The conventional square billet descaling ring is generally designed and selected according to the descaling requirement meeting the maximum billet specification and size, is directly used for small-specification billets, and can cause the situations of incomplete descaling and water resource waste. In order to solve the problem that the descaling rings cannot be simultaneously suitable for blanks of different sizes, the corresponding descaling rings are selected according to the sizes of the blanks by arranging the descaling rings with different grid sizes in the prior art.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the brushing structure comprises a casing a1, rollers 2 and a roller shaft 3, wherein the casing a1 is a hollow cuboid structure, the front end and the rear end of the casing are open, the number of the rollers 2 is 4, a pair of horizontally arranged rollers 2 are located on the same plane along the vertical direction, a pair of vertically arranged rollers 2 are also located on the same plane along the vertical direction, but two pairs of rollers 2 are located on different planes along the vertical direction; the power of the roller shaft 3 is provided by an external motor, the roller 2 is sleeved outside the roller shaft 3, two ends of the roller shaft 3 are provided with slide blocks (not shown in the figure), and the roller shaft 3 is clamped in clamping grooves on the side wall of the shell A1 through the slide blocks at the two ends; the upper side wall and the lower side wall of the shell A1 are provided with a plurality of clamping grooves (not shown in the figure) along the horizontal direction to realize the separation and the approach of the two rollers 2 in the vertical direction, and the left side wall and the right side wall of the shell A1 are provided with a plurality of clamping grooves (not shown in the figure) along the vertical direction to realize the separation and the approach of the two rollers 2 in the horizontal direction so as to be suitable for the descaling of square billets of different specifications. As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the descaling ring structure comprises a shell B4, a descaling ring a part and a descaling ring B part; as shown in fig. 3, the part a of the descaling ring comprises 4 identical descaling water pipes 5, and 4 descaling water pipes 5 are matched to form a square structure; as shown in fig. 4, a plurality of through holes 6 are arranged at the matching positions of the two end parts of the descaling water pipe 5 and the descaling ring B part at equal intervals, and a plurality of nozzles A7 are arranged at the inner side of the descaling water pipe 5 at equal intervals; as shown in fig. 3, the descaling ring B comprises a descaling water pipe B8, a connecting pipe a9, a connecting pipe B10 and two connecting assemblies, wherein two ends of the descaling water pipe B8 are respectively communicated with one end of the connecting pipe a9 and one end of the connecting pipe B10, the connecting assemblies comprise a piston 11 and a piston housing 12, the piston 11 is positioned inside one end of the piston housing 12, the length of the piston 11 along the horizontal direction is smaller than the distance between the two through holes 6, the rod part of the piston 11 is fixedly connected with the piston housing 12 into a whole, and the length of the rod part of the piston 11 is larger than the distance from the innermost through hole 6 of the descaling water pipe 5 to the end part of the descaling water pipe 5; the piston shell 12 is hollow as a whole, and the lower end of the piston shell is open (only two side surfaces and the upper top surface are provided), so that two ends of the descaling water pipe 5 are inserted into the hollow end part of the piston shell 12, and the descaling ring A part is matched with the descaling ring B part; the other ends of the connecting pipe A9 and the connecting pipe B10 are arranged on the piston shell 12, the pipe orifices of the connecting pipe A9 and the connecting pipe B10 are both positioned at the inner side of the piston 11, and the lengths of the connecting pipe A9 and the connecting pipe B10 are different, so that the horizontal descaling water pipe 5 and the vertical descaling water pipe 5 are not in the same plane (as shown in FIG. 5); the inner side of the descaling water pipe B8 is provided with a nozzle B13, the tail end of the descaling water pipe B8 is communicated with the high-pressure water pipe 14, the high-pressure water pipe 14 is movably connected to the shell B4, the outside of the high-pressure water pipe 14 can move in the direction perpendicular to the descaling water pipe B8 under the driving of a power component, and the moving distance L is fixed (the primary stroke of the power component is set as a fixed value) every time, so that the connecting pipe A9 and the connecting pipe B10 are driven to move for a certain distance (in sine-cosine relation with L and equal to the distance between two through holes 6) on the descaling water pipe 5 in the horizontal and vertical directions respectively, and the connecting pipe A9 and the connecting pipe B10 are guaranteed to correspond to the through holes 6. The high pressure water pipe 14 is communicated with an external water source, and a flow valve and a pressure gauge are arranged on the communicating pipe for changing the water supply pressure and flow.
