Background
The hydraulic buffer hinge is a hinge, also called damping hinge, and means that a noise elimination buffer hinge which utilizes the directional flow of high-density oil in a closed container to achieve an ideal buffer effect is provided. Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the hydraulic hinge with the double-opening buffer speed adjustable, the design is ingenious, the return buffer speed is adjustable, and the structure that the buffer spring is matched with the buffer oil cylinder is adopted, so that the service life and the buffer effect of the hinge can be improved, and the uniform motion of a door body in the automatic reset process can be ensured.

In the door closing process, the buffer spring returns to release elasticity, the buffer oil cylinder is squeezed to release buffer force, and the buffer oil cylinder pushes the buffer wheel and the buffer piece shell to reset at a constant speed. Through adopting buffer spring and buffer cylinder matched with structure, not only can improve the life and the buffering effect of hinge, can ensure that the door body does uniform motion at the automatic re-setting in-process moreover.
Preferably, a fixing seat gasket covers the upper portion of the fixing seat, and the fixing panel covers the fixing seat and is fixed through a countersunk machine thread.
Preferably, a movable seat gasket is covered above the movable seat, and the movable panel is fixed through a countersunk head machine thread after being covered on the movable seat.
Preferably, a shaft sleeve is arranged at the hinged position of the central rotating shaft and the movable seat, and a copper sleeve is arranged on the inner side of the shaft sleeve and is sleeved with the end side of the central rotating shaft.
