Four locking grooves 320 are equally distributed in the four spacing holes 310, and the locking grooves 320 are used for being matched with the fasteners 160 of the bottom plate 100. A limiting clamping groove step 330 is arranged in the middle of the clamping groove 320, the clamping groove step 330 is used for being matched with the barb structure 150 of the buckle 160, and the structure can limit the rolling shaft 200 and lock the sealing cover 300 after installation.
