In order to further provide a guiding function, in the present embodiment, the guiding member 4 further includes a second guiding rod 404 disposed on the pressing plate 103, an upper end of the second guiding rod 404 passes through the pressing base plate 101, the driving plate 8 and the fixing plate 6, a second guiding chute 405 for the second guiding rod 404 to pass through and slide is disposed on the driving plate 8 and the fixing plate 6, a second guiding cylinder 406 adapted to a sliding track of the second guiding rod 404 is disposed on an upper surface of the fixing plate 6, and the second guiding rod 404 and the first guiding rod 401 are disposed in a staggered manner, and are not on the same horizontal straight line, so as to enhance the guiding function of the guiding member 4.
Furthermore, the cutting groove 11 in this embodiment can make the cutting knife 10 completely penetrate the melt-blown fabric, therefore, the melt-blown fabric is completely cut, but the arrangement of the cutting groove 11 can lead the table-board of the base 5 to have uneven depression, which causes interference to the propulsion of the subsequent melt-blown fabric, the melt-blown fabric is easy to be blocked when passing through the cutting groove 11, thereby affecting the efficiency of the melt-blown fabric processing, in view of the above, the present embodiment further provides the lifting plate 12 in the cutting groove 11 on the basis of the groove, the lifting plate 12 can slide up and down in the cutting groove 11, and is provided with a lifting driving component 2 for driving the lifting plate 12 to move up and down, when the cutter 10 moves downwards, the lifting driving part 2 drives the lifting plate 12 to move downwards to form a groove, when the cutter 10 moves upwards, the lifting driving part 2 drives the lifting plate 12 to move upwards until the upper surface of the lifting plate 12 and the upper surface of the base 5 form a complete plane together.
Specifically, the elevation driving member 2 in this embodiment includes an elevation compression spring 201, a magnet plate 202, and a movable magnet 203, the magnet plate 202 is disposed on the lower surface of the elevation plate 12, the elevation compression spring 201 is connected between the bottom of the cutting groove 11 and the magnet plate 202, the magnetic poles of the surfaces of the movable magnet 203 facing the magnet plate 202 are opposite, and the movable magnet 203 is disposed between the cutter holder 9 and the cutter 10.

Claims (10)

1. The compressing and cutting integrated melt-blown fabric splitting machine is characterized by comprising a base (5) and a fixing plate (6) arranged on the base (5) in parallel, wherein the fixing plate (6) is fixed on the base (5) through a support, a driving cylinder (7) is arranged on the fixing plate (6), the output end of the driving cylinder (7) vertically penetrates through the fixing plate (6) downwards and is connected with a driving plate (8), a cutter frame (9) is arranged at the center of the bottom end of the driving plate (8), a cutter (10) is vertically connected to the bottom of the cutter frame (9), compressing components (1) are respectively arranged at two ends of the driving plate (8), and the compressing components (1) at two sides are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the cutter (10);
the pressing component (1) comprises a pressing base plate (101) horizontally connected with the driving plate (8), a pressing rod (102) vertically penetrates through the pressing base plate (101), a horizontal pressing plate (103) is connected to the lower end of the pressing rod (102), a pressing buffer spring (104) is arranged between the driving plate (8) and the pressing plate (103), and the pressing buffer spring (104) is sleeved outside the pressing rod (102).
2. The compression-cutting integrated meltblown fabric slitting machine according to claim 1, wherein the base (5) is provided with a cutting groove (11), and the cutting groove (11) is located right below the cutting knife (10).

The compression and cutting integrated melt-blown fabric dividing and cutting machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein a lifting plate (12) and a lifting driving component (2) for driving the lifting plate (12) to move up and down are slidably arranged in the cutting groove (11) up and down, when the cutter (10) moves down, the lifting driving component (2) drives the lifting plate (12) to move down to form a groove, and when the cutter (10) moves up, the lifting driving component (2) drives the lifting plate (12) to move up until the upper surface of the lifting plate (12) and the upper surface of the base (5) jointly form a complete plane.

The compression-cutting integrated melt-blown fabric dividing and cutting machine according to claim 3, wherein the lifting driving component (2) comprises a lifting compression spring (201), a magnet plate (202) and a movable magnet block (203), the magnet plate (202) is arranged on the lower surface of the lifting plate (12), the lifting compression spring (201) is connected between the bottom of the cutting groove (11) and the magnet plate (202), the magnetic poles of the movable magnet block (203) and the magnet plate (202) are opposite, and the movable magnet block (203) is arranged between the cutter frame (9) and the cutter (10).

The compression and cutting integrated meltblown fabric splitting machine according to claim 1, wherein a transverse stretching member (3) is arranged between the compression member (1) and the driving plate (8), the transverse stretching member (3) comprises a transverse stretching chute (301) arranged on the lower surface of the driving plate (8), a chute fixing seat (302) is arranged at one end, away from the cutting knife rest (9), of the transverse stretching chute (301), a sliding seat (303) is slidably arranged in the transverse stretching chute (301), and a chute stretching spring (304) is arranged between the sliding seat (303) and the chute fixing seat (302).

The compression-cutting integrated meltblown fabric slitting machine according to claim 6, wherein the lateral side of the blade holder (9) is provided with a lateral pushing seat (309), the lateral pushing seat (309) is located above the abutting seat (307), the bottom end of the lateral pushing seat (309) is triangular, and the sharp corner of the triangle clings to the blade holder (9) and faces downwards.

The compression and cutting integrated meltblown fabric slitting machine according to claim 8, wherein a guide member (4) is disposed between the compression member (1) and the fixing plate (6), the guide member (4) comprises a first guide rod (401) connected to an upper end of the compression rod (102), an upper end of the first guide rod (401) penetrates through the driving plate (8) and the fixing plate (6), a first guide chute (402) for the first guide rod (401) to penetrate and slide is disposed on the driving plate (8) and the fixing plate (6), and a first guide cylinder (403) adapted to a sliding track of the first guide rod (401) is disposed on an upper surface of the fixing plate (6).

The pressing and cutting integrated meltblown fabric slitting machine according to claim 9, wherein the guiding component (4) further comprises a second guiding rod (404) disposed on the pressing plate (103), the upper end of the second guiding rod (404) penetrates through the pressing base plate (101), the driving plate (8) and the fixing plate (6) are provided with a second guiding chute (405) for the second guiding rod (404) to pass through and slide, the upper surface of the fixing plate (6) is provided with a second guiding cylinder (406) adapted to the sliding track of the second guiding rod (404), and the second guiding rod (404) and the first guiding rod (401) are arranged in a staggered manner and are not on the same horizontal straight line.
