Background
The gas seriously threatens the safe production of coal mines. In order to improve the safety production of coal mines, the safety production of mines is promoted. The coal mine gas concentration needs to be monitored so as to ensure that managers can find the coal mine gas concentration in time. However, the existing coal mine gas early warning monitoring device is only provided with a set of detectors in the patrol monitoring process, and once the coal mine gas early warning monitoring device is damaged due to explosion impact or collapse and rock fall, concentration monitoring can not be carried out any more, so that the subsequent conditions can not be known in time to influence the event processing efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the situation and overcoming the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a gas early warning monitoring device for coal mine safety production and a using method thereof, wherein the gas early warning monitoring device can efficiently protect a mine tunnel when the mine tunnel explodes or collapses; the folding protection assembly is unfolded to prevent impact of falling rocks after entering a roadway by adopting a pre-action principle, the impact protection plate is utilized to disperse impact force and then uniformly transmit the impact force to the elastic damper and the transmission air bag when the falling rocks occur, and the high-efficiency buffering effect is realized by dispersing the impact force; the device has the advantages that the contradiction characteristic that the transmission air bag cannot be sustained due to the fact that the transmission air bag is easily burst due to increased pressure intensity when the transmission air bag receives extrusion impact is utilized, gas under high pressure of the transmission air bag is creatively led into the V-shaped transmission pipeline through the contradiction transfer principle, the V-shaped transmission pipeline is utilized to accelerate the air flow, the kinetic energy of the air flow is converted into the kinetic energy of the light blocking ball to be used for puncturing the bearing air bag I and the bearing air bag II, a large amount of gas is generated again through component mixing reaction in the bearing air bag I and the bearing air bag II to flush the blocked air inlet of the standby detector, and the defect that the transmission air bag is easily burst due to.

The invention with the structure has the following beneficial effects: according to the scheme, after the gas detector is damaged due to impact, the action of starting the standby detector is realized only by adopting a simple mechanical mechanism based on a mechanical energy replacement principle when the rockfall impacts, the continuous and uninterrupted detection of the gas detection is completed, so that a manager can continuously know the environment condition in a roadway, and correct and rapid measures are taken for processing; the folding protection assembly is unfolded to prevent impact of falling rocks after entering a roadway by adopting a pre-action principle, the impact protection plate is utilized to disperse impact force and then uniformly transmit the impact force to the elastic damper and the transmission air bag when the falling rocks occur, and the high-efficiency buffering effect is realized by dispersing the impact force; according to the contradiction transfer principle, gas under high pressure of the transmission air bag is introduced into the V-shaped transmission pipeline, the acceleration of the gas flow is realized by using the V-shaped transmission pipeline, the energy of the gas flow is transferred to the light blocking ball to puncture the first bearing air bag and the second bearing air bag, and a large amount of gas is generated again by utilizing the component mixing reaction in the first bearing air bag and the second bearing air bag to flush the blocked gas inlet of the standby detector, so that the defect that the transmission air bag is over-pressure and easy to explode is perfectly converted into the advantage that the standby detector can be started.

As shown in figure 1, the gas early warning and monitoring device for coal mine safety production comprises an early warning box body 1, a protection mechanism 2, a gas detector 3 and a standby detector 4, wherein one side of the early warning box body 1 is provided with a mounting groove 10, the gas detector 3 is arranged in the mounting groove 10, the standby detector 4 is arranged in the early warning box body 1, the protection mechanism 2 is arranged on the early warning box body 1, the protection mechanism 2 comprises a connecting support 5, a mounting plate 6, a telescopic rod 7, a folding protection component 8 and a power transmission component 9, wherein the connecting support 5 is symmetrically arranged on the top wall of the early warning box body 1, the mounting plate 6 is provided with two groups, the middle part of the mounting plate is respectively and rotatably arranged on the connecting support 5, the telescopic rod 7 is hinged on the side wall of the early warning box body 1 and is hinged on the mounting plate 6, the folding protection component 8 is provided with two groups and is respectively arranged on the two groups of mounting plates 6, and the power transmission component 9 is arranged in the early warning box body 1 and is connected with the folding protection component; a signal transmission controller (not shown in the figure) is arranged in the early warning box body 1 and is connected with the gas detector 3 and the standby detector 4.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the folding protection assembly 8 includes a fixed frame 11, a fixed disc 12, a plurality of fan-shaped protection plate groups 13, a movable support frame 14 and a movable connection seat 15, the fixed disc 12 is disposed on the mounting plate 6, the fixed frame 11 is disposed on one side of the edge of the fixed disc 12, the movable support frame 14 is provided with a plurality of groups, an annular chute (not shown) is disposed on the fixed disc 12, one end of each group of movable support frame 14 is slidably disposed in the annular chute, the plurality of groups of fan-shaped protection plate groups 13 are unfolded to form a circular ring, free ends of the movable support frame 14 and the fixed frame 11 are respectively provided with a fixed connection seat 16, two groups of connection shafts one 17 are rotatably disposed on the fixed connection seat 16, each group of connection shafts one 17 is provided with an arc-shaped support frame 18, the movable connection seats 15, the second connecting shaft is arranged at the free end of the arc-shaped supporting frame 18 between two adjacent groups of the fixed connecting seats 16, the two ends of the arc-shaped supporting frame 18 are respectively provided with a connecting gear 20, the first connecting shaft 17 and the second connecting shaft are respectively positioned at the centers of the connecting gears 20 at the two ends of the arc-shaped supporting frame 18, the connecting gears 20 on the two adjacent groups of the arc-shaped supporting frames 18 are meshed with each other, the arc-shaped supporting frame 18 is provided with a fixing piece 21, the fan-shaped protective plate group 13 is arranged on the fixing piece 21, the fixed disc 12 is; a first motor (not shown in the figure) is arranged in the fixing frame 11 and is connected with a group of first connecting shafts 17; two groups of movable support frames 14 which are far from the outermost sides of the two sides of the fixed frame 11 are respectively provided with a clamping groove and a clamping column, and the clamping columns are clamped in the clamping grooves.
As shown in fig. 4, the fan-shaped protection plate group 13 includes a supporting plate 23, a telescopic connecting member 24, an elastic damper 25, a transmission airbag 26, a bottom plate 27, a heat insulation layer 28, a flame retardant layer 29 and an impact protection plate 30, the supporting plate 23 is disposed on the fixing member 21, the telescopic connecting member 24 is disposed on the supporting plate 23, the bottom plate 27 is disposed on the telescopic connecting member 24, the elastic damper 25 is disposed between the supporting plate 23 and the bottom plate 27, the heat insulation layer 28 is disposed on the bottom plate 27, the flame retardant layer 29 is disposed on the heat insulation layer 28, the impact protection plate 30 is covered on the flame retardant layer 29, the transmission airbag 26 is located in a gap between the supporting plate 23 and the bottom plate 27.
As shown in fig. 5, a dustproof assembly is disposed at an inlet of the installation slot 10, the dustproof assembly includes a fixed rail 43, a second motor (not shown), a driving gear 45, a first separated dustproof plate 46, a second separated dustproof plate 47, a third separated dustproof plate 48, a first transmission rod 49, a second transmission rod 50, a third transmission rod 51, a fourth transmission rod 52, a first slider 53 and a second slider 54, the fixed rail 43 is disposed at the inlet of the installation slot 10, the first slider 53 and the second slider 54 are slidably disposed on the fixed rail 43, the first slider 53 is rotatably disposed with a first transmission gear 55 and a second transmission gear 56, the first transmission gear 55 is engaged with the second transmission gear 56, the second slider 54 is rotatably disposed with the third transmission gear 57, the second transmission rod 50 is disposed on the first transmission gear 55, the third transmission rod 51 is disposed on the second transmission gear 56, the fourth transmission rod 52 is disposed on the third transmission gear 57, the third transmission rod 51 is, the fourth transmission gear 44 is located above the fixed rail 43, the first transmission rod 49 is arranged on the fourth transmission gear 44 and hinged to the second transmission rod 50, the driving gear 45 is rotatably arranged at an inlet of the installation groove 10 and located right above the fourth transmission gear 44, the driving gear 45 is meshed with the fourth transmission gear 44, extension plates are arranged on the driving gear 45, the first transmission gear 55 and the third transmission gear 57, the first separation dust guard 46, the second separation dust guard 47 and the third separation dust guard 48 are respectively arranged on the three sets of extension plates, the first separation dust guard 46, the second separation dust guard 47 and the third separation dust guard 48 are screen plates, and the second motor is arranged in the early warning box body 1 and connected with the driving gear 45.
As shown in fig. 1, 6 and 7, the power transmission assembly 9 includes a V-shaped transmission pipeline 31, a first bearing air bag 32, a second bearing air bag 33, a connecting funnel member 34, a light blocking ball 35 and a connecting spring 36, a power cavity 37 is provided in the early warning box 1, the V-shaped transmission pipeline 31 has two sets of small ends extending into the power cavity 37, the transmission air bags 26 in the two sets of fan-shaped protection plate groups 13 are connected with the enlarged ends of the two sets of V-shaped transmission pipelines 31 through connecting hoses respectively, a first check valve is provided in each set of V-shaped transmission pipelines 31, the connecting funnel member 34 has two sets of small end outlets respectively provided in the two sets of V-shaped transmission pipelines 31, the light blocking ball 35 is located in the connecting funnel member 34 and blocks the small end outlet of the V-shaped transmission pipeline 31, the connecting spring 36 is provided in the V-shaped transmission pipeline 31 and is provided on the light blocking ball 35, the light blocking ball 35 is provided with a spike 38, the first bearing air bag 32 and the second bearing air bag 33 are arranged in the power cavity and are respectively close to the two groups of light blocking balls 35, the first bearing air bag 32 and the second bearing air bag 33 are respectively filled with sodium bicarbonate and citric acid, one side of the early warning box body 1 is provided with an air inlet, a light plug 39 is blocked on the air inlet, a first pipeline 40 is communicated between the air inlet and the power cavity 37, the first pipeline 40 is provided with an air distribution port, and the air distribution port is communicated with the standby detector 4; an impact protector is arranged at the gas distribution port and comprises a protective blocking plate 41 and a pushing spring 42, the protective blocking plate 41 is hinged to the inner wall of the first pipeline 40 and covers the gas distribution port, the pushing spring 42 is arranged on the wall of the first pipeline 40 and is arranged on the protective blocking plate 41, and the hinged end of the protective blocking plate 41 and the hinged end of the first pipeline 40 is close to the power cavity 37. step two, starting a working state after the gas detector 3 in the early warning box body 1 enters a roadway, and when explosion impact force or rockfall debris breaks through the first separation dust guard 46, the second separation dust guard 47 and the separation dust guard to damage the gas detector 3, wherein the rockfall impact force simultaneously acts on the fan-shaped protective plate group 13;
