when the driving piston 3 moves downwards, the locking block 4 locks the wellhead or the mandrel 013, hydraulic oil is injected between the driving piston 3 and the unlocking piston 6 through the oil way 110, the driving piston 3 moves upwards, and the locking block 4 is opened, so that a first unlocking mode of the wellhead or the mandrel 013 is realized; when the locking block 4 is locked, hydraulic oil is injected between the unlocking piston 6 and the fourth shoulder 21 of the outer shell 2 through the oil way 110, the piston 3 is driven to move upwards, the locking block 4 is opened, and a second unlocking mode of a wellhead or a mandrel 013 is realized; when the locking block 4 is locked, the unlocking lifting rod 7 is lifted upwards to drive the driving piston 3 to move upwards, so that a third unlocking mode of the wellhead or the mandrel 013 is realized.

Claims (7)

1. A marine submerged hydraulic connector, comprising:
the central shell (1), the central shell (1) is cylindrical, and a connecting hole is formed in the center of the central shell; an annular first shoulder (11) extending towards the outside of the center shell (1) is arranged on the outer side of the top of the center shell (1), and the first shoulder (11) is integrally connected with the center shell (1);
the inner part of the outer shell (2) is hollow, the outer shell (2) is sleeved on the outer side of the lower part of the center shell (1), and the top of the outer shell (2) is fixedly connected with the bottom of the first shoulder (11);
the driving piston (3) is sleeved between the center shell (1) and the outer shell (2); a second shoulder (31) extending towards the outside of the driving piston (3) is arranged on the outer side of the top of the driving piston (3), and the outer circumferential surface of the second shoulder (31) is in contact with and is sealed with the inner side surface of the outer shell (2);
the locking blocks (4) are arranged in a plurality, uniformly distributed around the outer circumferential surface of the outer shell (2), and arranged between the center shell (1) and the driving piston (3); a third shoulder (12) is arranged at the outer side surface of the bottom end of the center shell (1), a first notch (41) which is matched with the third shoulder (12) is arranged at one side, which is contacted with the center shell (1), of the locking block (4), and the third shoulder (12) is arranged at the first notch (41); the other side of the locking block (4) is contacted with the surface of the driving piston (3); the top of one side of the locking block (4) contacted with the driving piston (3) is provided with a second notch (42) which is matched with the shape of the second shoulder (31), and the second notch (42) is arranged above the second shoulder (31);
the driving piston head (5) is fixedly sleeved on the outer side of the bottom end of the driving piston (3), and the driving piston head (5) is in contact with and is sealed with the inner side wall of the outer shell (2);
the unlocking piston (6) is arranged in the middle of the inner side of the outer shell (2), an annular fourth shoulder (21) is arranged in the middle of the inner side of the outer shell (2), the unlocking piston (6) is arranged above the fourth shoulder (21), and is arranged between the outer shell (2) and the driving piston (3) to be sealed with contact surfaces of the outer shell (2) and the driving piston (3);
the unlocking lifting rod (7) penetrates through the first shoulder (11) and is fixedly connected with the top of the second shoulder (31);
a display rod (8) is arranged at the top of the first shoulder (11) in a penetrating way, and the display rod (8) passes through the first shoulder (11) to be abutted to the top of the second shoulder (31); the display device is characterized in that a first spring seat (16) is fixed at the joint of the top of the first shoulder (11) and the display rod (8), the display rod (8) is arranged in the first spring seat (16) in a penetrating mode, a second spring seat (81) is arranged at the bottom end of the display rod (8), a first spring (82) is sleeved on the outer side of the display rod (8), and two ends of the first spring (82) are respectively abutted to the first spring seat (16) and the second spring seat (81);
the top of display pole (8) is connected with stay cord (9), display device (10) are connected to the other end of stay cord (9), display device (10) include: a display panel (101), an indication circular plate (102), an indication rod (103), a fixed cylinder (104), a connecting cylinder (105) and a second spring (106); the connecting cylinder (105) is fixedly connected with the bottom of the fixed cylinder (104), two ends of the connecting cylinder (105) and the fixed cylinder (104) are both open and fixed in the display panel (101), the indicating rod (103) penetrates through the connecting cylinder (105) and the fixed cylinder (104), the top of the indicating rod (103) is fixedly connected with the indicating circular plate (102), a third spring seat (107) is arranged on the outer surface of the indicating rod (103), the third spring seat (107) is arranged in the inner cavity of the fixed cylinder (104), a second spring (106) is sleeved outside the indicating rod (103), one end of the second spring (106) is abutted to the bottom of the third spring seat (107), and the other end of the second spring is abutted to the top end face of the connecting cylinder (105); an observation window (108) is formed in the surface of the display panel (101), and the indication circular plate (102) is arranged at the observation window (108);
a plurality of oil ways (110) are uniformly formed in the top of the first shoulder (11), and the oil ways (110) penetrate through the first shoulder (11) and the outer shell (2) to be communicated with the unlocking piston (6) and the fourth shoulder (21) or the driving piston (3) and the unlocking piston (6).

The marine underwater hydraulic connector according to claim 1, wherein a first sealing surface (13) and a second sealing surface (14) are formed on the inner wall of the bottom end of the connecting hole of the central housing (1), a steel ring (15) is connected between the bottom end of the central housing (1) and a wellhead or a mandrel (013), and the steel ring (15) is in sealing connection with the bottom end of the connecting hole.

A marine submerged hydraulic connector according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the end of the drive piston (3) in contact with the drive piston head (5) is provided with an open locking ring (32), the side of the drive piston head (5) in contact with the open locking ring (32) is provided with a step recessed towards the inside of the drive piston head (5), the step of the drive piston head (5) being placed on top of the open locking ring (32).

The marine underwater hydraulic connector according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of flushing pipes (17) are uniformly arranged at the top of the first shoulder (11), the top of each flushing pipe (17) is connected with an oil-way joint (18), the bottom of each flushing pipe is connected with an oil-way nozzle (19), and liquid sprayed out of the oil-way nozzles (19) acts between the driving piston (3) and the locking block (4).

The marine underwater hydraulic connector according to claim 1, wherein an annular connecting plate (22) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the outer shell (2), a flexible sealing element (23) is arranged at the bottom of the connecting plate (22), the flexible sealing element (23) is fixed to the bottom of the connecting plate (22) through an annular pressing plate (24), an opening is formed in the middle of the flexible sealing element (23), and the flexible sealing element is sleeved on the outer side of a wellhead or a mandrel (013) and is sealed with the outer wall of the wellhead or the mandrel (013).

A marine underwater hydraulic connector as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that the locking block (4) comprises: the locking device comprises a locking body (43) and a clamping block (44), wherein the clamping block (44) is connected with the bottom of the locking body (43) and is used for clamping the outer wall of a wellhead or a mandrel (013), the locking body is respectively contacted with the third shoulder (12) and the driving piston (3), and the first notch (41) and the second notch (42) are both formed in the locking body (43).

A marine submerged hydraulic connector according to any of claims 1, 2, 5, 6, characterized in that the contact surface of the driving piston (3) with the inner wall of the outer housing (2), the contact surface of the unlocking piston (6) with the outer housing (2) or the driving piston (3), the contact surface of the fourth shoulder (21) end surface with the driving piston (3), the contact surface of the driving piston head (5) with the driving piston (3) or the inner wall of the outer housing (2) are provided with sealing elements (011), and the contact surface top of the driving piston (3) with the inner wall of the outer housing (2), and the contact surface bottom of the driving piston head (5) with the inner wall of the outer housing (2) are provided with sand scraping and dust removing rings (012).
