Detailed Description
In the following description, for purposes of explanation and not limitation, specific details are set forth such as the particular system architecture, techniques, etc., in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiments of the present invention. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced in other embodiments that depart from these specific details. In other instances, detailed descriptions of well-known systems, devices, circuits, and methods are omitted so as not to obscure the description of the present invention with unnecessary detail.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, a method for determining an excitation factor is provided, which specifically includes the following steps:
and 11, determining operation record information corresponding to each sub-stage of the current insurance policy in the first stage of the cooperative network.
Step 12, determining a first business person corresponding to each sub-stage of the first stage and a communication depth value corresponding to each first business person according to each operation record information;
and step 13, determining service excitation factors corresponding to the first service personnel respectively according to the communication depth values and the first preset rules.
In this embodiment, the current policy refers to the policy being processed, and the policy may be a policy that is a policy that the consumer purchases the corresponding policy, or a policy that is not a policy that the consumer does not purchase the corresponding policy. At least two business roles are related to insurance policies, such as private consultants, security analysts and product underwriters, in the first stage of the collaboration network, wherein the first stage of the collaboration network refers to a stage of communication with consumers, and the first stage is divided into a plurality of sub-stages, and each sub-stage is served to consumers by business personnel with different roles, such as sub-stages corresponding to the private consultants, sub-stages corresponding to the security analysts and sub-stages corresponding to the product underwriters. The operation of the business personnel in each sub-stage is tracked and recorded, so that operation record information is obtained. According to the operation record information, the first business personnel corresponding to each sub-stage of the current insurance policy can be determined, wherein the first business personnel are business personnel serving the consumer corresponding to the current insurance policy, and meanwhile, the communication depth values corresponding to the first business personnel can be determined, and the communication depth values can be used for representing the communication degree between the business personnel and the consumer, for example, the communication degree is deeper as the communication depth value is larger, and the participation degree of the business personnel is higher; further, according to each communication depth value and a first preset rule, service excitation factors corresponding to the first service personnel are determined, and by fully considering the communication depth values of the first service personnel, the excitation factors are determined, and the excitation factors can reflect the participation degree of each first service personnel participating in the current insurance policy, so that the method has higher accuracy and higher rationality, wherein the first preset rule can be the corresponding relation between the preset communication depth values and the excitation factors, namely, when each communication depth value is determined, the corresponding excitation factors can be determined according to the corresponding relation.
As shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment of the present invention, the determining, in step 12, a first service person corresponding to each sub-stage of the first stage and a communication depth value corresponding to each first service person according to each operation record information includes:
step 121, obtaining text information in each operation record information;
step 122, extracting personal information in each text message to determine a first business person corresponding to each sub-stage of the first stage;
step 123, determining the number of communication times and the duration of communication in each operation record information;
and step 124, determining a communication depth value corresponding to each first service person according to each text message, the communication times and the communication duration.
In the above embodiment, the operation record information includes information such as text information, communication times and communication duration, where the text information may be obtained by transcribing real-time audio or recording text communication such as WeChat. And extracting the personal information in the text information to determine the first business personnel corresponding to each sub-stage of the first stage. The abstract model can be trained to extract the personal information in the text information, and the personal information in each text information is determined. When each business person communicates, one operation record information exists, so that the first business person corresponding to each sub-stage of the first stage can be determined according to the text information in each operation record information. And then determining the communication depth value corresponding to each first business person according to the text information, the communication times and the communication duration. Specifically, when determining that the communication depth value can be determined through a mathematical model, for example, training a mathematical model corresponding to the communication depth value, and when acquiring new text information, new communication times and new communication duration, inputting the above items into the trained mathematical model, so as to obtain the communication depth value. The text information can be identified, the communication text value is determined, and then a corresponding relation table among the communication text value, the communication times, the communication duration and the communication depth value is preset, so that the communication depth value can be determined after the communication text value, the communication times and the communication duration are determined. Of course, the communication depth value can also be determined by other modes through text information, communication times and communication duration.
As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment of the present invention, after extracting the personal information in each text message in step 122 to determine the first service personnel corresponding to each sub-stage of the first stage, the method further includes:
step 125, judging whether each text message meets a first preset condition; if the text information contains target text information which does not meet the first preset condition, determining a first business person corresponding to the target text information as a third business person;
and step 126, determining a penalty factor corresponding to the third service personnel.
In the above embodiment, in order to objectively recognize communication between service personnel, it is further required to determine whether the text information meets a first preset condition, where the first preset condition may be that there is no improper term in the text information, where the improper term may be specified in advance, such as a abuse term, when the text information exists in the text information that does not meet the first preset condition, determining the text information as target text information, determining a first service personnel corresponding to the target text information as a third service personnel, determining a penalty factor corresponding to the third service personnel, determining the text information that does not meet the first preset condition as target text information, determining the first service personnel corresponding to the target text information as a third service personnel in a marking process of the text information and the service personnel, and punishing the marked third service personnel. Specifically, the quality inspection system can be set to inspect the text information, and the passing condition of the quality inspection system is set to be a first preset condition, so that when the text information does not accord with the first preset condition, the text information cannot pass the quality inspection of the quality inspection system, and the text information has problems, and is determined to be target text information.
As shown in fig. 4, in one embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes:
step 14, determining a link parameter corresponding to the current policy in a second stage of the cooperative network;
and 15, determining a second service person corresponding to the second stage based on the link parameter, and determining a service excitation factor corresponding to the second service person according to a second preset rule.
In the above embodiment, the collaboration network includes not only the first stage but also the second stage, wherein the first stage is a stage in which the business person communicates with the consumer, and the second stage is a stage in which the business person does not need to communicate with the consumer, for example, the business person in the second stage only needs to send the link parameter to the community, and when the consumer clicks the link parameter to communicate, the first stage is entered. If the current policy is started by clicking a certain link parameter by the consumer, determining a link parameter corresponding to the current policy in a second stage of the cooperative network, and determining a second service person corresponding to the second stage according to the link parameter, wherein after determining the second service person, the second service person does not communicate with the consumer, and therefore, a service excitation factor corresponding to the second service person can be determined according to a second preset rule, and the second preset rule can be a corresponding relation between the link parameter and the service excitation factor of the second service person, for example, each link parameter corresponds to 0.5 service excitation factors, and therefore, after determining the second service person, the second service person can record the service excitation factor of 0.5 for the second service person.
Specifically, the business staff in the second stage can be a user consultant, the user consultant sends an activity link to a community for selection by a consumer, meanwhile, the activity system can acquire the link parameter of the activity link, the tracking system invokes the link parameter of the activity link in the activity system and performs one-to-one correspondence to the link parameter of the activity link and the user consultant, and after the consumer clicks a certain link parameter, the user consultant corresponding to the link parameter can be determined to be the second business staff, and the business incentive factor of the user consultant is determined.
As shown in fig. 5, in one embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes:
step 16, determining the state information of the current insurance policy;
and step 17, if the state information of the current insurance policy meets a second preset condition, determining the single-forming excitation factors of the first business personnel and the second business personnel.
In the above embodiment, not only the service incentive factor but also the singleness incentive factor exists, so that it is necessary to determine the state information of the current policy, where the state information is singleness information or non-singleness information, and determine whether the state information of the current policy meets the second preset condition, where the second preset condition is that the state information is singleness information, that is, the consumer purchases the corresponding insurance, and then determine the singleness incentive factors of the first service personnel and the second service personnel. The sum of the business excitation factors and the business excitation factors can be the excitation factors corresponding to business personnel, so that the excitation factors are determined for the business personnel not only through the communication depth but also through the business results, and the determined excitation factors are more accurate and more reasonable.
As shown in fig. 6, in one embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes:
step 18, determining learning information corresponding to each first business person respectively;
and step 19, determining learning excitation factors corresponding to the first service personnel respectively based on the learning information and a third preset rule.
In the above embodiment, in order to encourage learning by business personnel, to improve business ability, a learning incentive factor is set. By determining the learning information corresponding to each first business person, setting a third preset rule as the corresponding relation between the learning information and the learning excitation factors, and determining the learning excitation factors corresponding to the first business person according to the third preset rule after determining the learning information. It should be noted that, learning information corresponding to each second service person may also be determined, and based on the determined learning information and the third preset rule, learning excitation factors corresponding to each second service person may be determined. Specifically, the determining learning information corresponding to each first service person includes: determining learned content information in a knowledge center; determining examination information in an examination system; determining training information in a training system; and integrating the learned content information, examination information and training information to determine learning information corresponding to each first business person. The knowledge center, the examination system and the training system are arranged to provide learning opportunities for business personnel, learning information of the business personnel is comprehensively determined through learned content information in the knowledge information, examination information in the examination system and training information of the training system, such as the corresponding percentage of the learned content information, examination results corresponding to the examination information and training duration corresponding to the training information, the sum of the three is determined to be the learning information of the business personnel, and therefore the learning information can accurately reflect the learning degree of the business personnel, and the accuracy of learning excitation factors determined according to the learning information is higher. After the business excitation factors, the single excitation factors and the learning excitation factors are determined, the weighted average values of the business excitation factors, the single excitation factors and the learning excitation factors can be determined according to the weight coefficients determined in advance to serve as the excitation factors of business personnel, so that the accuracy and the rationality of the excitation factors determined by comprehensively considering various factors are higher.
As shown in fig. 7, in one embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an excitation factor determining apparatus, which specifically includes the following modules:
