The first straight pipe 62 and the second straight pipe 75 are connected into a whole through the connecting assembly 78, so that the second piston 76 can be smoothly driven to move together in the moving process of the sliding ring 73.
In one embodiment, the shaft 30 includes a first shaft section 31, a lift 32, and a second shaft section 33. One end of the first shaft section 31 is rotatably connected with a groove wall of the collecting groove 10, the other end of the first shaft section 31 is provided with an open groove 311, a sliding block 312 is arranged in the open groove 311 in a sliding manner, preferably, the length of the open groove 311 is the same as that of the sliding block 312, and the cross section of the sliding block 312 is matched with that of the open groove 311, so that when the sliding block 312 does not slide out of the open groove 311, the first shaft section 31 is of a whole cylindrical structure, and the appearance is attractive. A lever 313 is preferably provided on the slider 312 to facilitate the shifting of the slider 312.
A lifting portion 32 is integrally provided at the other end of the first shaft section 31, and has a placement groove opened upward. One end of the second shaft section 33 is fixedly connected to the end plate 21, and the other end of the second shaft section 33 can be inserted into the placement groove. The slider 312 may slide to a position to catch the other end of the second shaft section 33 to restrict the other end of the second shaft section 33 from moving in a direction away from the open end of the placement slot.
In this embodiment, after the second shaft section 33 is placed in the placing groove, the sliding block 312 slides out a distance, so that the sliding block 312 blocks the second shaft section 33, and when the rotating shaft 30 swings back and forth, the second shaft section 33 is not separated from the first shaft section 31. After the liquid medicine is filtered, the slider 312 is pushed back into the open groove 311, and then the filter tank 20 is moved upward to separate the second shaft section 33 from the placement tank, so that the filter tank 20 can be removed for cleaning.

Claims (7)

1. A traditional Chinese medicine liquid filtering device is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
the collecting tank is used for collecting the filtered traditional Chinese medicine liquid, the upper part of the collecting tank is arranged with an opening, and the bottom of the collecting tank is provided with a liquid outlet;
the filter tank is arranged in the collecting tank and comprises two fan-shaped end plates which are oppositely arranged along the longitudinal direction and a circular arc-shaped filter plate which connects the lower ends of the two end plates into a whole;
the rotating shaft is transversely and rotatably arranged on the wall of the collecting tank and is fixedly connected with the end plate;
the driving device is arranged on the collecting tank and is used for driving the rotating shaft to swing in a reciprocating manner;
the air supply covers are arranged in the collecting tank, the two air supply covers are respectively positioned at two ends of the filter plate, each air supply cover is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, the air outlets are close to the filter plate and are matched with the filter plate, and the air outlet direction of the air outlets is upward; and
and the air inlet pipe is arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the air supply cover, one end of the air inlet pipe is communicated with the air inlet, and the other end of the air inlet pipe is communicated with an air source.
2. The Chinese medicinal liquid filtering device according to claim 1, wherein: further comprising:
the electromagnetic valves are respectively arranged on each air inlet pipe and are used for controlling the on-off of the air inlet pipes;
the two proximity sensors are respectively positioned at two ends of one end plate, and alternately output signals in the process that the driving device drives the rotating shaft to rotate so as to enable the filter tank to swing back and forth; and
a controller electrically connected with the solenoid valve and the proximity sensor.
3. The Chinese medicinal liquid filtering device according to claim 2, wherein: the bottom of the air supply cover is provided with a liquid outlet which is communicated with a liquid discharge pipe, and the liquid discharge pipe is positioned in the collecting tank.
4. The Chinese medicinal liquid filtering device according to claim 3, wherein: the air inlet pipe comprises a first straight pipe with one blind end and a connecting pipe for communicating one end of the first straight pipe with the air inlet, and the electromagnetic valve is arranged at the other end of the first straight pipe; still include the control assembly that is used for controlling the outage of fluid-discharge tube, control assembly includes:
a first piston that slides in the first straight tube so as to be sealed with the first straight tube, that can slide to a position where the first straight tube communicates with the connection tube, that separates the first straight tube from the connection tube, and that can slide to a position where the first straight tube communicates with the connection tube;
a permanent magnet embedded in the first piston;
the sliding ring is sleeved outside the first straight pipe, generates magnetic attraction with the permanent magnet and slides outside the first straight pipe along with the movement of the first piston;
the pressure spring is arranged in the first straight pipe, one end of the pressure spring is abutted with the blind end of the first straight pipe, and the other end of the pressure spring is abutted with the first piston;
the second straight pipe is arranged in parallel with the first straight pipe, one end of the second straight pipe is a blind end, and the blind end of the second straight pipe is communicated with the liquid discharge pipe;
a second piston that is slidable in the second straight pipe so as to be sealed with the second straight pipe, and that is slidable to a position where the second straight pipe communicates with the drain pipe, and that partitions the second straight pipe and the drain pipe; and
and the first connecting rod is L-shaped, one end of the first connecting rod is fixedly connected with the sliding ring, and the other end of the first connecting rod extends into the second straight pipe and is fixedly connected with the second piston.

The Chinese medicinal liquid filtering device according to claim 4, wherein: the air supply cover is provided with a first wall distributed along the vertical direction and a second wall distributed along the horizontal direction, the air inlet is formed in the first wall, the liquid discharge port is formed in the second wall, and the connecting pipe is a 90-degree bent pipe.
6. The Chinese medicinal liquid filtering device according to claim 5, wherein: the control assembly further includes a connection assembly, the connection assembly including:
the first connecting sleeve is sleeved on the blind end of the first straight pipe and is fixedly connected with the first straight pipe;
the second connecting sleeve is sleeved at the opening end of the second straight pipe and is fixedly connected with the second straight pipe; and
and two ends of the second connecting rod are fixedly connected with the first connecting sleeve and the second connecting sleeve respectively.
7. The filtering device for Chinese medicinal liquid according to claim 1, wherein: the pivot includes:
one end of the first shaft section is rotatably connected with the groove wall of the collecting groove, and the other end of the first shaft section is provided with a sliding block which slides along the extending direction of the first shaft section;
a lifting part which is arranged at the other end of the first shaft section and is provided with an open placing groove; and
one end of the second shaft section is fixedly connected with the end plate, and the other end of the second shaft section can be embedded into the placing groove;
the slider may be slidable to a position to catch the other end of the second shaft section to restrict the other end of the second shaft section from moving in a direction away from the open end of the placement slot.
