Through outputting and displaying the quality degradation degree of the engine oil, the engine oil maintenance control method is more intuitive and is beneficial to improving user experience.

The engine oil level acquisition unit is used for acquiring the engine oil level according to a level voltage signal of the engine oil level temperature sensor after the engine control unit is powered on and before the engine is started or after a set time from the stop moment of the engine; the engine oil temperature acquisition unit is used for acquiring the engine oil temperature according to the temperature voltage signal of the engine oil liquid level temperature sensor; the engine running mileage acquisition unit is used for analyzing the information of the engine SAE J1939 message VDHR and acquiring the engine running mileage; the engine running time acquisition unit is used for analyzing engine SAE J1939 message HOURS information and acquiring the engine running time; the engine total oil consumption acquisition unit is used for analyzing engine SAE J1939 message LFC information to acquire the total oil consumption of the engine; and the current date acquisition unit is used for analyzing the information of the engine SAE J1939 message TD and acquiring the current date.
The total maintenance factor calculation module comprises: the system comprises an engine running mileage maintenance coefficient calculation unit, an engine running time maintenance coefficient calculation unit, an engine use date and time maintenance coefficient calculation unit, an oil level maintenance coefficient determination unit, an oil level maintenance correction coefficient determination unit, an oil temperature maintenance correction coefficient determination unit, an engine average oil consumption maintenance correction coefficient determination unit, a maintenance coefficient calculation unit after mileage correction, a maintenance coefficient calculation unit after vehicle running time correction and a total maintenance coefficient determination unit.
The engine operating mileage maintenance coefficient calculation unit is used for calculating an engine operating mileage maintenance coefficient according to the ratio of the engine operating mileage in the current maintenance period to the engine oil maintenance mileage limit value; the engine running time maintenance coefficient calculation unit is used for calculating an engine running time maintenance coefficient according to the ratio of the engine running time in the current maintenance period to the engine oil maintenance running time limit value; the engine service date and time maintenance coefficient calculation unit is used for calculating a service date and time maintenance coefficient of the engine according to the ratio of the vehicle service date and time to the service date limit value of the engine oil maintenance vehicle in the current maintenance period; the engine oil liquid level maintenance coefficient determining unit is used for determining the engine oil liquid level maintenance coefficient according to the engine oil liquid level signal and the set threshold value; the engine oil liquid level maintenance correction coefficient determining unit is used for obtaining an engine oil liquid level maintenance correction coefficient through table lookup according to the engine oil liquid level signal; the engine oil temperature maintenance correction coefficient determining unit is used for obtaining an engine oil temperature maintenance correction coefficient through table lookup according to the engine oil temperature signal; the engine average oil consumption maintenance correction coefficient determining unit is used for obtaining the engine average oil consumption maintenance correction coefficient through table lookup according to the hundred kilometers of the average oil consumption of the engine; the mileage-based corrected maintenance coefficient calculation unit is used for calculating a mileage-based corrected maintenance coefficient according to the product of the engine mileage basic coefficient, the engine oil level maintenance correction coefficient, the engine oil temperature maintenance correction coefficient and the engine average oil consumption maintenance correction coefficient; the maintenance coefficient calculation unit after correction based on the vehicle running time is used for calculating a maintenance coefficient after correction based on the vehicle running time according to the product of a vehicle running time basic coefficient, an engine oil level maintenance correction coefficient, an engine oil temperature maintenance correction coefficient and an engine average oil consumption maintenance correction coefficient; and a total maintenance coefficient determination unit for taking the maximum value of the engine use date and time maintenance coefficient, the oil level maintenance coefficient, the mileage-based corrected maintenance coefficient and the vehicle operation time-based corrected maintenance coefficient, and defining the maximum value as the total maintenance coefficient.
Further, the control system for engine oil maintenance of the present embodiment further includes a display module for outputting and displaying the quality degradation degree of the engine oil.
For parts of this embodiment that are not described in detail, reference may be made to the first embodiment shown in fig. 1, and reference may be made between the two embodiments, which are not described herein again.

1. A method of controlling engine oil maintenance, the method comprising:
obtaining an oil maintenance parameter of an engine, the oil maintenance parameter comprising: the engine oil maintenance service system comprises an engine oil level, an engine oil temperature, an engine operating mileage, an engine operating time, a current date, an engine oil maintenance mileage limit, an engine oil maintenance operating time limit, an engine oil maintenance vehicle use date limit and a total engine oil consumption;
when the diagnostic instrument operation storage condition identifier is set, storing the current date, the engine running mileage, the engine running time and the total oil consumption of the engine, and when the engine control unit is powered off, storing the engine working time;
calculating a total maintenance coefficient in the current maintenance period according to the engine oil maintenance parameters and the storage content;
determining the quality degradation degree of the engine oil according to the total maintenance coefficient;
outputting and displaying the quality degradation degree of the engine oil;
the method for calculating the total maintenance coefficient in the current maintenance period according to the engine oil maintenance parameters and the storage content comprises the following steps:
calculating to obtain an engine running mileage maintenance coefficient according to the ratio of the engine running mileage in the current maintenance period to the engine oil maintenance mileage limit value;
calculating an engine running time maintenance coefficient according to the ratio of the engine running time in the current maintenance period to the engine oil maintenance running time limit value;
calculating a maintenance coefficient of the service date and time of the engine according to the ratio of the service date and time of the vehicle in the current maintenance period to the service date and time limit value of the engine oil maintenance vehicle;
determining an engine oil level maintenance coefficient according to the engine oil level signal and the set threshold value;
obtaining an engine oil level maintenance correction coefficient through table lookup according to the engine oil level signal;
obtaining an engine oil temperature maintenance correction coefficient through table lookup according to the engine oil temperature signal;
obtaining the maintenance correction coefficient of the average oil consumption of the engine through table look-up according to the average oil consumption of the engine per hundred kilometers;
calculating a maintenance coefficient after correction based on mileage according to the product of the engine mileage basic coefficient, the engine oil level maintenance correction coefficient, the engine oil temperature maintenance correction coefficient and the average oil consumption maintenance correction coefficient of the engine;
calculating a corrected maintenance coefficient based on the vehicle running time according to the product of the vehicle running time basic coefficient, the engine oil level maintenance correction coefficient, the engine oil temperature maintenance correction coefficient and the average oil consumption maintenance correction coefficient of the engine;
the maximum value of the engine use date and time maintenance coefficient, the engine oil level maintenance coefficient, the mileage-based corrected maintenance coefficient, and the vehicle operation time-based corrected maintenance coefficient is taken and defined as a total maintenance coefficient.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining engine oil servicing parameters comprises:
after the engine control unit is powered on and before the engine is started, or after a set time from the stop moment of the engine, acquiring the oil level according to a liquid level voltage signal of an oil level temperature sensor;
acquiring the temperature of the engine oil according to a temperature voltage signal of an engine oil level temperature sensor;
analyzing the VDHR information of the SAE J1939 message of the engine to obtain the running mileage of the engine;
analyzing HOURS information of an engine SAE J1939 message to obtain the running time of the engine;
analyzing engine SAE J1939 message LFC information to obtain total oil consumption of the engine;
analyzing the information of the engine SAE J1939 message TD to obtain the current date.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the oil level maintenance factor based on the oil level signal and the predetermined threshold comprises:
when the engine oil level signal is greater than or equal to a first set threshold value, the engine oil level maintenance coefficient value is 0;
when the engine oil level signal is greater than a second set threshold and less than a first set threshold, the engine oil level maintenance coefficient value is 1, wherein the second set threshold is less than the first set threshold;
and when the engine oil level signal is less than or equal to a second set threshold value, the engine oil level maintenance coefficient value is 2.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of outputting the degree of quality degradation of the engine oil based on the total maintenance factor comprises:
when the total maintenance coefficient is less than or equal to a third set threshold value, judging that the engine oil of the engine is normal and no maintenance is needed;
when the total maintenance coefficient is larger than a third set threshold and smaller than a fourth set threshold, determining that the engine oil of the engine is abnormal and needs to be maintained as soon as possible;
and when the total maintenance coefficient is larger than or equal to a fourth set threshold value, judging that the engine oil is abnormal and needs immediate maintenance.
5. A control system for engine oil maintenance, the control system comprising:
an oil maintenance parameter acquisition module for acquiring oil maintenance parameters of an engine, the oil maintenance parameters including: the engine oil maintenance service system comprises an engine oil level, an engine oil temperature, an engine operating mileage, an engine operating time, a current date, an engine oil maintenance mileage limit, an engine oil maintenance operating time limit, an engine oil maintenance vehicle use date limit and a total engine oil consumption;
the storage module is used for storing the current date, the running mileage of the engine, the running time of the engine and the total oil consumption of the engine when the operation storage condition identifier of the diagnostic instrument is set, and storing the working time of the engine when the control unit of the engine is powered off;
the total maintenance coefficient calculation module is used for calculating a total maintenance coefficient in the current maintenance period according to the engine oil maintenance parameters and the storage content;
the engine oil quality degradation degree determining module is used for determining the engine oil quality degradation degree according to the total maintenance coefficient;
the control system further comprises: the display module is used for outputting and displaying the quality degradation degree of the engine oil;
wherein the total maintenance factor calculation module comprises:
the engine operating mileage maintenance coefficient calculation unit is used for calculating an engine operating mileage maintenance coefficient according to the ratio of the engine operating mileage in the current maintenance period to the engine oil maintenance mileage limit value;
the engine running time maintenance coefficient calculation unit is used for calculating an engine running time maintenance coefficient according to the ratio of the engine running time in the current maintenance period to the engine oil maintenance running time limit value;
the engine service date and time maintenance coefficient calculation unit is used for calculating a service date and time maintenance coefficient of the engine according to the ratio of the vehicle service date and time to the service date limit value of the engine oil maintenance vehicle in the current maintenance period;
the engine oil liquid level maintenance coefficient determining unit is used for determining the engine oil liquid level maintenance coefficient according to the engine oil liquid level signal and the set threshold value;
the engine oil liquid level maintenance correction coefficient determining unit is used for obtaining an engine oil liquid level maintenance correction coefficient through table lookup according to the engine oil liquid level signal;
the engine oil temperature maintenance correction coefficient determining unit is used for obtaining an engine oil temperature maintenance correction coefficient through table lookup according to the engine oil temperature signal;

6. The engine oil servicing control system of claim 5, wherein the oil servicing parameter obtaining module comprises:
