2. The multi-pathway sleep-aiding and pressure-releasing sleeping capsule of claim 1, wherein said capsule seat is a massage chair.

The multi-way sleep-aiding and pressure-releasing sleeping cabin according to claim 2, wherein the music sleep-aiding device comprises 2 sound boxes, the 2 sound boxes are respectively arranged at the left and right sides of the massage chair, and the sound boxes are arranged towards the user; the transcranial micro-current stimulation device, the transcranial magnetic stimulation device and the aromatherapy device are arranged at the top of the massage chair.

5. The multi-way sleep-aiding and pressure-releasing sleeping compartment of claim 2 further comprising a light shield disposed above the massage chair for shielding light directed to the head of the user.

The multi-way sleep-aiding and pressure-releasing sleeping cabin according to claim 5, wherein the light-shielding cover comprises a front cabin cover and a rear cabin cover, the front cabin cover is used for shielding light from the front upper part of the massage armchair, and the rear cabin cover is fixed on the back of the massage armchair and is used for shielding light from the rear upper part of the massage armchair; the multi-path sleep-aiding and pressure-releasing sleeping cabin also comprises a cabin front cover supporting piece, one end of the cabin front cover supporting piece is fixed on the massage chair, the other end of the cabin front cover supporting piece penetrates through the rear cover of the cabin and extends to the top of the cabin front cover along the inner side of the cabin front cover, and the top of the cabin front cover is rotatably connected with the cabin front cover supporting piece, so that the cabin front cover can rotate around the massage chair along the circumferential direction; the phototherapy device is arranged on the cabin front cover.

9. The multi-way sleep-assisting and pressure-releasing sleeping cabin according to claim 1, wherein the aromatherapy device comprises a perfume and a heater, and the heater is connected with the control device and used for heating the perfume.

A multi-way sleep-aiding and pressure-releasing system, which comprises a user terminal and the multi-way sleep-aiding and pressure-releasing sleeping cabin as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the transcranial micro-current stimulation device, the transcranial magnetic stimulation device and the phototherapy device all comprise wireless communication modules, and are connected with the user terminal through the wireless communication modules.
