s6: the customs clearance verification node acquires an iris image of the person and extracts iris features of the person according to the iris image;
s7: acquiring a household location of the person input by voice, determining a corresponding county administrative district according to the household location, and matching the iris characteristic of the person with the iris characteristic in an identity database of the county administrative district to acquire the identity card information of the person;
s8: the customs clearance verification node initiates a health report acquisition request of the person to any supervision node according to the identity card information of the person;
s9: the supervision node receiving the request acquires the latest block from the chain, acquires a packet corresponding to a county administrative district according to the identity card information of the person, acquires a health report of the person from the packet, and returns the health report to the customs clearance verification node;
s10: and the clearance verification node determines the passing qualification of the person according to the received health report.
