When the electric fan is in operation, the button 21 is pressed, the first pull wire 19 is pulled by the button 21, the clamping block 18 and the outer edge of the first protective cover 13 are disengaged after the clamping plate 17 rotates, the second protective cover 14 is rapidly disassembled, the maintenance efficiency of the electric fan is improved, after the maintenance is finished, the second protective cover 14 is pressed after the second protective cover 14 is aligned with the first protective cover 13, the edge of the first protective cover 13 is clamped and fixed by the clamping block 17 after the triangular clamping block 18 is cut on the edge of the first protective cover 13, the installation difficulty of the second protective cover 14 is reduced, and the maintenance efficiency of the electric fan is further improved; when the fixture block 18 clamps the outer edge of the first protective cover 13, the pull ring is pushed together, so that the pull pin 24 slides towards the direction close to the clamping hole 25 and then is clamped into the clamping hole 25, meanwhile, the slide rod 28 slides into the gap between two adjacent clamp springs 27, the pull pin 24 is prevented from loosening, the clamping plate 17 is further locked, the accidental falling of the second protective cover 14 caused by the fact that an old man or a child mistakenly touches the button 21 in the working process of the electric fan is avoided, and the working safety of the electric fan is further improved; in the process that the sliding rod 28 slides into the blind hole 3, the end part of the elastic rod 31 is extruded by the sliding rod 28, so that the other end of the elastic rod 31 extends out to drive the gasket 32 to increase the lubricating effect of the sliding rod 28, the surface of the sliding rod 28 is further reduced from being corroded and rusted by moisture, the sliding flexibility of the sliding rod 28 is increased, and the dismounting and mounting efficiency of the second protective cover 14 is further increased; when the slide rod 28 extrudes the clamp spring 27, the clamp spring 27 deforms, so that the end part of the clamp spring 27 is opened and drives the scraping thorns 34 to scrape the graphite layer 33, the graphite powder scraped off by the scraping thorns 34 falls on the slide rod 28 through the first hole 35, the lubricating effect between the slide rod 28 and the clamp spring 27 is further improved, and the sliding clamping efficiency of the pull pin 24 is improved; the graphite powder falling through the first hole 35 falls into the mixing tank 36 after being collected by the wedge-shaped groove 37, and then forms oil sludge after being mixed with the lubricating oil in the gasket 32 and adhering to the periphery of the sliding rod 28, so that the overflow loss of the lubricating oil is further reduced, and the good lubricating time of the sliding rod 28 is prolonged; the magnet 43 is adsorbed on the periphery of the pull pin 24, so that when the slide rod 28 slides towards the outside of the blind hole 3, the third pull wire 42 drives the roller 4 to rotate anticlockwise, the roller 4 moves towards the direction close to the slide rod 28 by virtue of the friction force between the roller 4 and the inclined plate 44 after rotating on the surface of the inclined plate 44, and then the stirring angle 41 is matched for extruding and mixing graphite powder and lubricating oil, so that the periphery of the slide rod 28, to which the oil sludge mixture is uniformly adhered, is further increased, and the sliding efficiency of the slide rod 28 is further increased; in the arc-shaped plate 45 for storing a part of the graphite powder falling through the first hole 35, the clamp spring 27 continues to deform and moves towards the direction close to the graphite layer 33, so that the ejector rod 46 pushes the arc-shaped plate 45 to deform, then the ejector rod 46 slides across the end part of the arc-shaped plate 45 and then rebounds through the arc-shaped plate 45, the scattering uniformity of the graphite powder to the sliding rod 28 is further improved, and the lubricating efficiency between the sliding rod 28 and the clamp spring 27 is further improved; make the tip of the arc plate 45 of hand drawn through two splint 5 and pass through ejector pin 46 tip and two splint 5 in proper order, further increase the vibration efficiency of arc plate 45, constantly rock the slip in a hole 35 through connecting rod 53 drive wave board 51 when splint 5 warp simultaneously, the cooperation bobble increases wave board 51's amplitude, further increases the whereabouts efficiency of graphite powder in a hole 35, reduces the jam in a hole 35.
The front, the back, the left, the right, the upper and the lower are all based on figure 1 in the attached drawings of the specification, according to the standard of the observation angle of a person, the side of the device facing an observer is defined as the front, the left side of the observer is defined as the left, and the like.
