the barrel cover 1 is covered on the detection body 3, then the button caps 11 of the two medicament boxes 2 are pressed downwards to ensure that the standard solution medicament, the buffering agent and the indicator medicament enter the volumetric cup 5,
the hand wheel 29 is rotated to rotate the measuring cup 5, so that the standard liquid medicament, the buffering agent and the indicator medicament are fully mixed with the boiler water to be detected,
standing for a period of time, then pressing the power button 9 to light the white light lamp 8, observing the color of the white light lamp 8 through the observation window 4, and if the color is blue, determining that the hardness of the boiler water to be detected meets the requirement; if the color is red, the hardness of the boiler water to be detected exceeds the standard;
the color of the white light lamp 8 is observed again through the observation window 4 after the hand wheel 29 is rotated, then the hand wheel 29 is repeatedly rotated and the color of the white light lamp 8 is observed through the observation window 4 until the observed color is not changed any more,
and pressing the power button 9 again to close the white light lamp 8, opening the barrel cover 1, taking out the measuring cup 5, cleaning the measuring cup 5 by using qualified softened water or distilled water, putting the cleaned measuring cup 5 back into the detection body 3 again, and then covering the barrel cover 1.
It can be seen that the above difference has the effect that the worker can rotate the handwheel 29 and then the second bevel gear 27, and since the second bevel gear 27 is meshed with the first bevel gear 25, the second bevel gear 27 drives the first bevel gear 25 to rotate, and then the first bevel gear 25 drives the mounting sleeve 6 fixedly arranged thereon to rotate, and since the receiving cup 5 is arranged in the mounting sleeve 6 (the relative position of the receiving cup 5 and the mounting sleeve 6 is fixed), the receiving cup 5 can rotate together with the mounting sleeve 6.
