Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of a method for recombining and printing an electronic medical record according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 101, when a medical record printing event is detected, determining script definition information aiming at a target medical record; the script definition information comprises chapter script information corresponding to one or more target chapters in the target medical record;
the medical record printing event can be triggered by an operation for printing the electronic medical record, for example, a user can start the medical record printing to further trigger a processing flow of the electronic medical record printing; the target medical record can be an electronic medical record to be printed for a medical record print event.
As an example, the script definition information may be a preset print script set for the electronic medical record, and may include chapter script information corresponding to each of one or more target chapters in the electronic medical record to be printed, for example, a print script corresponding to each chapter in the electronic medical record may be defined based on a medical record template, such as a JS script, and may be separately defined for each chapter, so that a print script set corresponding to the defined chapter in the electronic medical record may be obtained.
In the process of printing the electronic medical record, when a medical record printing event is detected, script definition information of a preset target medical record to be printed can be acquired, and the script definition information can comprise chapter script information corresponding to one or more target chapters in the target medical record, so that the electronic medical record can be recombined and printed based on the chapter script information.
Electronic Medical Records (EMR) may be a computerized Medical Record system, or a Computer-Based Patient Record (CPR), which may employ Electronic devices (e.g., computers, health cards, etc.) to store, manage, transmit, and reproduce digitized Medical records, which may be used in place of handwritten paper Medical records.
In an actual scene, the electronic medical record can correspond to a medical record writing format and a medical record printing format, namely the electronic medical record can be presented in different formats, the electronic medical record corresponding to the medical record writing format can be presented for medical staff, and the electronic medical record corresponding to the medical record printing format can be presented for a patient.
The difference between the writing format of the electronic medical record and the printing format of the electronic medical record of the medical institution is large. The tabular medical record can be obtained by adopting a medical record writing format, is convenient to input, has comprehensive content in the obtained tabular medical record, and can cover clinically relevant elements, wherein the medical record content can be the sum of medical data such as characters, symbols, diagrams, images, slices and the like formed by medical staff in the medical activity process, and can comprise an outpatient/emergency medical record and an inpatient medical record.
In an example, a medical institution can write content into the medical record template through presetting the medical record template, and then obtain an electronic medical record corresponding to a medical record writing format, so that medical staff can write the medical record based on the medical record template to obtain a tabular medical record, so that the medical staff can use the writing standard of the medical record through the medical record template, and the medical staff can write the medical record conveniently.
For example, the medical record template can be provided with a medical record section, which can be a relatively independent section or paragraph in the electronic medical record, such as sections that can be "main complaints", "current medical history", "physical examinations", "family history", and so on. The medical record content in each section can be composed of medical record elements, the medical record elements can be the smallest semantic unit with business meanings in the electronic medical record, for example, medical record elements such as morbidity, main symptoms, duration, units and the like can be contained in a main complaint section, and the types of the medical record elements can comprise text elements, selection elements, date elements, section elements and the like.
The streaming text medical record can be obtained by adopting the electronic medical record printing format, and the electronic medical record can be output by controlling whether chapters and element contents in the medical record are displayed or not, so that the printed electronic medical record is concise and clear, and the information of the doctor can be embodied in an A5 paper.
102, generating recombined medical record information according to the chapter script information corresponding to the one or more target chapters respectively;
the recombined medical record information can be medical record information to be printed, which is obtained by natural language recombination aiming at the target medical record, and can be used for outputting the target medical record to be printed.
After the script definition information is obtained, chapter script information corresponding to one or more target chapters can be obtained from the script definition information, and then the chapters in the target medical record to be printed can be polled one by one according to the chapter script information, so that the output format corresponding to each chapter can be determined, and further, recombined medical record information for the target medical record can be generated.
And 103, outputting the target medical record aiming at the medical record printing event according to the recombined medical record information.
After the recombined medical record information is generated, the target medical record aiming at the medical record printing event can be output according to the recombined medical record information so as to finish the structured electronic medical record printing based on natural language recombination.
In an example, the method can be used for performing natural language reorganization by extracting and identifying chapter information, elements and element value information in the electronic medical record based on the characteristics of the structured electronic medical record and based on the lightweight and just-in-time compiling characteristics of a JS (JavaScript, a high-level programming language with function priority and interpreted or just-in-time compiling) scripting language, and can be used for defining the printing format of the electronic medical record by adopting the JS language according to a medical record template, so that the electronic medical record based on natural language reorganization is printed.
Through the electronic medical record printing based on natural language recombination, the difference of an electronic medical record writing format and an electronic medical record printing format can be realized, and the recombination of the contents of the electronic medical record can be realized, so that the printing contents of the electronic medical record are more refined, paper is saved, the effective medical record information can be printed, the personal sensitive information of a patient is prevented from being displayed, and the privacy of the patient is protected.
In the embodiment of the invention, when a medical record printing event is detected, script definition information aiming at a target medical record is determined, the script definition information comprises chapter script information corresponding to one or more target chapters in the target medical record, then, recombined medical record information is generated according to the chapter script information corresponding to one or more target chapters, and further, the target medical record aiming at the medical record printing event is output according to the recombined medical record information, so that electronic medical record printing based on natural language recombination is realized, the recombined medical record information is generated according to the chapter script information corresponding to the chapters by determining the script definition information, and further, the target medical record is output, natural language recombination based on the script definition can be realized, the separation of a medical record writing format and a printing format is realized, the complex operation is avoided, the diversified requirements of electronic medical record printing are met, and the printing content can be more refined, the effect of protecting the privacy of the patient is achieved.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart illustrating steps of another method for recombining and printing an electronic medical record according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 201, acquiring printing requirement information aiming at a target medical record;
as an example, the printing requirement information may be a specification for script definition information preset according to a user requirement, for example, the specification of the printing script, such as whether a chapter title is displayed, an element display condition, an association display between elements, and the like, may be agreed.
In specific implementation, preset printing requirement information for a target medical record can be acquired, and then the specification for script definition information can be determined according to the printing requirement information so as to further define a printing script.
Step 202, determining one or more target chapters in the target medical record according to the printing requirement information;
after the printing requirement information is acquired, because the information can be a specification preset according to the user requirement and aiming at the script definition information, one or more target chapters in the target medical record can be further determined according to the printing requirement information, and the chapters of the printing script can be defined if needed.
Step 203, presetting script definition information aiming at the target medical record aiming at the one or more target chapters;
after the target section is determined, script definition information for the target medical record can be preset according to the medical record template for the one or more target sections, for example, a print script, such as a JS script, corresponding to each of the one or more sections in the electronic medical record can be defined based on the medical record template.
In an embodiment of the present invention, step 203 may include the following sub-steps:
for each target chapter, generating chapter script information corresponding to the target chapter according to the printing requirement information; and presetting script definition information aiming at the target medical record by adopting the chapter script information corresponding to the one or more target chapters.
In practical application, chapter script information corresponding to the target chapter can be generated according to the acquired printing requirement information for each target chapter, and further script definition information for the target medical record can be preset by adopting chapter script information corresponding to one or more target chapters.
For example, after one or more chapters of a print script needs to be defined in the target medical record to be printed are determined, the one or more chapters can be used as the target chapters, the print script corresponding to the target chapters can be defined in the medical record template to be used as chapter script information corresponding to each target chapter, and then script definition information can be obtained according to the chapter script information corresponding to each of the one or more target chapters, so as to be used for recombination printing of the electronic medical record.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the presetting of the script definition information for the target medical record may include the following sub-steps:
acquiring preset medical record template information; and presetting script definition information aiming at the target medical record through a configuration page aiming at the medical record template information.
In a specific implementation, preset medical record template information can be acquired, and further script definition information for a target medical record can be preset through a configuration page for the medical record template information so as to be used for recombining and printing the electronic medical record.
In an example, based on a preset medical record template (as shown in fig. 3 a), a print script can be defined on a medical record template page, so that a JS script can be used to implement front-end configuration of an electronic medical record print format, and the electronic medical record can be used after configuration, without recompiling or redeploying a program, that is, by configuring the print script on the medical record template, structured electronic medical record printing with natural language reorganization can be implemented.
The script definition information for the target medical record can be configured in the following way:
1. aiming at medical record contents corresponding to a single chapter in a medical record;
for example, when the past history section in the electronic medical record corresponding to the medical record writing format has medical record content, the past history section in the electronic medical record corresponding to the medical record printing format can be configured to display all information; "don't care" can be displayed when there is no medical record content.
2. Display status for individual sections in the medical record;
for example, the entire chapter of the electronic medical record corresponding to the medical record printing format can be hidden, such as the electronic medical record corresponding to the medical record printing format does not have the basic information chapter.
3. A selection element for a single section in a medical record;
according to the input state of the selection element of a single chapter in the electronic medical record corresponding to the writing format of the medical record, the electronic medical record printing information corresponding to the printing format of the medical record can be configured, for example, for the chapter related to the examination item, as shown in fig. 3b, 1 is the chapter part corresponding to the writing format of the medical record, and 2 is the chapter part corresponding to the printing format of the medical record, (1) when the input state of the selection element is not checked, that is, when the input state of the selection element is not checked, the selection element represents that the patient is not examined, and; (2) when the input state of the selection element is 'no', namely representing that the patient is checked but has no symptoms, the printing can be carried out; (3) when the input status of the selection element is "yes", which means that the patient has been examined and is symptomatic, printing is required.
4. Displaying relevance between medical record elements of a single section in a medical record;
for example, when the medical record element a of a single chapter in the electronic medical record corresponding to the medical record writing format is selected as no (as in 301 in fig. 3 c), the medical record element B of the chapter (as in 302 in fig. 3 c) can be hidden, that is, the content corresponding to the medical record element B is not displayed in the electronic medical record corresponding to the medical record printing format (as in 303 in fig. 3 c); when the medical record element A is selected as "Yes" (as in 304 of FIG. 3 c), the medical record element B of the section (as in 305 of FIG. 3 c) can be displayed, i.e., the medical record element B of the section can be printed (as in 306 of FIG. 3 c).
By configuring a printing script in the medical record template, the printing content and format of the medical record can be freely assembled, and the tabular medical record can also be printed to form a stream text format; the chapters and sections of the medical record, whether the elements are displayed or not, the association display among the elements and the like can be customized; and the medical record printing format is convenient to define, can be directly configured at the front end of the system, can be used after the configuration is finished, and does not need to redeploy the system.
Step 204, when a medical record printing event is detected, determining script definition information aiming at a target medical record; the script definition information comprises chapter script information corresponding to one or more target chapters in the target medical record;
in the process of printing the electronic medical record, when a medical record printing event is detected, script definition information of a preset target medical record to be printed can be acquired, and the script definition information can comprise chapter script information corresponding to one or more target chapters in the target medical record, so that the electronic medical record can be recombined and printed based on the chapter script information.
Step 205, generating recombined medical record information according to the chapter script information corresponding to the one or more target chapters;
after the script definition information is obtained, chapter script information corresponding to one or more target chapters can be obtained from the script definition information, and then the chapters in the target medical record to be printed can be polled one by one according to the chapter script information, so that the output format corresponding to each chapter can be determined, and further, recombined medical record information for the target medical record can be generated.
And step 206, outputting the target medical record aiming at the medical record printing event according to the recombined medical record information.
After the recombined medical record information is generated, the target medical record aiming at the medical record printing event can be output according to the recombined medical record information so as to finish the structured electronic medical record printing based on natural language recombination.
Through the electronic medical record printing based on natural language recombination, diversified printing requirements of the electronic medical record can be met, the JS printing script is configured by the system interface, the configurable medical record printing format is realized, the program does not need to be modified, and the development cost is low (the JS printing script language is simpler, and the JS printing script can be configured by simply training a user).
Referring to fig. 4, a flowchart illustrating steps of another method for recombining and printing an electronic medical record according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 401, when a medical record printing event is detected, determining script definition information aiming at a target medical record; the script definition information comprises chapter script information corresponding to one or more target chapters in the target medical record;
in the process of printing the electronic medical record, when a medical record printing event is detected, script definition information of a preset target medical record to be printed can be acquired, and the script definition information can comprise chapter script information corresponding to one or more target chapters in the target medical record, so that the electronic medical record can be recombined and printed based on the chapter script information.
Step 402, judging whether the current chapter of the target medical record is a target chapter according to chapter script information corresponding to the one or more target chapters;
after the script definition information is obtained, chapter script information corresponding to one or more target chapters can be obtained from the script definition information, and then the chapters in the target medical record to be printed can be polled one by one according to the chapter script information, so that whether the current chapter of the target medical record is the target chapter can be judged in polling.
In an embodiment of the present invention, step 402 may include the following sub-steps:
judging whether the corresponding chapter script information exists in the current chapter of the target medical record or not according to the chapter script information corresponding to the one or more target chapters; when the corresponding chapter script information exists in the current chapter, determining the current chapter as a target chapter; and when judging that the corresponding chapter script information does not exist in the current chapter, determining that the current chapter is a non-target chapter.
In practical application, whether the corresponding chapter script information exists in the current chapter of the target medical record or not can be judged according to the chapter script information corresponding to one or more target chapters, and then the current chapter can be determined to be the target chapter when the corresponding chapter script information exists in the current chapter, and the current chapter can be determined to be a non-target chapter when the corresponding chapter script information does not exist in the current chapter.
For example, when the medical record is reorganized and printed, whether each chapter has a defined print script can be judged according to the chapter sequence, that is, when the chapters in the target medical record to be printed are polled one by one, whether the current chapter has a defined print script (i.e., chapter script information) can be judged, the current chapter with a defined print script can be used as a target chapter, and the current chapter without a defined print script can be used as a non-target chapter, so that the electronic medical record is reorganized and printed based on the target chapter and the non-target chapter in the target medical record.
Step 403, when the current chapter is a target chapter, generating first sub-recombined medical record information according to chapter script information corresponding to the target chapter;
in a specific implementation, when the current chapter is the target chapter, the first sub-recombined medical record information can be generated according to the chapter script information corresponding to the target chapter, for example, medical record content corresponding to the target chapter can be output according to a script format.
Step 404, when the current chapter is a non-target chapter, generating second sub-recombined medical record information;
in a specific implementation, the second sub-recombined medical record information may be generated when the current chapter is a non-target chapter, for example, when no print script is defined, the medical record content corresponding to the non-target chapter may be output as it is based on an electronic medical record corresponding to a medical record writing format obtained by the medical record template.
In an embodiment of the present invention, step 404 may include the following sub-steps:
acquiring preset medical record format information; and when the current chapter is a non-target chapter, generating second sub-recombined medical record information by adopting the medical record format information.
In practical application, the second sub-recombined medical record information can be generated by acquiring the preset medical record format information and further adopting the medical record format information when the current chapter is a non-target chapter.
In an example, whether each chapter has a definition printing script is judged according to the sequence of chapters when the medical record is recombined and printed, and further, the chapters with the definition scripts can be configured and output according to the scripts, and the chapters without the definition scripts can be output according to the medical record writing format.
Step 405, obtaining recombined medical record information by adopting the first sub-recombined medical record information and the second sub-recombined medical record information;
after the first sub-recombined medical record information and the second sub-recombined medical record information are obtained, natural language recombination can be performed by adopting the first sub-recombined medical record information and the second sub-recombined medical record information, and then recombined medical record information can be obtained.
And step 406, outputting the target medical record aiming at the medical record printing event according to the recombined medical record information.
After the recombined medical record information is generated, the target medical record aiming at the medical record printing event can be output according to the recombined medical record information so as to finish the structured electronic medical record printing based on natural language recombination.

2. when a medical record printing event is detected, medical record printing can be started, and a preset printing script is obtained;
3. the method comprises the steps that polling can be carried out on electronic medical records to be printed one by one, and the output format corresponding to each chapter can be determined by judging whether a printing script (namely chapter script information corresponding to a target chapter) is defined in the current chapter;
4. when the defined print script is judged to exist, namely, the corresponding chapter script information exists in the current chapter, the medical record (namely, the first sub-recombination medical record information) can be output according to the script format aiming at the chapter; when it is determined that no defined print script exists, that is, no corresponding chapter script information exists in the current chapter, the medical record (that is, the second sub-recombined medical record information) can be output as it is based on the electronic medical record corresponding to the medical record writing format (that is, the medical record format information) obtained by the medical record template for the chapter;
5. after the output format corresponding to the current chapter is determined, the judgment of the next chapter can be entered, and the chapter-by-chapter polling is carried out until the judgment of all chapters in the electronic medical record to be printed is completed, so that the electronic medical record formed by the recombined medical record information can be obtained, and the electronic medical record printing based on the natural language recombination is realized.
