1. An intelligent home integrated control system is characterized by comprising a login and registration module, a home release module, a database, a linkage analysis module, a controller, a home early warning module and an alarm module;
the login registration module is used for transmitting the registered home to the home release module; the home release module is used for receiving the registered home and releasing and displaying the registered home; meanwhile, a user accesses the home release module through the mobile phone terminal and performs instruction control on registered home;
when a user accesses the home release module through the mobile phone terminal and performs instruction control on registered home; the linkage analysis module carries out linkage analysis on the registered home to obtain linkage home table information of the registered home; the controller is used for feeding back the linkage household table information of the registered household to the mobile phone terminal of the user; prompting a user to perform associated starting;
when the registered home is operated, the home early warning module is used for monitoring and analyzing the operation state of the registered home; calculating to obtain a time length deviation value of the registered home, and generating an early warning signal if the time length deviation value is larger than or equal to a corresponding time length deviation value threshold; the controller drives the control alarm module to send out an alarm after receiving the early warning signal; and sending the early warning signal and the corresponding early warning home to a mobile phone terminal of the user for displaying, and reminding the user whether to close the early warning home.
2. The smart home integrated control system according to claim 1, wherein the home release module specifically comprises the following working steps:
calling an operation record of the registered home in a preset time from a database according to the registered home; counting the running times of the registered home and marking as C1; summing all single-time operation durations of the registered home to obtain total operation duration, and marking the total operation duration as CT;
comparing the single-run interval duration to an interval duration threshold; obtaining an interval influence coefficient GQ through relevant processing, obtaining a type value corresponding to the registered household type, and marking the type value as Q4; acquiring an active value YX of the registered home by using a formula YX of C1 × b1+ CT × b2+ GQ × b3+ Q4 × b 4;
the home release module is used for arranging and releasing the registered home according to the size of the activity value YX and displaying the running state of the registered home in real time.
3. The smart home integrated control system according to claim 1, wherein the linkage analysis module specifically analyzes the steps of:
marking the registered home furnishing which is subjected to instruction control as a target home furnishing; taking the starting time of one running record of the target home as a center; marking all registered homes with the starting time difference within a preset value as linked homes; matching the running records of the linked home with the running records of the target home to obtain the synchronous running time period of the linked home and the target home;
summing the time lengths of all the synchronous operation periods to obtain the total synchronous operation time length which is marked as TB 1; counting the total number of synchronous operation of the target home and the same linked home according to the linked home and marking as TC 1; summing all the single synchronous interval durations and averaging to obtain a synchronous interval average value; marking the mean value of the synchronization interval as TG; calculating a synchronous value TF of the linked home by using a formula TF (TB1 × d1+ TC1 × d 2)/TG-0.3658; and sequencing the linked homes according to the synchronous value TF to obtain linked home table information of the target home.
4. The smart home integrated control system according to claim 1, wherein the home warning module specifically analyzes the steps of:
when the registered home runs, marking the running time of the registered home as early warning time YT 1; if the early warning time length YT1 is not less than the average running time length DG, the state is to be verified; when in a state to be verified; calculating a time length deviation value PZ of the registered home according to a deviation calculation formula;
setting the running life of the registered home as N1; setting the maintenance frequency of registered home as WX; obtaining a model value corresponding to the registered home model, and marking the model value as H1; calculating a registered household device value SD by using a formula SD (H1 Xg 1+ WX Xg 2)/N1; determining a corresponding time length deviation value threshold value as Rm according to the device value SD; and if the PZ is more than or equal to the time bias value threshold value Rm, generating an early warning signal.
