As shown in fig. 2, the data acquisition card 130 includes a CAN communication interface and a serial port, the data acquisition card 130 sends the warning signal to the vehicle controller through the CAN communication interface, and communicates with the insulation detection device through the serial port (i.e., serial port communication), so as to control the insulation detection device 120 to detect the insulation resistance of the high-voltage connector with the amplitude larger than the predetermined amplitude through the serial port, and acquire the insulation resistance of the high-voltage connector with the amplitude larger than the predetermined amplitude through the serial port.
Further, the data acquisition card 130 is configured to determine whether there is a risk of water inflow or oil contamination in the corresponding high-voltage connector according to the insulation resistance of the high-voltage connector whose amplitude is greater than the predetermined amplitude, and send information for repairing or replacing the high-voltage connector whose amplitude is greater than the predetermined amplitude when it is determined that there is a risk of water inflow or oil contamination.
Specifically, the data acquisition card adopts PCI-6221, which has 16 analog inputs, a sampling rate as high as 250kS/s, 2 analog outputs and 24I/O interfaces, and a single-channel sampling frequency of 250kS/s, thereby meeting the design requirements of the scheme. The PC-6221 is installed in a PCI slot of an industrial personal computer, all interfaces of the PCI-6221 are led out through a cable and a CB-37F-HVD junction box and connected with a vehicle controller, and a data acquisition card is a core control element for data acquisition and early warning, namely: when a certain high-voltage connector or a plurality of high-voltage connectors have overlarge vibration amplitude, the whole vehicle controller can give an early warning.
