The polymer dispersion and dissolution device for tertiary oil recovery in oil fields as claimed in claim 1, wherein the multi-angle material spraying device comprises a material box (35) fixedly mounted on a movable frame (9), a water pump (36) fixedly mounted on the movable frame (9), two discharging pipes (37) connected to the water pump (36), two discharging pipes (37) sequentially penetrating through the outer walls of the movable frame (9) and the upper cover, and a plurality of spraying pipes (38) arranged on the two discharging pipes (37).
