According to the control method of the conference system, a switching operation instruction can be received, the switching operation instruction is used for switching a conference homepage to a quick-response functional interface, the switching direction carried by the switching operation instruction is identified in response to the switching operation instruction, the quick-response preset function is determined according to the switching direction, and an interactive interface corresponding to the preset function is displayed. Therefore, the effect of quickly opening a plurality of report files through gestures is achieved by uploading the files in advance or saving the files in advance in the local file on the cloud file management platform by the user, and the efficiency of meeting report is greatly improved.
With further reference to fig. 25, there is shown an exemplary block diagram of the structure of the control device 10 of the conference system according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 25, the control device 10 of the conference system includes: a first receiving module 100, a response module 200 and a display module 300.
The first receiving module 100 is configured to receive a switching operation instruction, where the switching operation instruction is used to switch a conference homepage to a quick-response functional interface;
the response module 200 is configured to respond to the switching operation instruction, and identify a switching direction carried by the switching operation instruction;
the display module 300 is configured to determine a preset function of the fast response according to the switching direction, and display an interactive interface corresponding to the preset function.
Optionally, the preset function includes displaying a report material, and before the interactive interface corresponding to the preset function is displayed, the display module 300 is further configured to:
detecting at least one storage address which is preset to have an association relation with a conference system;
executing a first display strategy when a file with a target format is stored in at least one storage address;
and executing a second display strategy when the file in the target format is not stored in at least one storage address.
Optionally, the display module 300 is specifically configured to:
generating and displaying an address selection interface according to at least one storage address, wherein the address selection interface comprises at least one address selection component which carries the storage address,
a memory list of selected memory addresses is received and displayed in response to a first selection instruction selecting an address selection component.
Optionally, the display module 300 is specifically configured to:
and starting and displaying an initial interface of the preset application program.
Optionally, the preset function includes a preset interface setting, and the display module 300 is specifically configured to:
displaying an editing template selection interface, wherein the editing template selection interface comprises at least one selection component of a preset editing template;
and receiving and responding to a second selection instruction for selecting the selection component, and displaying preset information corresponding to the selected preset editing template.
Optionally, the preset function includes reporting a thumbnail list, and the display module 300 is specifically configured to:
acquiring at least one image file to be reported;
and generating a thumbnail display image according to at least one image file based on a preset arrangement rule, and displaying the thumbnail display image.
Optionally, the control device 10 of the conference system further includes:
the second receiving module is used for receiving an operation instruction for shooting the report image;
the calling module is used for calling the image shooting function and displaying the image content acquired by the image shooting function;
the storage module is used for storing the report image when the collected image information is determined and displaying the image content of the report image;
the modification module is used for receiving modification operation on the report image and updating the report image according to the modification operation;
and the updating module is used for updating the thumbnail display image according to the report image.
It should be understood that the units or modules recited in the apparatus 10 correspond to the various steps in the method described with reference to fig. 1. Thus, the operations and features described above with respect to the method are equally applicable to the apparatus 10 and the units contained therein and will not be described in detail here. The apparatus 10 may be implemented in a browser or other security applications of the electronic device in advance, or may be loaded into the browser or other security applications of the electronic device by downloading or the like. Corresponding elements in the apparatus 10 may cooperate with elements in the electronic device to implement aspects of embodiments of the present application.
The division into several modules or units mentioned in the above detailed description is not mandatory. Indeed, the features and functionality of two or more modules or units described above may be embodied in one module or unit, according to embodiments of the present disclosure. Conversely, the features and functions of one module or unit described above may be further divided into embodiments by a plurality of modules or units.
According to the control device of the conference system, provided by the embodiment of the application, a switching operation instruction can be received, the switching operation instruction is used for switching a conference homepage to a quick-response functional interface, the switching operation instruction is responded, the switching direction carried by the switching operation instruction is identified, the quick-response preset function is determined according to the switching direction, and an interactive interface corresponding to the preset function is displayed. Therefore, the effect of quickly opening a plurality of report files through gestures is achieved by uploading the files in advance or saving the files in advance in the local file on the cloud file management platform by the user, and the efficiency of meeting report is greatly improved.
Referring now to fig. 26, fig. 26 illustrates a schematic diagram of a computer system suitable for use in implementing an electronic device or server of an embodiment of the present application,
as shown in fig. 26, the computer system 2600 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)2601, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)2602 or a program loaded from a storage portion 2608 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 2603. In the RAM2603, various programs and data necessary for operation instructions of the system are also stored. The CPU2601, ROM2602, and RAM2603 are connected to each other via a bus 2604. An input/output (I/O) interface 2605 is also connected to bus 2604.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 2605; an input portion 2606 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output portion 2607 including a display such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage portion 2608 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 2609 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 2609 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A drive 2610 is also connected to the I/O interface 2605 as necessary. A removable medium 2611 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 2610 as necessary, so that a computer program read therefrom is mounted on the storage portion 2608 as necessary.
In particular, according to embodiments of the present application, the process described above with reference to the flowchart fig. 1 may be implemented as a computer software program. For example, embodiments of the present application include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated by the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program comprises program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such embodiments, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via the communication portion 2609 and/or installed from the removable media 2611. The above-described functions defined in the system of the present application are executed when the computer program is executed by the Central Processing Unit (CPU) 2601.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium shown in the present application may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present application, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In this application, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operational instructions of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present application. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. The units or modules described in the embodiments of the present application may be implemented by software or hardware. The described units or modules may also be provided in a processor, and may be described as: a processor includes the control method of the conference system. Here, the names of these units or modules do not constitute a limitation to the units or modules themselves in some cases, for example, the first receiving module may also be described as "receiving a switching operation instruction for switching the conference home page to a quick-response function interface".
As another aspect, the present application also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which may be included in the electronic device described in the above embodiments, or may exist separately without being assembled into the electronic device. The computer-readable storage medium stores one or more programs that, when executed by one or more processors, perform the control methods described in the conferencing systems of the present application.

It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the scope of the disclosure herein is not limited to the particular combination of features described above, but also encompasses other arrangements formed by any combination of the above features or their equivalents without departing from the spirit of the disclosure. Claims (10)

1. A method for controlling a conference system, comprising:
receiving a switching operation instruction, wherein the switching operation instruction is used for switching a conference homepage to a quick-response functional interface;
responding to the switching operation instruction, and identifying a switching direction carried by the switching operation instruction;
and determining a preset function of quick response according to the switching direction, and displaying an interactive interface corresponding to the preset function.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the preset function includes displaying a report material, and before the displaying the interactive interface corresponding to the preset function, the method further includes:
detecting at least one storage address preset with an association relation with the conference system;
when the file with the target format is stored in the at least one storage address, executing a first display strategy;
and executing a second display strategy when the file in the target format is not stored in the at least one storage address.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the executing the first display policy comprises:
generating and displaying an address selection interface according to the at least one storage address, wherein the address selection interface comprises at least one address selection component, the address selection component carries the storage address,
and receiving and responding to a first selection instruction for selecting the address selection component, and displaying a storage list of the selected storage addresses.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the executing the second display policy comprises:
and starting and displaying an initial interface of the preset application program.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the preset function includes a preset interface setting, and the displaying the interactive interface corresponding to the preset function includes:
displaying an editing template selection interface, wherein the editing template selection interface comprises at least one selection component of a preset editing template;
and receiving and responding to a second selection instruction for selecting the selection component, and displaying preset information corresponding to the selected preset editing template.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the preset function includes reporting a thumbnail list, and the displaying the interactive interface corresponding to the preset function includes:
acquiring at least one image file to be reported;
and generating a thumbnail display image according to the at least one image file based on a preset arrangement rule, and displaying the thumbnail display image.
7. The method of controlling a conference system according to claim 6, further comprising:
receiving an operation instruction for shooting a report image;
calling an image shooting function, and displaying image content acquired by the image shooting function;
storing a report image when the image information is determined to be collected, and displaying the image content of the report image;
receiving modification operation on the report image, and updating the report image according to the modification operation;
and updating the thumbnail display image according to the report image.
8. A control apparatus of a conference system, characterized by comprising:
the conference system comprises a first receiving module, a second receiving module and a switching module, wherein the first receiving module is used for receiving a switching operation instruction, and the switching operation instruction is used for switching a conference homepage to a quick-response functional interface;
the response module is used for responding to the switching operation instruction and identifying the switching direction carried by the switching operation instruction;
and the display module is used for determining the preset function of the quick response according to the switching direction and displaying the interactive interface corresponding to the preset function.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor, when executing the program, implements the method of controlling a conferencing system as claimed in any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out a method of controlling a conference system according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
