Description

Air guide sleeve opening and closing device and front nose assembly of railway vehicle
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of railway vehicles, particularly relates to a front nose assembly of a railway vehicle, and particularly relates to a guide cover opening and closing device with a function of remotely and manually operating the guide cover opening and closing and a front nose assembly using the guide cover opening and closing device.
Background
In a railway vehicle, coupler components are generally arranged inside a flow guide cover (or referred to as a "fairing" or a "front hatch") of a nose assembly at the front end of the railway vehicle based on factors such as aesthetic requirements (e.g., streamline shape design requirements), so that the exposed arrangement of the coupler is avoided. Thus, for example, when a vehicle docking or pulling operation using a coupler member is required, it is necessary to lock and open a pod by opening the pod, and then lock the pod by closing the pod. Therefore, it is also often necessary to provide a corresponding pod opening and closing device in the nose module.
The pod opening and closing device can automatically open or close the pod by automatically controlling, for example, a driving cylinder having an automatic locking function, and automatically lock the pod in the case of opening the pod and closing the pod, that is, respectively enter an open lock state and a closed lock state; if the air guide sleeve cannot be smoothly opened or closed due to the failure of the driving air cylinder and other factors, the air guide sleeve is opened or closed by manually operating a manual operation assembly on site below the front nose assembly by a rescuer; or in the event of a failure of the automatic locking function of the pod opening and closing device, manual unlocking is usually achieved by relying on the rescuer to manually operate a manual unlocking assembly in the field below the nose assembly.
However, the design of the manual operation assembly and the manual unlocking assembly in the existing pod opening and closing device does not consider the situation that the manual operation is difficult to be completed outside the vehicle body under certain scenes, so that the manual opening and closing operation or the manual unlocking operation in the prior art are completed outside the vehicle body, such as on a track, and for a straddle type monorail vehicle running high above the ground, the manual operation outside the vehicle body has great safety hazard and is very inconvenient.

It is easily understood that according to the technical solution of the present invention, other implementations that can be substituted with each other can be suggested by those skilled in the art without changing the spirit of the present invention. Therefore, the following detailed description and the accompanying drawings are merely illustrative of the technical aspects of the present invention, and should not be construed as all of the present invention or as limitations or limitations on the technical aspects of the present invention.
In the following description, for clarity and conciseness of description, not all of the various components shown in the figures are described. The various components shown in the figures provide those skilled in the art with a fully enabled disclosure of the invention. The operation of many of the components is familiar and obvious to those skilled in the art.
Herein, the directional terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "front", "rear" are defined with respect to the orientation of the pod shutter device in the drawings as installed for use in a rail vehicle, and it should be understood that these directional terms are relative concepts that are used for descriptive and clarifying purposes with respect thereto, and may vary accordingly depending on the orientation in which the shutter device is placed.
Herein, "remote" corresponds to a distance from a position of a substantial cab of the railway vehicle to a front end of the pod opening and closing device, and "remote operation" mainly refers to manual operation of the pod opening and closing device that can be performed at a position where the cab is located in the vehicle, such as an operation of manually opening the pod, an operation of manually closing the pod, an operation of manually releasing the cylinder lock, and the like.
A pod opening/closing device (hereinafter, simply referred to as "opening/closing device") according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 16; the opening/closing device of the following embodiment is exemplified in the case of being used for a straddle-type monorail vehicle.
The opening and closing device of an embodiment of the invention is arranged in a front nose assembly of a railway vehicle, and particularly the front nose assembly of the embodiment of the invention comprises the opening and closing device shown in fig. 1, a fairing 1 (comprising a left fairing 1a and a right fairing 1 b) and a coupler part (not shown in the figure) protected by the fairing 1, wherein the coupler part can also be called a coupler assembly, the opening and closing device is mainly used for opening and closing the left fairing 1a and the right fairing 1b, so that the coupler part can be conveniently used for butt joint when the coupler assembly is opened (for example, the coupler part of another railway vehicle is butt joint), and the fairing 1 can better protect the coupler part when the coupler assembly is closed; in addition, the air guide sleeve 1 can be designed in a streamline mode on the whole, the appearance of the straddle-type monorail vehicle is improved, and meanwhile wind resistance of the straddle-type monorail vehicle in advancing is reduced. It should be noted that the specific shape and structure of the pod 1 are not limited to the illustrated embodiment, and may be a designable part of a straddle-type monorail vehicle.
The opening and closing device of one embodiment of the invention is used for opening and closing the left air guide sleeve 1a and the right air guide sleeve 1b which are in a symmetrical structure; corresponding parts of the opening and closing device are respectively arranged corresponding to the left air guide sleeve 1a and the right air guide sleeve 1b, and are arranged in a left-right basically symmetrical mode. For convenience of understanding, in fig. 1 to 4, the reference numerals of the parts of the opening and closing device provided corresponding to the left pod 1a are assigned with the letter "a", the reference numerals of the parts of the opening and closing device provided corresponding to the right pod 1b are assigned with the letter "b", and the parts assigned with the letter "a" and the parts assigned with the letter "b" are respectively symmetrically arranged for the parts assigned with the same numerical reference numerals. Fig. 2 may be a part of an opening/closing device provided corresponding to the left pod 1a, or may be a part of an opening/closing device provided corresponding to the left pod 1 b.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the opening and closing device can be integrally mounted on the straddle-type monorail vehicle through the base 4, the base 4 can also be referred to as a base assembly, and is fixed on the vehicle body of the straddle-type monorail vehicle through the support components 8 (such as a left support component 8a and a right support component 8 b), only a partial structure of the base 4 is shown in the figures, and it should be understood that the specific structural design of the base 4 is not limited.
The opening and closing means mainly comprises a pivot arm 2, i.e. a left pivot arm 2a and a right pivot arm 2 b. One end of the left pivot arm 2a is fixedly connected with the inner side of the left air guide sleeve 1a, for example, in a bolt connection mode, and the other end of the left pivot arm is pivotally connected with the base 4 through a pivot shaft 5 arranged on the base 4; likewise, one end of the right pivot arm 2b is fixedly connected to the inside of the right pod 1b, for example, by bolting, and the other end thereof is pivotally connected to the base 4 by a further pivot shaft 5 provided on the base 4. Thus, when the pivot arm 2 pivots relative to the pivot shaft 5, the corresponding air guide sleeve can be driven to rotate, so that the opening or closing operation can be carried out.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 6, the pivoting end (i.e., the pivoting end) of the pivot arm 2 is implemented by a fork arm structure, wherein the fork arm structure includes two arms that are bifurcated in the up-down direction, for example, a left upper pivot arm 21a and a left lower pivot arm 22a of the left pivot arm 2a, and a right upper pivot arm 21b and a right lower pivot arm 22b of the right pivot arm 2 b; one end (i.e., the fixed end 211) of the left upper pivot arm 21a is fixedly connected to the inner side of the left pod 1a, for example, by means of a bolt connection, and the other end (i.e., the pivot end 219) thereof is pivotally connected to the base 4 by means of a pivot shaft 5a fixed above the base 4; similarly, one end (i.e., the fixed end 211) of the upper right pivot arm 21b is fixedly connected to the inner side of the right pod 1b, for example, by means of a bolt connection, and the other end (i.e., the pivot end 219) thereof is pivotally connected to the base 4 by means of the pivot shaft 5b fixed above the base 4; one end (i.e., the fixed end 221) of the left lower pivot arm 22a is fixed to the inside of the left upper pivot arm 21a, for example, by bolting, and the other end (i.e., the pivot end 229) thereof is pivotally connected to the base 4 by a pivot shaft 5c fixed to the underside of the base 4, and likewise, one end (i.e., the fixed end 221) of the right lower pivot arm 22b is fixed to the inside of the right upper pivot arm 21b, for example, by bolting, and the other end (i.e., the pivot end 229) thereof is pivotally connected to the base 4 by a pivot shaft. It should be understood that, by adopting the fork arm structure of the above embodiment, the length of the pivot shaft 5 pivotally connected to the pivot arm can be effectively increased, the pivoting stability (especially the stability in the up-down direction) of the pivot arm is improved, and especially when the pivot arm is opened/closed in place and the pivot is stopped, the air guide sleeve 1 can be stably stopped without generating shaking; moreover, the fork arm structure at the pivoting end of the pivot arm 2 can enhance the overall structural strength of the pivot arm 2.
In particular, the pivot axes 5a and 5c fixed on the base 4 can be arranged along the same line or axis, for example above and below the base 4, respectively, perpendicularly to the base 4; the pivot axes 5b and 5d fixed on the base 4 may be arranged along the same line or axis, for example above and below the base 4, respectively, perpendicular to the base 4. The pivot shafts 5a and 5c (or the pivot shafts 5b and 5 d) may be integrally molded and then fixedly mounted on the base 4, may be separately machined and then respectively fixedly mounted on the base 4, or may even be integrally formed with the base 4.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, 2, and 6, the fork arm structure formed by the left upper pivot arm 21a and the left lower pivot arm 22a and the fork arm structure formed by the right upper pivot arm 21b and the right lower pivot arm 22b may be arranged substantially bilaterally symmetrically. The fixed end 211 of the left upper pivot arm 21a and the fixed end 221 of the left lower pivot arm 22a are directly or indirectly fixedly connected together and are simultaneously fixed to the left pod 1a through the same fixing member 23, specifically, the fixed end 211 of the left upper pivot arm 21a may be formed by a tubular structure, the fixed end 221 of the left lower pivot arm 22a may be inserted into the tubular fixed end 211 of the left upper pivot arm 21a and fixedly connected together by a bolt, of course, the fixed end 221 and the fixed end 211 may be fixed together by welding or the like, or the fixed end 221 of the left lower pivot arm 22a may be fixed to the fixed end 211 of the left upper pivot arm 21a (for example, corresponding to the first flat section 212 of the fixed end 211) by a bolt fixing manner. Similarly, the fixed end 211 of the upper right pivot arm 21b and the fixed end 222 of the lower right pivot arm 22b are fixedly connected together and are simultaneously fixed to the right pod 1b by the same fixing member 23, specifically, the fixed end 211 of the upper right pivot arm 21b may be formed by a tubular structure, the fixed end 222 of the lower right pivot arm 22b may be inserted into the tubular fixed end 211 of the upper right pivot arm 21b and fixedly connected together by a bolt, of course, the fixed end 221 and the fixed end 211 may be fixed together by welding or the like, or the fixed end 221 of the lower right pivot arm 22b may be fixed to the fixed end 211 of the upper right pivot arm 21b (for example, the first flat section 212 corresponding to the fixed end 211) by a bolt fixing manner.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 6, in one embodiment, when both the upper pivot arm 21 and the lower pivot arm 22 diverge from their fixed ends up and down, one of the pivot arms may be kept straight and the other may be bent upward to achieve the divergence; illustratively, as shown in fig. 6, the upper pivot arm 21 (e.g., the left upper pivot arm 21a and the right upper pivot arm 21 b) has a fixed end 211 and a pivoting end 219 at both ends, respectively, and has a first straight section 212, a bent section 213, and a second straight section 224 arranged in sequence from the fixed end 211 to the pivoting end 219, which may be integrally formed by a high-strength tubular steel structure, wherein the bent section 213 is bent upward from the first straight section 212, so that the bent section 213 forms an included angle with the first straight section 212, for example, in a range of about 30 ° to 60 °, and the first straight section 212, the bent section 213, and the second straight section 224 are substantially parallel; the two ends of the lower pivot arm 22 (e.g., the left lower pivot arm 22a and the right lower pivot arm 22 b) are a fixed end 221 and a pivot end 229, which can be formed by a straight process such as a high strength steel pipe, the fixed end 221 of the lower pivot arm 22 can be fixed with the first straight section 212 of the upper pivot arm 21 and fixedly mounted on the pod 1 together through the fixed connection member 23, the lower pivot arm 22 can be disposed substantially parallel to the second straight section 224, and the distance between the lower pivot arm 22 and the second straight section 224 can be predetermined, for example, designed according to the pivot stability requirement.
It will be appreciated that the fork configuration used for the pivot arm 2 is not limited to that illustrated in fig. 6 above, and in other alternative embodiments, the upper pivot arm 21 may remain straight and the lower pivot arm 22 may be bent downwardly to provide a fork; the upper pivot arm 21 may also be bent upward and the lower pivot arm 22 bent downward to form a bifurcated structure.
In an embodiment, before the pivot arm 2 is installed and used (for example, before the pivot arm 2 is installed and fixed between the pod 1 and the pivot shaft 5), the entire length of the pivot arm 2 is adjustable (for example, length calibration adjustment is performed), so that when the installed pivot arm 2 performs a closing operation by driving the pod 1 to pivot, the closed butt joint between the left pod 1a and the right pod 1b is better. As shown in fig. 6 in particular, an adjusting portion 222 may be disposed on one of the upper pivot arm 21 and the lower pivot arm 22, so that when the left pod 1a and the right pod 1b are not in good close docking, the upper pivot arm 21 or the lower pivot arm 22 may be slightly adjusted (e.g., adjusted in length) by the adjusting portion 222 until the left pod 1a and the right pod 1b are in good close docking; it will be appreciated that during normal use, the adjustment portion 222 is fully tightened (e.g., by bolting) and does not act at all. In the case where one of the upper pivot arm 21 and the lower pivot arm 22 is provided with the adjustment portion 222, it is preferable that the front end of the swing arm 3 described in the following example establishes a pivotal connection with the other of the upper pivot arm 21 and the lower pivot arm 22 (the one without the adjustment portion 222), so that the swing arm 3 acts on the one of the pivot arms which is stronger.
The pivot stability of the pivot arm 2 of the above embodiment is good, so that a driven pivot mechanism provided to improve the pivot stability (for example, the driven pivot mechanism is a pivot mechanism to which a driving force is not directly applied but which can pivot along with the pivot arm 2 connected to the cylinder) can be omitted, thereby saving the internal space of the cowl 1 of the railway vehicle, not only making the cowl opening and closing device of the above embodiment suitable for various vehicle head shapes but also improving the designability of the vehicle head; also, since there is no need to provide a driven pivot mechanism (e.g., an upper driven pivot arm pair or a lower driven pivot arm pair) above or below the pivot arm 2, the coupler part in the nose assembly can be made to have a larger coupler swing angle in, for example, the up-down direction.
The pivot arm 2 of the above embodiment can mainly or completely support the corresponding air guide sleeve 1, and the structure is simpler and more compact. It should be noted that the stiffness or support strength of the pivot arm 2 may be set according to the weight of the pod 1, etc.
As further shown in fig. 1 to 5, each pivot arm 2 is provided with a swing arm 3, for example, a left swing arm 3a is provided for the left pivot arm 2a and a right swing arm 3b is provided for the right pivot arm 2 b. One end of the left swing arm 3a is pivotally connected to the left upper pivot arm 21a, and the other end is pivotally connected to the left end of the pushing section 6, and one end of the right swing arm 3b is pivotally connected to the right upper pivot arm 21b, and the other end is pivotally connected to the right end of the pushing section 6.
As further shown in fig. 1 to 5, the opening and closing device is further provided with a pushing portion 6 having both ends pivotally connected to the left and right swing arms 3a and 3b, respectively, and a middle portion connected to a driving device 9. The pushing part 6 is positioned relative to the base 4 and may be located rearward of the pivot shaft 5, which may be moved back and forth in the front and rear direction by the urging of the driving means 9. Specifically, to ensure that the driving device 9 moves stably in the front-rear direction, a corresponding guide assembly 7 may be provided corresponding to the pushing section 6; the left and right ends of the pushing part 6 are provided with the guide assemblies 7 as shown in fig. 7, the two guide assemblies 7 can be fixed (for example, in a bolt connection manner) on the base 4 in parallel, for example, fixed between the cross beam 42 and the cross beam 43 of the base 4, each guide assembly 7 comprises a slide rail 71 and a slide block 72, the slide block 72 can slide back and forth on the slide rail 71, and the left and right ends of the pushing part 6 are respectively fixed (for example, in a bolt connection manner) on the slide block 72; in this way, when the pushing unit 6 is driven, the sliders 72 at the left and right ends move on the slide rails 71 in the direction in which the slide rails 71 are located.
The pushing part 6 can be formed by a substantially rectangular steel frame structure, for example, it includes two steel plates (for example, substantially rectangular steel plates) arranged substantially in parallel from top to bottom, the two steel plates are fixedly connected together by a plurality of bolts, and between the two steel plates, two pivot shafts respectively used for being pivotally connected with the left swing arm 3a and the right swing arm 3b can be arranged in bilateral symmetry.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the opening and closing device is provided with a driving device 9, the driving device 9 is used for driving the pushing part 6 to make reciprocating linear motion relative to the base 4, so that the left swing arm 3a and the right swing arm 3b respectively drive the left pivot arm 2a and the right pivot arm 2b to make pivoting motion relative to the base 4, and the left air guide sleeve 1a and the right air guide sleeve 1b can be opened or closed.
It should be noted that, one driving device 9 may be used to drive the pushing unit 6, so that the number of driving devices 9 is reduced, the cost is reduced, only one driving device 9 needs to be manually unlocked during the manual unlocking operation, the manual remote unlocking unit corresponding to the driving device 9 and the unlocking operation thereof are relatively simple, and the cost of the driving device 9 is reduced.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, 11-13, the drive device 9 mainly includes a drive body 36 and a drive rod 31; the driving device 9 may be a cylinder type driving device, correspondingly, the driving body 36 may be a cylinder, and the driving rod 31 may be a piston rod; the front end of the driving rod 31 is connected to the pushing part 6, and may be substantially perpendicular to the pushing part 6. Specifically, the drive body 36 may include a cylinder front cover 361, a cylinder rear cover 362, and a cylinder body, which enclose a piston chamber in which a piston on the drive rod 31 may perform a piston motion.
In other embodiments, the driving device 9 may be a linear displacement device with electromagnetic drive, such as a linear motor, and the driving device 9 of the embodiment of the present invention may use other types of dynamic driving mechanisms capable of realizing linear reciprocating motion.
To facilitate remote operation in the cab, particularly remote manual unlocking operation, the drive body 36 may be mounted on the base 4 adjacent to the cab (not shown). Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the driving body 36 (e.g., a cylinder) is mounted on the cross member 41 and the cross member 42 of the base 4, which are relatively close to the cab, so that the manual operation end (e.g., an unlocking handle 112 shown in fig. 5) of the manual remote unlocking assembly 11 provided corresponding to the driving body 36 can be at least partially provided in the cab.
It will be appreciated that the length of the drive rod 31 and/or swing arm 3 may be pre-sized with the position of the drive body 36 relatively back.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the opening and closing device according to an embodiment of the present invention further includes a manual remote operation assembly 10, as shown in fig. 5 and 8, the manual remote operation assembly may be used to manually open or close the air guide sleeve in the cab remotely when the automatic opening and closing device (e.g., the driving device 9) cannot be automatically opened or closed, so as to facilitate rescue operation.
The manual remote operating assembly 10 is integrally provided in a substantially front-rear direction so as to have a front end (i.e., a front end portion) pivotally connected to the push portion 6 and a rear end (i.e., a rear end portion) at least a part of which is disposed in the cab so that a worker can conveniently operate the rear end of the manual remote operating assembly 10 so that the pod 1 can be remotely and manually opened and/or closed in the cab. The rear end of the manual remote operation assembly 10 and the manual remote unlocking assembly 11 may be specifically arranged on both sides of the driving body 36 of the driving device 9, respectively; specifically, the rear end of the manual remote operation assembly 10 is located on the side of the driving body 36 where the push rod part 34 is located, and the manual remote unlocking assembly 11 is located on the side of the driving body 36 where the transmission part 340 is located. For example, in the present embodiment, the rear end of the manual remote operation assembly 10 is located at the left side of the driving body 36, i.e. the side adjacent to the push rod member 34, and the manual remote unlocking assembly 11 is located at the right side of the driving body 36, i.e. the side adjacent to the push rod member 340; it will be appreciated that if the pusher member 34 and the transmission member 340 of the drive body 36 are transposed, the manual remote operation assembly 10 and the manual remote unlocking assembly 11 may also be transposed accordingly.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5 and 8-9, manual teleoperational assembly 10 includes a shaft 104, a link 103, a swing 102, and a stationary support 101. The fixed bracket 101 may be fixedly provided on the base 4 (e.g., fixed to the cross member 41 adjacent to the cab) by a bolt connection or the like. The swing part 102 has a swing arm and a pivot axis 1021 fixed at the rear end of the swing arm, and the pivot axis 1021 can be integrally formed with the swing arm or can be fixedly installed at the rear end of the swing arm by an installation mode. The front end of the manual remote operation assembly 10 acts on the pushing part 6 through the first end of the link 103 (i.e. the front end of the link 103), for example, the first end of the link 103 (i.e. the front end of the link 103) is pivotally connected to the pushing part 6 through the rotating shaft 104 at the front end of the manual remote operation assembly 10, the second end of the link 103 (i.e. the rear end of the link 103) is pivotally connected to the first end of the swinging part 102 (i.e. the front end of the swinging part 102), the rear end of the manual remote operation assembly 10 includes the fixed support 101 and the pivot axis 1021 at the second end of the swinging part 102 (i.e. the rear end of the swinging part 102), the lower end of the pivot axis 1021 can extend into the fixed support 101, and the upper end of the pivot axis 1021 is exposed in the; it will be appreciated that the length of the pivot shaft 1021 may be sized to be exposed in the cab, depending on particular needs. Specifically, the upper end of the pivot shaft 1021 may be provided with, for example, a hex head, so that the operation of rotating the pivot shaft 1021 may be performed with a socket wrench or the like, facilitating manual opening or closing of the pod 1.
In a case where the pivot shaft 1021 is manually rotated, the pivot shaft 1021 rotates the swinging portion 102 relative to the fixed support 101 so as to pull the pushing portion 6 to move in the front-rear direction by the link 103. Specifically, when the socket wrench operates the hexagonal head of the pivot shaft 1021 exposed in the cab to pivot, the swing portion 102 can rotate together; when the swing portion 102 rotates around the pivot axis 1021, the pushing portion 6 can be driven to move in the front-rear direction, so that the dome 1 can be remotely and manually opened or closed inside the cab.
Therefore, the opening and closing device of the embodiment of the invention is provided with the manual remote operation component 10, when the automatic opening and closing device (such as the driving device 9 and the like) cannot be automatically opened or closed, a worker can remotely and manually open or close the air guide sleeve 1 in the cab, the worker does not need to manually operate on the spot outside the vehicle (such as on a track below the nose assembly), the opening and closing device is particularly suitable for a straddle type monorail vehicle, the operation is convenient, and the danger of rescuers on a high-altitude track can be avoided.
In an embodiment, the driving device 9 may be a driving device having a mechanical automatic locking function, so that the closed locking state as shown in fig. 3 may be achieved in a state where the pod 1 is closed, and the open locking state as shown in fig. 4 may be achieved in a state where the pod 1 is open.
In the opening/closing device according to an embodiment of the present invention, the mechanical automatic locking function of the driving device 9 is realized by a locking mechanism provided in the driving device 9. Referring to fig. 11-13, a locking mechanism is provided on the drive device 9 for preventing the drive rod 31 (e.g., piston rod) from moving in the forward and rearward direction, thereby preventing the corresponding pivot arm 2 from pivoting, and thus the pivot arm 2 and pod 1 from remaining stationary in either the open or closed locked condition.
Referring to fig. 11 to 13, the locking mechanism includes locking grooves, e.g., a first locking groove 311 and a second locking groove 312, provided on the driving lever 31, and locking pins provided corresponding to the locking grooves, e.g., a first locking pin 32 provided corresponding to the first locking groove 311 and a second locking pin 33 provided corresponding to the second locking groove 312. The locking pins 32 and 33 may be mounted on the driving body 36, for example, on the front and rear ends of the driving body 36, and when the driving rod 31 moves linearly, the locking pins may enter or leave the corresponding locking slots, respectively, and when the locking pins enter the locking slots, the corresponding driving rod 31 is prevented from moving back and forth, so that the pushing part 6 remains stationary and the pivoting motion of the pivoting arm 2 relative to the base 4 is prevented.
Specifically, the first locking pin 32 may be disposed on the cylinder front cover 361 (e.g., the first locking pin 32 is disposed on a side of the cylinder front cover 361 facing the manual remote operation assembly 10), and the second locking pin 33 may be disposed on the cylinder rear cover 362 (e.g., the second locking pin 33 is disposed on a side of the cylinder front cover 361 facing the manual remote operation assembly 10). In a preferred embodiment, the first air port 328 and the first locking pin 32 are respectively disposed on two surfaces perpendicular to the cylinder front cover 361, and the second air port 338 and the second locking pin 33 are respectively disposed on two surfaces perpendicular to the cylinder rear cover 362; in other embodiments, the first air port 328 and the first locking pin 32 may be disposed on two parallel surfaces, and the second air port 338 and the second locking pin 33 may be disposed on two parallel surfaces. Thus, when the pod 1 needs to be closed, before the high-pressure gas is injected from the second gas port 338 to push the piston rod to move forward, the second locking pin 33 can be pushed to leave the second locking groove 312, so that the opening lock is automatically released; when the piston rod moves to a predetermined position, the first locking pin 32 enters the first locking groove 311, locking the opening and closing means in a closed and locked state (as shown in fig. 13); on the contrary, when it is required to open the pod 1, high pressure gas is injected from the first gas port 328, and before the piston rod is pushed to move substantially rearward, the high pressure gas pushes the first locking pin 32 out of the first locking groove 311, releasing the closed locked state of the pod, and when the piston rod moves to the second predetermined position, the second locking pin 33 enters the second locking groove 312, locking the opening and closing means in the open locked state (as shown in fig. 12). Thus, the locking operation and the unlocking operation are simple and easy to realize.
It should be noted that "high pressure gas" refers to gas having sufficient pressure to push the piston rod to move and unlock, for example, the pressure of "high pressure gas" is approximately 8-10 times of the standard atmospheric pressure.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 11 to 13, locking pins (e.g., the first locking pin 32 and the second locking pin 33) may be provided on the driving body, for example, the first locking pin 32 and the second locking pin 33 are provided at top positions of the cylinder front cover 361 and the cylinder rear cover 362, respectively.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 11-13, the locking mechanism may further be provided with a corresponding reset component for each locking pin, for example, a reset component 321 for the first locking pin 32 and a reset component 331 for the second locking pin 33, the reset components being used to provide the force for the locking pin to enter the locking slot.
Specifically, the reset assembly 321 or 331 may include an elastic member (e.g., a spring) and a pin hole for receiving the locking pin, the top of the pin hole is provided with a blocking piece, the lower end of the locking pin is provided with a boss, and the elastic member is disposed in the pin hole and between the boss and the blocking piece. The elastic member is initially in a compressed state so as to provide a force for moving the locking pin toward the driving lever 31 by a restoring force of the elastic member, and when the driving lever 31 is moved to a position where the locking groove is coupled with the locking pin, the locking pin (e.g., 32) enters the locking groove (e.g., 311) by the force of the reset assembly, thereby locking the opening and closing apparatus.
The opening and closing device according to an embodiment of the present invention is further provided with a manual remote unlocking assembly 11, as shown in fig. 5 and 14, the manual remote unlocking assembly 11 is used to complete an unlocking operation of the driving device 9 in the cab by operating the manual remote unlocking assembly 11 when the driving device 9 cannot be automatically unlocked. A manual remote unlocking assembly 11 is provided in correspondence with the drive means 9 with a mechanical automatic locking function, which comprises a manual operating end arranged at least partially in the cab (not shown in the figures) so that the unlocking operation can be done remotely in the cab.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the manual remote unlocking assembly 11 mainly includes a lever 111, an unlocking handle 112, an unlocking portion 113, and a supporting portion 114; corresponding to the manual remote unlocking assembly 11, a push rod member 34 and a transmission member 340 (shown in fig. 5) may be provided on the driving body 36 of the driving device 9. The manual remote unlocking assembly 11 may be disposed on the right side of the driving body 36, for example, and may be fixed (e.g., by bolting) on the base 4 by the supporting portion 114, the push rod member 34 is disposed on the left side of the driving body 36, and the transmission member 340 may freely pass through the driving body 36 from the left side where the push rod member 34 is disposed and contact the unlocking portion 113 on the right side of the driving body 36; the push rod member 34 and the transmission member 340 are detachably mounted on the driving body 36, and form a square frame structure, for example.
As shown in fig. 14, the two ends of the operating lever 111 are pivotally connected to the supporting portions 114, respectively, and the operating lever 111 may also be arranged in the front-rear direction and substantially parallel to the driving body 36; the unlocking handle 112 is fixedly connected with the operating rod 111 at the middle part of the operating rod 111, the outer end of the unlocking handle 112 can be extended into the cab by setting the length dimension of the unlocking handle, and the operating rod 111 can be rotated when the unlocking handle 112 is operated; two unlocking parts 113 are arranged, and the two unlocking parts 113 are fixedly arranged on the operating rod 111 in sequence from front to back; the two unlocking portions 113 correspond to the two pusher members 34 and the transmission member 340 on the driving body 36, respectively, so that the two locking pins 32 and 33 in the locking mechanism can be manually operated at the same time. Specifically, the unlocking portion 113 may be implemented by a plate-shaped structure, which may be a plate-shaped structure such as a rounded rectangle or an ellipse having different radial dimensions, for example, a substantially rectangular plate; as shown in fig. 15, when the long side of the unlocking portion 113 contacts the transmission member 340, the manual remote unlocking assembly 11 does not interfere with the automatic operation of the two locking pins 32 and 33 through the push rod member 34, that is, does not perform manual unlocking; as shown in fig. 16, when the short side of the unlocking portion 113 contacts the transmission member 340, the manual remote unlocking assembly 11 and the push rod member 34 push the two locking pins 32 and 33 to move to the left side through the push rod member 34, so that the locking pins 32 and 33 are disengaged from the corresponding locking grooves, and the locking is released.
When the remote unlocking operation is performed, a worker in the cab manually rotates the unlocking handle 112 clockwise to drive the operating rod 111 to rotate clockwise, and further drives the two unlocking parts 113 to rotate clockwise (i.e., to rotate from the positions shown in fig. 15); when the unlocking handle 112 is rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise, as shown in fig. 16, one surface of the limit stopper 1121 of the unlocking handle 112 contacts the base 4, and the unlocking handle 112 cannot rotate further, at this time, the short side of the unlocking portion 113 contacts the transmission member 340 of the driving device 9, and the push rod member 34 is pushed leftward, so that the locking mechanism is pushed to the unlocking position, that is, both the locking pins 32 and 33 are disengaged from the corresponding locking grooves, and thus, the driving rod 31 is unlocked relative to the driving body 36 (e.g., an air cylinder). After the unlocking is completed, the unlocking handle 112 can be manually rotated counterclockwise, and at the same time, the operating rod 111 and the two unlocking portions 113 are driven to rotate counterclockwise, when the other surface of the limit stop 1121 of the unlocking handle 112 contacts the base 4 (as shown in fig. 15), the unlocking handle 112 cannot rotate continuously, at this time, the short side of the unlocking portion 113 does not act on the transmission member 340 of the driving body 36, the locking mechanism (for example, the locking pins 32 and 33) of the driving body 36 moves rightward under the action of the reset assembly 321 or 331 (for example, a reset spring) until the transmission member 340 contacts the long side of the unlocking portion 113, and the locking mechanism can restore normal automatic operation.
It should be noted that the rotation direction of the manual operation pivot shaft 1021 and the rotation direction of the manual unlocking handle 112 illustrated above may be changed according to the installation orientation of the rear end of the manual remote operation assembly 10 and the manual remote unlocking assembly 11 relative to the driving body 36 of the driving device 9, respectively, for example, in another alternative embodiment, the rear end of the manual remote operation assembly 10 is located at the right side of the driving body 36, and the manual remote unlocking assembly 11 is located at the left side of the driving body 36, and their rotation directions may be changed reversely accordingly.
Therefore, the opening and closing device provided by the embodiment of the invention is provided with the manual remote unlocking component 11, when the driving device 9 cannot be automatically unlocked, a worker can remotely and manually unlock the cab, the worker does not need to manually operate the opening and closing device on site outside the vehicle (such as on a track below the nose assembly), the opening and closing device is particularly suitable for a straddle type monorail vehicle, the operation is convenient, and the danger of operation of rescue workers on a high-altitude track can be avoided.
It will be understood that the manual operation end of the manual remote unlocking assembly 11 is not limited to being implemented by the unlocking handle 112 of the above example, and it may be variously designed, for example, the manual operation end protrudes in the cab as a part of the operation lever 111.
The following describes in detail the operation of the pod opening and closing device of the straddle-type monorail vehicle according to the present invention with reference to fig. 1-16.
When the opening and closing device is in the closed and locked state, the small chamber of the driving body 36 of the driving device 9 is filled with high-pressure gas (for example, the first gas port 328 is filled with high-pressure gas), and simultaneously, the high-pressure gas in the large chamber of the driving body 36 of the driving device 9 is discharged; the high-pressure gas in the small cavity may first open the locking mechanism of the driving device 9 (for example, the high-pressure gas pushes the first locking pin 32 to leave the first locking groove 311), and then the high-pressure gas drives the driving rod 31 (for example, a piston rod) of the driving device 9 to move, so that the driving rod 31 (for example, the piston rod) retracts (i.e., contracts backwards) into the cylinder body, thereby driving the pushing portion 6 to move in a direction approaching the driving body 36; in this process, since the guide means are provided at both ends of the push part 6, the push part 6 can stably maintain the linear movement; the pushing part 6 moves backwards linearly, and simultaneously drives the left swing arm 3a and the right swing arm 3b which are arranged at two ends of the pushing part 6 to move along with the pushing part 6; the left swing arm 3a and the right swing arm 3b drive the left pivoting arm 2a and the right pivoting arm 2b to rotate relative to the base 4 simultaneously when moving; thereby opening the fairings 1a, 1b simultaneously; after the driving rod 31 (e.g. piston rod) of the driving device 9 moves to the stroke limiting position, the piston rod is locked (e.g. as shown in fig. 12, the reset component 331 pushes the second locking pin 33 to fall into the second locking groove 312), and the piston rod is prevented from moving back and forth; thus, placing the opening and closing device in the open-locked state (as shown in fig. 4) is achieved.
When the opening and closing device is in the opening and locking state, the large chamber of the driving body 36 of the driving device 9 is filled with high-pressure gas (for example, the second gas port 338 is filled with high-pressure gas), and simultaneously, the high-pressure gas of the small chamber of the driving body 36 of the driving device 9 is discharged; the large-cavity high-pressure gas firstly opens the locking mechanism of the driving device 9 (for example, the high-pressure gas pushes the second locking pin 33 to leave the second locking groove 312), and then the high-pressure gas drives the driving rod 31 (for example, a piston rod) of the driving device 9 to move, so that the piston rod extends out of the cylinder body (i.e., extends forwards), thereby driving the pushing part 6 to move in a direction away from the driving body 36; in this process, since the guide means are provided at both ends of the push part 6, the push part 6 can stably maintain the linear movement; the pushing part 6 moves forwards linearly, and simultaneously drives the left swing arm 3a and the right swing arm 3b which are arranged at two ends of the pushing part 6 to move along with the pushing part 6; the left swing arm 3a and the right swing arm 3b drive the left pivoting arm 2a and the right pivoting arm 2b to rotate relative to the base 4 simultaneously when moving; thereby closing the fairings 1a, 1b simultaneously; after the piston rod of the driving device 9 moves to the stroke limiting position, the piston rod is locked (for example, as shown in fig. 13, the reset component 321 pushes the first locking pin 32 to fall into the first locking groove 311), and the piston rod is prevented from moving back and forth; thereby achieving the effect of placing the opening and closing means in the closed and locked state (as shown in fig. 3).
When the opening and closing device is in a closed locking state (as shown in fig. 3), and the pod 1 cannot be automatically opened due to pneumatic or electrical failure, the unlocking handle 112 may be manually rotated clockwise in the cab to drive the two unlocking portions 113 to rotate, and after the unlocking handle 112 is rotated clockwise by 90 degrees, the unlocking portions 113 push the unlocking push rods (e.g., the push rod member 34 and the transmission member 340) on the driving body 36 through the short sides thereof to push the two locking mechanisms of the driving device 9 to an unlocking position (e.g., the first locking pin 32 leaves from the first locking groove 311), at this time, the driving rod 31 of the driving device 9 is unlocked, and the locking state is released; then, a socket wrench is sleeved on an outer hexagonal head of a pivot shaft 1021 of a swing part 102 of the manual remote operation assembly 10, the socket wrench is rotated clockwise to drive the swing assembly to swing clockwise, and a connecting rod 103 drives a pushing part 6 to move linearly (i.e. move backwards) towards a driving body 36, so that the air guide covers 1a and 1b are opened simultaneously; after the fairings 1a and 1b are completely opened, the unlocking handle 112 is manually rotated counterclockwise, so that the unlocking part 113 is driven to rotate, the unlocking part 113 is separated from the unlocking push rod (for example, the transmission part 340) of the driving body 36, the push rod part 34 moves to the right under the action of the return spring to be locked (for example, the second locking pin 33 falls into the second locking groove 312), and the transmission part 340 is pushed to be in contact with the long edge of the unlocking part 113; thereby locking the drive means 9.
When the opening and closing device is in the opening and locking state (as shown in fig. 4), and cannot be automatically opened due to pneumatic or electrical failure, the unlocking handle 112 can be manually rotated clockwise in the cab to drive the two unlocking portions 113 to rotate, after the unlocking handle 112 is rotated clockwise by 90 degrees, the unlocking push rods (such as the push rod member 34 and the transmission member 340) on the driving body 36 are pushed by the short sides of the unlocking push rods, so that the two locking mechanisms of the driving device 9 are pushed to the unlocking positions (such as the second locking pin 33 leaves from the second locking groove 312), at this time, the driving rod 31 of the driving device 9 is unlocked, and the locking state is released; then, a socket wrench is sleeved on an outer hexagonal head of a pivot shaft 1021 of a swing part 102 of the manual remote operation assembly 10, the socket wrench is rotated anticlockwise to drive the swing assembly to swing anticlockwise, and a connecting rod 103 drives a pushing part 6 to move linearly (namely move forwards) in a direction far away from a driving body 36, so that the air guide covers 1a and 1b are closed simultaneously; after the fairings 1a and 1b are completely closed, the unlocking handle 112 is manually rotated counterclockwise, so that the unlocking part 113 is driven to rotate, the unlocking part 113 is separated from the unlocking push rod (such as the transmission part 340) of the driving body 36, the push rod part 34 moves to the right under the action of the return spring to be locked (such as the first locking pin 32 falls into the first locking groove 311), and the transmission part 340 is pushed to be in contact with the long edge of the unlocking part 113; thereby locking the drive means 9.
A further embodiment of the opening and closing device of the present invention is further illustrated in detail with reference to fig. 17 to 20, and compared to the opening and closing device of the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 4, the manual remote operation assembly 100 of the further modified embodiment is used to replace the manual remote operation assembly 10 of the above embodiment.
Referring to fig. 17 to 20, the manual remote operation assembly 100 adopts a ball screw pair (or referred to as "ball screw pair" or "ball screw pair") structure, and the manual remote operation assembly 100 mainly includes a nut assembly 120, a screw 110, and a screw rear extension 130 connected with the screw 110; the nut assembly 120, together with the lead screw 110, may form a ball screw assembly. For supporting and positioning the ball screw pair, in an embodiment, a front support block 45 and a rear support block 44 are respectively fixedly arranged on the base 4 in a front-rear direction, a middle support block 61 is fixedly arranged on the pushing part 6, the middle support block 61 is positioned between the front support block 45 and the rear support block 44, specifically, the front support block 45 is approximately positioned between the left upper pivot shaft 5a and the right upper pivot shaft 5b, the rear support block 44 is arranged close to the driving body 36, and the front support block 45, the middle support block 61 and the rear support block 44 can be basically positioned on a straight line in the front-rear direction; a first support positioning part 145 is fixedly arranged on the front support block 45 and used for supporting and positioning the front end of the lead screw 110, and the front end of the lead screw 110 is limited in the front-back left-right direction but can rotate relative to the first support positioning part 145; a second supporting and positioning portion 144 is fixedly arranged on the rear supporting block 44, and is used for supporting and positioning the rear end of the screw rod 110, and the rear end of the screw rod 110 is limited in the front-back left-right direction but can rotate relative to the second supporting and positioning portion 144; the nut assembly 120 is fixed to the intermediate support block 61. Under the condition that the screw rod 110 is driven to rotate by the screw rod rear extension section 130, the screw rod 110 can be wholly limited in the front-rear direction, so that the nut assembly 120 and the pushing part 6 can be driven to move in the front-rear direction.
The rear screw extending section 130 may be formed by extending backward from the rear end of the screw 110, the rear end of the rear screw corresponding to the rear end of the manual remote operation assembly 100 and being provided with a corresponding manual operation portion (for example, the rear end portion of the rear screw extending section 130 is provided with, for example, an external hexagon head), and by setting the length of the rear screw extending section 130, the rear end of the rear screw extending section 130 may be arranged to substantially correspond to the position of the cab, even, for example, the external hexagon head at the rear end of the rear screw extending section 130 may extend into the cab, so that the rear end of the rear screw extending section 130 may be conveniently operated by a worker in the cab through a tool (for example, the external hexagon head is rotated).
Under the condition that the air guide sleeve 1 needs to be manually opened or closed through the manual remote operation component 100, a worker in a cab operates the rear end of the manual remote operation component 100, for example, the rear end of the screw rod rear extension section 130 is rotated, the screw rod rear extension section 130 drives the screw rod 110 to synchronously rotate, so that the nut component 120 is driven to move back and forth along the screw rod 110, the pushing part 6 is driven to move in the front and rear direction, the air guide sleeve 1 can be manually and remotely opened or closed, the worker does not need to operate on a rail outside the vehicle, such as a rail below a nose assembly), and the air guide sleeve is particularly suitable for a straddle type monorail vehicle, not only is convenient to operate, but also can avoid the danger of operating on a high-altitude rail by rescuer.
The opening and closing device of the embodiment shown in fig. 17 to 20 also has other components and structures of the opening and closing device of the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 4, and detailed description thereof is omitted. It should be noted that, in the above, in the case where the rear end of the manual remote operation assembly 10 or 100 or the manual remote unlocking assembly 11 is at least partially arranged or extended in the cab, it is not limited to understand that they must be exposed in the cab; for example, in the case where manual operation is not required, for aesthetic reasons, or the like, the cab may be provided with a corresponding shielding member to shield the unlocking handle 112 or the pivot shaft 1021 arranged in the cab, and in the case where manual operation is required, some of the shielding members in the cab may be manually opened, and then an operator may manually remotely operate or manually unlock the cab by inserting a manual operation tool such as a wrench into the interior of the shielding member. From the operation process of the opening and closing device described in the above example, it can be seen that the whole opening or closing process, whether automatic or manual, does not require the relevant workers to operate the fairings to the outside of the vehicle body, which is particularly important for a track vehicle running at high altitude like a straddle-type monorail vehicle, and improves the safety of rescue of the straddle-type monorail vehicle and the rescue efficiency of the straddle-type monorail vehicle.
The above examples mainly illustrate the pod opening and closing device of the present invention and the nose module using the same. Although only a few embodiments of the present invention have been described, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the present invention may be embodied in many other forms without departing from the spirit or scope thereof. Accordingly, the present examples and embodiments are to be considered as illustrative and not restrictive, and various modifications and substitutions may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention as defined by the appended claims.
