When the humidity sensor is used, the humidity sensor is attached to the surface of a measured object, when the humidity sensor senses external humidity, the resistance value of the sensor changes, a signal conversion circuit is adopted to convert humidity signals generated after the sensor senses the change into electric signals with corresponding change intensity to be output, performance parameters of the corresponding sensor can be obtained by analyzing the electric signals, and the working humidity range of the flexible film humidity sensor is generally-30-150 ℃. Conventional flexible film humidity sensors are small in size, typically between several millimeters and several tens of millimeters, and are manufactured in mass production by a full-page printing process similar to a printed circuit board, where the full-page size is typically a standard size, such as 300 × 400mm2 or 400 × 500mm2, and several tens or nearly hundreds of humidity sensors are designed on each page. At present, when the performance of a humidity sensor is detected, each sensor is heated and measured manually to obtain sensor parameters, when the number of the sensors is large, only a sampling mode can be adopted to select partial sensors for testing so as to judge the performance of the whole sensor, the measurement efficiency is low, and the measurement precision and the consistency are poor. In order to meet the customization requirement, the shape structures and interface specifications of sensors in different application fields are greatly different, and when an automatic detection system is designed, the measurement means needs to be simplified as much as possible, so that the detection requirements of most products are met as much as possible.

In the embodiment of the invention, during testing, the full-page flexible film humidity sensor 400 is placed on the base 301, and the alignment of the position of the test template 500 when the test template 500 is lowered is facilitated through manual alignment, after the test template 500 and the upper cover 302 are lowered, the control system 100 controls the air supply proportional valves on the steam generator 201 and the dry air bottle 202 to supply air to the air mixing chamber 200, the steam and the dry air generate gas with a certain humidity value in the air mixing chamber 200, then the gas enters the cavity inside the upper cover 302 through the air duct and contacts with the humidity sensor probe 401 through the hole on the test template 500, the control system 100 obtains the temperature and the humidity value of the air in the cavity of the upper cover 302 by reading the temperature and the humidity sensor inside the upper cover 302 in real time, simultaneously records the output signal of the sensor, after the signal acquisition is completed, the upper cover 302 is lifted, the full-page flexible film humidity sensor 400 is manually taken out, completing the test of the full-page sensor; the control system 100 simultaneously opens the exhaust valve of the air mixing chamber 200 and the dry air cylinder 202 to exhaust the moisture in the cavity of the upper cover 302 by using the dry air, and prepare for the next test.
After the test is finished, the upper cover 302 is lifted, the vacuum pump 600 is released, the whole flexible film humidity sensor 400 is taken out, if sensors of different types and models need to be tested, the pressing block 305 located at the rear part of the body 300 is lifted, the test template 500 is taken out, a new template is replaced, and then the pressing block 305 is lowered to be pressed.
It should be noted that the testing system of the flexible film humidity sensor 400 according to the present invention can be automatically controlled by the control system 100, for example, the lifting and lowering of the pressure block 305 are controlled, the electric proportional valve 203 is controlled to control the steam generator 201 and the dry gas cylinder 202 to supply gas to the gas mixing chamber 200, and the data acquisition system acquires data, as will be understood by those skilled in the art.
