10000-level personalized item package. The 2000 metafile personalized item package only comprises diagnosis items of high-risk related diseases, and personal controllable money amount is not exceeded. The 3000 metafile personalized project package comprises more complete diagnosis projects, and the 5000 metafile personalized project package comprises not only diagnosis projects but also functional projects. The 10000 yuan personalized item package is the most comprehensive. Except for the 2000 metafile personalized project package, the excess parts of the other personalized project packages need group members to pay by individuals, so that the group members can select the personalized project packages suitable for themselves according to actual conditions.
The community health service management method of the present embodiment uses the community health service management system.
EXAMPLE III
The difference between the present embodiment and the second embodiment is that in the group medical examination service management system of the present embodiment, the plan recommendation module further divides the medical examination items into quota items and balance items according to the preset classification rules. The limit items refer to items with limited names in a certain time of the physical examination mechanism, and the difference items refer to items with the number of physical examination people being less than the maximum receiving amount for a long time. In this embodiment, the quota item and the deficit item, and the diagnosis item and the functional item are only different in classification rule, in other words, one item may be either a quota item or a diagnosis item.
The program recommendation module preferentially recommends quota items for members of the community whose risk of disease is high. In other embodiments, members of the community with intermediate or low risk disease need to wait in line (i.e., the limit item will be examined later) or select a functional item first, and then do the limit item after the functional item is screened to be high risk. The program recommendation module recommends a deficit item for the group members whose disease risk is low.
The community health service management method of the present embodiment uses the community health service management system.
