Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, it need not be further defined and explained in subsequent figures. Meanwhile, in the description of the present application, the terms "first", "second", and the like are used only for distinguishing the description, and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
As described in the related art, when the card passes through the card path, the dust may adhere to the surface of the card, and the dust adhering to the surface of the card may cause uneven heating of the card or the film tape, thereby reducing the adhesion effect of the card and the film tape during transfer, and finally causing a reduction in image quality or even damage to the print head. In general, a user neglects regular cleaning work, and thus it is not guaranteed that each cleaning work is completed regularly, so that the printer has a high risk of damage to the device.
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the application provides a printer cleaning method, which comprises the steps of monitoring the total number of cards of a printer, and if the total number of cards reaches a preset number, forcibly skipping the printer function to the cleaning function to ensure that the printer is forcibly cleaned and cannot continue to use the printing function; displaying reminding information for reminding a user of cleaning the printer so as to remind the user of cleaning the printer; executing a cleaning program corresponding to the cleaning function based on a cleaning instruction input by the user according to the reminding information so as to finish the cleaning work of the printer; when the cleaning program is executed, the total number of the cards is reset to zero, and the cleaning function is quitted, so that the printer returns to the printing function, the printer is forced to clean regularly, the image quality is guaranteed, the damage risk of the printer equipment is reduced, and the service life of the printer is prolonged.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a flowchart of an implementation of a printer cleaning method provided by an embodiment of the present application. The printer cleaning method described in the embodiments of the present application may be applied to electronic devices, including but not limited to printers or computer devices such as smart phones, tablet computers, desktop computers, supercomputers, personal digital assistants, physical servers, and cloud servers, which are communicatively connected to the printers. The printer cleaning method of the embodiment of the application comprises steps S101 to S104, and the following steps are detailed:
step S101, monitoring printing parameters of the printer, wherein the printing parameters comprise the total number of cards printed by the printer.
In this embodiment, the printing parameters are the printing conditions of the printer, including but not limited to the total number of cards and the status of the printer. The total number of cards is the total number of cards printed by the printer in the current cleaning cycle, and the total number of cards can be written into a memory (e.g., EEPROM) of the printer, where the printer cleans every time the printer prints a predetermined number of cards for one cleaning cycle, for example, every 500 sheets. The printer status is a parameter reflecting whether printing is currently in a printing state, a standby state, or a cleaning state.
The printer may read its EEPROM to enable monitoring of the printing parameters of the printer. It will be appreciated that the printer may monitor the printing parameters of the printer during printing, as well as before and after printing.
And step S102, if the total number of the cards reaches a preset number, forcibly jumping the printer function to the cleaning function, and displaying reminding information for reminding a user of cleaning the printer.
In the present embodiment, the cleaning function is a printer function in which the printer performs a cleaning work. After the printer function is forcibly jumped to the cleaning function, the printer can not print by using the printing function any more, and the printing function can be used only after the printer is cleaned, so that the computer program can realize the forced regular cleaning work.
The preset number is an upper limit on the number of printed cards that the printer can clean. The reminder information includes but is not limited to printer screen display information, indicator light information, voice prompt information, and the like. In one embodiment, when the total number of cards reaches a preset number, the printer stops printing, and a reminding message that the machine needs to be cleaned is displayed on an LCD screen, and meanwhile, the reminding message is accompanied by the sound of an LED lamp and a buzzer, so that the reminding effect is increased.
And step S103, executing a cleaning program corresponding to the cleaning function based on the cleaning instruction input by the user according to the reminding information.
In this embodiment, the cleaning program is used to control the movement of the carriage assembly of the printer. When the printer is prohibited from using the printing function, user intervention is needed at the moment, the user operates according to the reminding information, such as adding a cleaning card and inputting a cleaning instruction, and based on the cleaning instruction, the cleaning program is executed to control the printer to operate, so that the printing prohibition function is canceled.
In one embodiment, based on a cleaning instruction input by a user according to the reminding information, a cleaning program corresponding to the cleaning function is executed, and the method comprises the following steps: acquiring a cleaning instruction input by a user; based on the cleaning instruction, feeding a cleaning card into a card channel of the printer, wherein the cleaning card is used for cleaning the card channel of the printer; the control card says that the preset movement duration of turner, gyro wheel and the motion of warming mill in the subassembly, wherein turner, gyro wheel and warming mill during motion, drive the cleaning card and move in the card way.
In the embodiment, a special cleaning card different from a common card for printing is used in the cleaning process, and the cleaning card can be a cleaning card with two non-woven fabrics and a plastic inner core in the middle. Optionally, the nonwoven fabric is impregnated with an isopropyl alcohol (IPA) surfactant. When cleaning, the cleaning card is sent into the printer, and the cleaning card is controlled by a cleaning program to move repeatedly in the card sending channel (card channel) so as to take away the dust on the card channel and the roller.
Further, before feeding the cleaning card into the card channel of the printer based on the cleaning instruction, the method further comprises: detecting whether a cleaning card exists in a card box of the printer; if the card box has the cleaning card, the step of sending the cleaning card into a card channel of the printer based on the cleaning instruction is executed; and if the card box does not have the cleaning card, displaying prompt information for prompting that the card box does not have the cleaning card.
In this embodiment, whether there is the cleaning card through detecting card box to guarantee to carry out clean procedure when having the cleaning card, avoid adopting ordinary card or not using the card to carry out cleaning work, thereby avoid the user to forget to put into the cleaning card or do not put into the condition of cleaning card wantonly, avoid the card to say the idle running of subassembly and cause the printer to damage simultaneously, improve the equipment safety of printer.
Illustratively, the printer LCD panel prompts the user to open the printer front cover to remove the ribbon holder and the film tape holder to avoid the film tape on the film tape holder from obstructing the cleaning action of the cleaning card, and then to close the front cover to remove the remaining ordinary cards from the cartridge and insert the cleaning cards. The printer scans the cartridge to detect whether the cartridge has a card and also identifies whether the card is a clean card. Further, the normal card and the cleaning card may be distinguished based on their different textures.
It will be appreciated that the printer may also be provided with a second cartridge for storing the cleaning card, such that the second cartridge draws the cleaning card into the card path to clean the card path assembly when the printer executes the cleaning process.
Further, based on the cleaning instruction, feeding the cleaning card into a card path of the printer, comprising: detecting a temperature of the heating roller in response to the cleaning instruction; and if the temperature of the heating roller is lower than the preset temperature value, the cleaning card is sent into a card channel of the printer.
In this embodiment, the heating roller of the printer is heated to a higher temperature during the printing process, and the cleaning card is generally not resistant to high temperature, so that the printer is not damaged by the cleaning operation of the printer, and the temperature of the heating roller is detected. For example, the temperature of the heating roller is higher than 70 ℃, the LCD prompts that the temperature of the heating roller is reduced, and the cleaning card is sent into the card channel assembly after the temperature is reduced, so that the damage of the cleaning card to the card channel due to overhigh temperature is avoided, and the safety of the cleaning work of the printer is improved.
Further, the gyro wheel includes first gyro wheel, second gyro wheel and third gyro wheel, and control turner, gyro wheel and the warming mill motion in the card way subassembly is long when presetting, includes: pumping the cleaning card into the turner; controlling the first roller and the turner to move repeatedly so that the cleaning card faces the cleaning card after the cleaning card moves repeatedly between the first roller and the turner for a first preset number of times; controlling the first roller and the turner to move repeatedly again so that the cleaning card is conveyed to the second roller after moving repeatedly between the first roller and the turner for a second preset number of times; controlling the second roller to move so that the cleaning card repeatedly runs for a third preset time in the second roller; controlling the heating roller to lift by a preset height so that the cleaning card enters the third roller; and controlling the third roller to move repeatedly for a fourth preset time so that the cleaning card is sent out of the card channel after the cleaning card repeatedly runs for the fourth preset time in the third roller.
In the present embodiment, for example, as shown in the schematic structural diagram of the card path assembly shown in fig. 2, pressing the SET key on the panel starts the cleaning procedure, and the printer will start the motor to draw the cleaning card 207 from the cartridge 201 into the flipper 203, and control the first roller 202 and the flipper 203 to move to and fro the card for a preset number of times (e.g. 3 times) between the first roller 202 and the flipper 203; the cleaning sheet is turned over from one side to the other side, and the cleaning sheet is continuously moved back and forth between the first roller 202 and the turner 203 for a preset number of times, so that the effect of double-side cleaning is achieved. The cleaning card 207 is then fed between the second rollers 205 and the cleaning card 207 is moved back and forth between the second rollers 205 a predetermined number of times. The heating roller 204 is lifted so that the cleaning card 207 can enter between the third rollers 206, the heating roller 204 is lowered, the cleaning card 207 moves back and forth between the third rollers 206 for a preset number of times so as to take away dust in the card path assembly, and finally the cleaning card 207 is discharged out of the printer, so that the cleaning work is completed.
It is understood that, in other embodiments, the cleaning operation may be performed repeatedly according to the above procedure until the number of times of execution reaches a preset value, and the cleaning operation is determined to be completed.
And step S104, when the cleaning program is executed, the total number of the cards is reset to zero, and the cleaning function is quitted.
In this embodiment, when the cleaning program is completed, the total number of cards is reset to zero to calculate the number of cleaning cards for the next cleaning cycle, and the cleaning function is exited to enable the printer to continue printing cards using the printing function. The execution of the cleaning program may be the execution of the program code of the cleaning program, or the execution of the cleaning program for a preset time.
In one embodiment, when the cleaning process is completed, zeroing the total number of cards and exiting the cleaning function comprises: recording the cleaning time length of the printer when executing the cleaning program; and if the cleaning time is within the preset time range, judging that the cleaning program is finished, zeroing the total number of the cards, and exiting the cleaning function.
In the present embodiment, the preset time period range may be measured when the cleaning process is actually performed. During the cleaning process, there may be instances where the cleaning card is paused or jammed. In the case where the program is suspended, the recording of the cleaning period is suspended, and after the cleaning program is continued to be executed, the recording of the cleaning period is continued. For the case that the cleaning card is stuck, the cleaning program may still be executed, but in this embodiment, when the cleaning card is detected to be stuck, the timing may be immediately stopped, and the cleaning program may be executed again after the cleaning card is put in again, and the cleaning time length may be recorded again. Compared with the basis that the program code of the cleaning program is operated and finished as the execution and finishing of the cleaning program, the cleaning time is taken as the basis, the cleaning card can be prevented from considering that the cleaning program is executed and finished because the program code of the cleaning program is continuously operated and finished when the cleaning card is dead, and the cleaning work is ensured to be really finished.
According to the embodiment, whether the cleaning program is executed or not is judged by recording the cleaning time, the cleaning function is avoided being skipped by closing the cleaning program after a user starts the cleaning program, and the cleaning work of the printer is carried out within a certain time range, so that the printer is ensured to completely walk through a cleaning flow, and the printer is ensured to be cleaned regularly.
In an embodiment, if the total number of cards reaches a preset number, the printer function is forced to jump to the cleaning function, and after a prompt message for prompting a user to clean the printer is displayed, the method further includes: acquiring a function exit instruction and user information input by a user; determining user authority of the user information based on the user information input by the user; and if the user authority of the user information is greater than the preset authority level, exiting the cleaning function according to the function exit instruction.
In this embodiment, the function exit instruction is an instruction to exit the cleaning function. In some cases, a file must be printed, and the printer cleaning work takes a while, so in order to cope with the situation, the application temporarily skips the forced cleaning function by using the user authority management, and provides a preparation scheme for the emergency.
Alternatively, only the administrator authority may modify the parameters of the forced cleaning, and the general user does not have the authority to modify. Specifically, administrator privileges may be implemented by setting an administrator password. The modification of the printing parameters can be performed only by inputting a correct administrator password. The administrator password can be modified in the printer menu or the driver interface, and similarly, the cleaning parameter for forcing the cleaning operation can be modified in the printer menu or the driver interface.
It should be noted that, in an embodiment, after exiting the cleaning function according to the function exit instruction, the total number of cards does not return to zero, but continues to be accumulated, and after the current print job is ended or after a preset time period, the cleaning function is forced to be entered. In another embodiment, the total number of cards may also be zeroed after exiting the cleaning function according to a function exit command.
