The shelter air purification system designed by the invention is not only suitable for field digital operation vehicle shelters for operations, but also suitable for other types of shelters, such as nuclear magnetic resonance shelters, CT shelters and the like.
The shelter air purification system designed by the invention is designed by using mechanical air supply and mechanical air exhaust, and the ventilation mode can control the air exchange times, the air exchange amount and the indoor pressure and has better ventilation effect. The purifying air conditioner 1 is arranged outside the first cabin 2. The purifying air conditioner 1 can be arranged outside the whole shelter, a plurality of shelter bodies are arranged in the shelter, and the purifying air conditioner 1 can also be arranged in the first shelter body 2. As shown in fig. 2, the purifying air conditioner 1 is connected and communicated with the air inlet 14 of the first cabin 2 through the air inlet pipeline 3; the purification air conditioner 1 is connected and communicated with a first air return opening 15, a second air return opening 16 and a third air return opening 17 of the first cabin body 2 through an air return pipeline 4. The purifying air conditioner 1 can purify air. The first cabin body 2 is a sealed cabin body, the air inside the first cabin body is fed in through the air inlet pipeline 3, the air return pipeline 4 is exhausted, and the air inside the first cabin body is not influenced by the outside.

The F series medium-effect air filter comprises a bag type and a non-bag type, wherein the bag type comprises F5, F6, F7, F8 and F9, and the non-bag type comprises FB (plate type medium-effect filter), FS (diaphragm type medium-effect filter) and FV (combined type medium-effect filter). Preferably, the medium-efficiency filter 12 uses a bag-type medium-efficiency air filter of grade F9 or a non-bag-type medium-efficiency air filter with a filtering efficiency equivalent to that of bag-type grade F9.
The high-efficiency filter 13 is mainly used for collecting particulate dust and various suspended matters of 0.5 μm or less. High efficiency filters are used as the end of various filtration systems. The high-efficiency filter is made up by using superfine glass fibre paper as filtering material, folding the materials of offset plate paper and aluminium foil plate as separating plate, sealing by using new polyurethane sealant and using galvanized plate, stainless steel plate and aluminium alloy section as external frame. Preferably, the high efficiency filter 13 is a high air flow high efficiency filter or an ultra high efficiency filter.
The shelter air purification system also comprises a high-voltage electrostatic adsorption unit 5, wherein the high-voltage electrostatic adsorption unit 5 is used for purifying the tail end of air, adsorbing fine dust in the air and retreating the air to ensure that the purified air meets medical ten-thousand-grade requirements (the standard of a 10000-grade laminar flow operating room is that the number of dust particles larger than or equal to 0.5 mu m in each cubic foot of air is less than or equal to 10000 particles or each liter of air is less than or equal to 350 particles); the high-voltage electrostatic adsorption unit 5 is arranged at the air inlet 14. As shown in figure 2, the square cabin air purification system designed by the invention can meet the ten thousand-level requirement in the main cabin body of the square cabin and meet the hundred thousand-level requirement in the expansion cabin.
The shelter air purification system is shown in fig. 3, which fig. 3 does not show the first body 2. The shelter air purification system adopts the design of up-out and down-in, one air inlet and a plurality of return air inlets. The air inlet 14 is arranged at the top of the first side of the first cabin 2. The first air return opening 15 is arranged at the bottom of the first side of the first cabin 2. The second air return opening 16 is formed in the bottom of the front end of the second side of the first cabin 2; the third air return opening 17 is arranged at the bottom of the rear end of the second side of the first cabin body 2. The second air return opening 16 and the third air return opening 17 are connected with the pipeline of the purification air conditioner 1 through a roof air return pipeline arranged at the top of the shelter.
In consideration of the problems of manufacturing cost, manufacturing process, application range and the like, the air inlets of the air purification system of the shelter designed by the invention are arranged close to the top of the shelter, and the return air inlets are arranged at the lower parts of two sides. The design has the advantages of simpler air treatment, convenient extension and lower manufacturing cost, but the ventilation frequency is less, generally 10-50 times/h.
The air supply amount of the purification air conditioner 1 to the first cabin body 2 is larger than the return air amount. Preferably, the aperture of the air inlet 14 is larger than the sum of the apertures of the first air return opening 15, the second air return opening 16 and the third air return opening 17. This design enables the necessary positive pressure in the shelter to be maintained. Furthermore, the air purification system of the square cabin automatically adjusts the frequency of air outlet and air return according to the air pressure value in the square cabin, so that the internal air pressure is kept at the external positive pressure of 10 Pa.
Silencers are arranged at the joint of the purification air conditioner 1 and the air inlet pipeline 3 and outside the air inlet 14. By the design, when the square cabin air purification system sends air to the square cabin, the interior of the square cabin can be kept quiet and is not influenced by the air inlet.
And the air inlet 14, the first air return opening 15, the second air return opening 16 and the third air return opening 17 are all provided with dust screens. The dust screen can keep the air inlet pipeline 3 and the air return pipeline 4 clean, and secondary pollution caused by the air inlet pipeline 3 and the air return pipeline 4 is prevented.
The first cabin body 2 is provided with a temperature sensor, and the temperature sensor is connected with the purification air conditioner 1 and a PLC controller. The temperature sensor can monitor the temperature in the first cabin body 2 in real time, and when the temperature is lower than or higher than a set threshold value, the purification air conditioner 1 adjusts the temperature in the first cabin body 2. Preferably, the temperature of the first chamber 2 is 22-25 ℃, and when the temperature is lower than 22 ℃ and higher than 25 ℃, the purifying air conditioner 1 automatically adjusts the temperature in the first chamber 2.
Further, the shelter air purification system further comprises a humidity adjusting assembly, and the humidity adjusting assembly is used for adjusting the humidity of the first shelter body 2. The humidity of the first cabin body 2 is 40-60%. When the humidity is lower than 40% or higher than 60%, the humidity adjusting assembly automatically adjusts the humidity in the first cabin 2.
According to the shelter air purification system designed by the invention, the purification air conditioner is used for treating air reflowing in a cabin, a fresh air component is used for conveying fresh air to the cabin, a primary filter, a medium-efficiency filter, a high-efficiency filter and a high-voltage electrostatic adsorption unit are used for purifying the fresh air, so that the fresh air meets the requirement of purified air in the cabin, meanwhile, a return air pipeline is used for conveying the air in the cabin back to the purification air conditioner to form a loop, the purpose of treating and purifying air in the cabin is achieved, the cleanliness of the air in the cabin reaches ten thousand levels, the positive pressure effect is realized, and the requirement of field operation can be met.
