Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made to overcome the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a physical exercise assisting device which enables people to perform an initial adaptation and a later intensive training of a sit-up exercise well.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a physical exercise aid comprising:
a frame body;
the supporting seat is fixedly connected with the frame body through a column;
the left end of the lower surface of the chair seat is hinged with the frame body, the lower surface of the chair seat is also provided with a first sliding chute along the left-right direction, and a first sliding block is connected in the first sliding chute in a sliding manner;

the arc-shaped elastic part comprises a fixed arc-shaped cylinder, the fixed arc-shaped cylinder is fixed on the frame body, the convex side of the fixed arc-shaped cylinder faces downwards, a first movable arc-shaped cylinder is sleeved at the left end of the fixed arc-shaped cylinder, and a second movable arc-shaped cylinder is sleeved at the right end of the fixed arc-shaped cylinder; the left end head of the first movable arc-shaped cylinder is fixedly connected with the first sliding block, and the right end head of the second movable arc-shaped cylinder is fixedly connected with the second sliding block; a spring penetrates through the first movable arc-shaped cylinder, the fixed arc-shaped cylinder and the second movable arc-shaped cylinder, wherein the left end of the spring is connected with the left end inside the first movable arc-shaped cylinder, and the right end of the spring is connected with the right end inside the second movable arc-shaped cylinder;
the foot supporting piece comprises a supporting connecting rod, the right end of the supporting connecting rod is fixedly connected with the frame body, a foot supporting plate is fixed at the left end of the supporting connecting rod, and a foot limiting ring is arranged on the foot supporting plate.
The frame body is respectively fixed with a first limiting block and a second limiting block, the first limiting block is arranged below the chair seat and used for limiting the right end of the chair seat to be lower than the left end of the chair seat; the second limiting block is arranged at the position below the chair back when the chair back rotates to the horizontal state and is used for limiting the upper end of the chair back to be lower than the lower end of the chair back in the process of being placed to be horizontal, so that the chair back can only reach the horizontal state at the lowest level in the process of being placed flat, and finally reaches the state of being laid flat and starting to sit up when doing sit-up exercise.
The number of the support connecting rods is 2, the foot supporting plates are fixedly connected with the support connecting rods simultaneously, the support connecting rods are respectively connected with the support connecting rod containing cavities in a sliding mode and can be contained in the support connecting rod containing cavities in a sliding mode, so that the physical exercise assisting device can be used as a chair, and the support connecting rods are telescopic rod structures with adjustable lengths, so that the support connecting rod containing cavities can be smaller and are convenient to contain; the second limiting block is arranged on the longitudinal rod body with the adjustable length, the lower end of the longitudinal rod body is fixed on the frame body, and when the chair back rotates anticlockwise around a hinge point where the chair back is hinged with the frame body, so that the chair back faces a vertical state, the second limiting block has a limiting function of preventing the chair back from inclining backwards by adjusting the length of the longitudinal rod body, and the physical exercise auxiliary device can stably lean against the chair back when being used as a chair; in addition, the limit of the rotation angle of the chair back can be realized by finely adjusting the longitudinal rod body.
The upper end of the chair back is provided with a holding part, the chair back is of a telescopic structure with adjustable length in the longitudinal direction, the chair back comprises an upper plate body and a lower plate body, the upper plate body is of a hollow structure, the lower end of the upper plate body is provided with an inlet leading to the interior of the upper plate body, the upper end of the lower plate body is inserted into the upper plate body from the inlet and is in sliding connection with the upper plate body, the lower end of the lower plate body is hinged with the frame body, and a locking bolt for locking the relative positions of the upper plate body and the lower plate body is arranged between the upper plate body and the lower plate body; the holding part is arranged on the upper plate body. The frame body is further fixed with a mechanical counter at the lower end of the chair back, the counting trigger end of the mechanical counter is in contact with the lower end edge of the chair back, and the counting mechanism is used for erecting the chair back once to trigger counting when doing sit-ups.

The column body is a liftable column body with adjustable length; the supporting seat lower extreme is equipped with a plurality of gyro wheels.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention provides a physical exercise auxiliary device, which can adapt to and strengthen the training of sit-ups for people who have difficulty in sit-ups exercise, when the device is used, an exerciser sits on a chair surface, and inserts two feet into a foot limiting ring of a foot supporting piece, when the exerciser sits on the chair surface, under the combined action of the weight of the exerciser and the upward elastic support of the left end of an arc-shaped elastic piece, the chair surface can become horizontal and is finally supported by a first supporting block below the chair surface, meanwhile, the right end of the arc-shaped elastic piece can push a chair back to the back direction of the exerciser under the action of a spring, so that the exerciser leans against the chair back when leaning backwards for about half, and the exerciser can not be difficult to lie down under the action of the auxiliary elastic support of the chair back, when the exerciser lies down, the hand holding part is grasped by the two hands, then the sit-up exercise is carried out, the chair back can be driven by the body to move upwards simultaneously when the chair is sit up, the sit-up exercise is convenient under the action of the elastic force of the arc-shaped elastic part, and the spring in the elastic force of the arc-shaped elastic part is changed into the stretching state from the compression state when the chair is sit up to midway, so the upward elastic force is not applied to the chair back any more, therefore, the whole sit-up exercise is to be continuously completed, the exerciser needs to tightly hold the hand holding part by the two hands to continuously sit up with strength, the tension of the spring can be overcome, the final sitting straight to complete the whole sit-up action, therefore, the support of the chair back by the arc-shaped elastic part of the invention can form good auxiliary action on the exerciser in the initial lying-down stage and the sitting-up stage, and the spring acts on the chair back when the chair is quickly sit-up by the tension of the sit-up exercise, the invention can strengthen the exercise intensity of the waist during the sit-up, thereby realizing the strengthened training during the sit-up, and certainly, when the spring changes the thrust to the chair back from the thrust to the pulling force during the sit-up, the hands of the exerciser can release the holding part and hold the head to carry out the normal sit-up exercise without using the strengthened training function. The sit-up training device is simple in structure and convenient to use and operate, and can well help people to complete the adaptation and the strengthening training at the initial stage of sit-up exercise.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a physical exercise assisting device, which includes a frame body 7, a support base 8, a seat 11, a seat back 1, an arc-shaped elastic member, a foot supporting member, and the like. The supporting seat 8 is fixedly connected with the frame body 7 through a column 18; the left end of the lower surface of the seat 11 is hinged with the frame body 7, the lower surface is also provided with a first sliding chute 12 along the left-right direction, and a first sliding block 13 is connected in the first sliding chute 12 in a sliding manner; the lower end of the chair back 1 is hinged with the frame body 7, a second sliding groove 1-1 is formed in the rear surface of the chair back 1 along the longitudinal direction of the chair back 1, and a second sliding block 2 is connected in the second sliding groove 1-1 in a sliding manner; the arc-shaped elastic part comprises a fixed arc-shaped cylinder 5, the fixed arc-shaped cylinder 5 is fixed on the frame body 7, the convex side of the fixed arc-shaped cylinder 5 is downward, the left end of the fixed arc-shaped cylinder 5 is sleeved with a first movable arc-shaped cylinder 6, and the right end of the fixed arc-shaped cylinder 5 is sleeved with a second movable arc-shaped cylinder 3; the left end of the first movable arc-shaped cylinder 6 is fixedly connected with the first sliding block 13, and the right end of the second movable arc-shaped cylinder 3 is fixedly connected with the second sliding block 2; a spring 4 penetrates through the first movable arc-shaped cylinder 6, the fixed arc-shaped cylinder 5 and the second movable arc-shaped cylinder 3, wherein the left end of the spring 4 is connected with the left end of the inside of the first movable arc-shaped cylinder 6, and the right end of the spring 4 is connected with the right end of the inside of the second movable arc-shaped cylinder 3; the foot supporting part comprises a supporting connecting rod 14, the right end of the supporting connecting rod 14 is fixedly connected with the frame body 7, a foot supporting plate 19 is fixed at the left end of the supporting connecting rod 14, and a foot limiting ring 15 is arranged on the foot supporting plate 19.

Furthermore, the number of the support connecting rods 14 is 2, the foot supporting plate 19 is fixedly connected with each support connecting rod 14 at the same time, each support connecting rod 14 is connected with the support connecting rod accommodating cavity 21 in a sliding manner and can be accommodated into the support connecting rod accommodating cavity 21 in a sliding manner, so that the physical exercise assisting device can be used as a chair, and each support connecting rod 14 is of a telescopic rod structure with adjustable length, so that the support connecting rod accommodating cavity 21 can be made smaller and is convenient to accommodate; as shown in fig. 1 in detail, the second limiting block 9 is disposed on a longitudinal rod 20 with adjustable length, the lower end of the longitudinal rod 20 is fixed on the frame body 7, when the seat back 1 rotates counterclockwise around a hinge point where the seat back 1 is hinged to the frame body 7, so that the seat back 1 faces a vertical state, the second limiting block 9 forms a limiting function for preventing the seat back 1 from tilting backward by adjusting the length of the longitudinal rod 20, and when the physical training assisting device is used as a chair, the second limiting block 9 can stably abut against the seat back 1; in addition, the rotation angle of the chair back 1 can be limited by finely adjusting the longitudinal rod body 20.
