Description

Improved glaucoma aqueous humor drainage tube
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of ophthalmic medical equipment, in particular to an improved glaucoma aqueous humor drainage tube.
Background
Glaucoma is the second irreversible blindness-causing eye disease in the whole world, and is one of the main blindness-causing eye diseases in China. Glaucoma is mainly due to blindness caused by an uneven drainage of aqueous humor in the eye, which increases intraocular pressure and eventually leads to atrophy of the optic nerve. The total population had a 1% incidence and 2% after the age of 45. Glaucoma is clinically classified into three major categories, primary, secondary and congenital, according to etiology, angle of the atrium, and tonography.
Although anti-glaucoma drugs, laser technology, offer technology and possibilities for controlling intraocular pressure, a significant fraction of glaucoma patients eventually have to receive surgical treatment due to the specificity of the disease. For glaucoma treatment, the most common use at home and abroad is the placement of a glaucoma drainage valve in a anterior chamber pipeline. Clinically, the anti-glaucoma operation treatment is the ultimate treatment method in the current treatment mode capable of effectively controlling the disease development. The operation is to cut off trabecular tissue to establish a passage from the inside of the eye to the subconjunctival outside the eye wall, so that aqueous humor in the eye can be drained from another way, thereby achieving the effect of reducing intraocular pressure. The stable aqueous humor drainage channel is constructed, and the stable aqueous humor drainage effect is obtained, so that the postoperative long-term effect of the operation is improved, and the method is a key point of glaucoma operation treatment.
But glaucoma aqueous humor drainage tube among the prior art, in order to avoid the jam problem of drainage tube, through the arrangement of a plurality of oozing liquid mouths, pack into the medicine in the drainage tube simultaneously to carry out adjunctie therapy to glaucoma, final medicine discharges the drainage tube through the mode of diffusion, and medicine exhaust efficiency is lower, can not reach treatment fast, influences the progress of operation.
