when a visitor instruction triggered by the intelligent doorbell is received, starting a shooting device based on the visitor instruction, so that the shooting device can acquire video of the visitor to obtain a visitor video;
receiving visitor videos sent by the shooting device as visitor information;
detecting a current operation mode of the intelligent refrigerator;
if the current operation mode is a first mode, outputting the visitor information;
if the current operation mode is the second mode, storing the visitor information;
generating second prompt information based on the visitor video;
outputting the second prompt information when detecting that a user exists in a preset range of the intelligent refrigerator;
the detecting the current operation mode of the intelligent refrigerator comprises the following steps:
recording the stay time of a user when the user exists in the preset range of the intelligent refrigerator;
if the stay time of the user reaches the preset time, switching the current operation mode into a first mode;
and when a second mode control instruction is received, switching the current running mode to a second mode.
2. The guest information processing method according to claim 1, wherein the outputting the guest information includes:
and controlling a display module on the intelligent refrigerator to display the visitor video.
3. The visitor information processing method as claimed in claim 2, wherein after said step of controlling a display module on said intelligent refrigerator to display said visitor video, said processing method comprises:
and when a door opening instruction triggered by the display module is received, controlling the intelligent door to execute door opening operation.
4. The visitor information processing method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein after the step of controlling a display module on the intelligent refrigerator to display the visitor video, the processing method comprises:
acquiring target information from the visitor information and storing the target information in an intelligent refrigerator;
and sending the target information to a cloud server, so that the cloud server generates first prompt information based on the target information and sends the first prompt information to a user terminal.
5. The guest information processing method according to claim 1, wherein the step of storing the guest information includes:
and storing the visitor video to an intelligent refrigerator.
6. An intelligent refrigerator, characterized in that, the intelligent refrigerator includes:
the display module is used for displaying visitor information;
