Abstract
The invention discloses a compound wine for dispelling cold, warming stomach and aiding digestion, which is prepared by utilizing traditional Chinese medicine components in parts by weight: 500-5000g of raw wine; 50-4500g of water; 1-100g of pepper; 50-1500g of rock candy; 10-500g of hawthorn; 1-100g of endothelium corneum gigeriae galli; 10-500g of malt; 10-100g of dried ginger; 1-200g of clove; 10-150g of cubeb; 2-500g of liquorice. The invention provides a compound wine for dispelling cold, warming stomach and aiding digestion, which effectively plays the role of each component through the reasonable proportion of the components, the components interact with each other and promote the absorption of human body, and the compound wine has better effects of dispelling cold, warming stomach and aiding digestion, has better treatment effect on gastrointestinal diseases, has mild properties and can be drunk as daily health care wine for a long time.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of compound wine, in particular to compound wine for dispelling cold, warming stomach and promoting digestion.
Background
The medicinal liquor is a crystal of the intelligence of people working in China for thousands of years, is one of the traditional dosage forms with the longest history, has been in an important position in the medical history of China and still plays an important role in medical care so far. The medicated liquor is a clear liquid prepared by selecting appropriate Chinese medicinal materials, processing with appropriate amount of Chinese liquor or yellow wine as coal dissolving, and leaching out effective components.
With the fast-paced life of urban people, work can not be well rested after work and staying up all night, mental stress and the like, the immunity of people is reduced, and various easily-occurring diseases threaten the physical health of people at any time. The main reasons for the sub-health are the low autoimmune function, the reduced mental activity and adaptability of the human body, and the high possibility of causing physical diseases such as gastrointestinal diseases and digestive tract diseases, and the chronic diseases are difficult to treat and require long-term conditioning, and the conditioning by relying on the medicament alone is not a long time.
Therefore, in order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the cold-dispelling and stomach-warming digestive compound wine which has better cold-dispelling and stomach-warming effects through reasonable mixture ratio of the components, and has better treatment effect on gastrointestinal diseases by adding the traditional Chinese medicine components to help digestion.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a compound wine for dispelling cold, warming stomach and aiding digestion, which is prepared from the following traditional Chinese medicine components in parts by weight:
500-5000g of raw wine;
50-4500g of water;
1-100g of pepper;
50-1500g of rock candy;
10-500g of hawthorn;
1-100g of endothelium corneum gigeriae galli;
10-500g of malt;
10-100g of dried ginger;
1-200g of clove;
10-150g of cubeb;
2-500g of liquorice.
By adopting the technical scheme, the compound wine prepared by utilizing the traditional Chinese medicine components comprises the following components in parts by weight:
5000g of raw wine;
3500g of water;
80g of pepper;
1000g of rock candy;
450g of hawthorn;
80g of endothelium corneum gigeriae galli;
400g of malt;
80g of dried ginger;
150g of clove;
100g of cubeb litsea cubeba;
licorice root, radix Glycyrrhizae 450 g.
By adopting the technical scheme, the pepper, the hawthorn, the dried ginger, the malt, the endothelium corneum gigeriae galli and the cubeb in the components are all ground powder.
By adopting the technical scheme, the clove and the liquorice in the components are both juice extracted after fermentation.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the compound wine for dispelling cold, warming stomach and aiding digestion,
s1, selecting fresh clove and liquorice, cleaning, cutting into filaments, and quickly inactivating at a high temperature of 125-130 ℃ to prepare juice;
s2, grinding pepper, hawthorn, dried ginger, malt, endothelium corneum gigeriae galli and cubeb into powder for later use;
s3, pouring the wine base into a jar, adding water, pepper powder, hawthorn powder, dried ginger powder, malt powder, chicken gizzard-membrane powder, cubeb powder and rock candy, stirring and mixing, and then igniting a furnace to decoct together;
s4, adding a juice prepared from clove and liquorice in the decocting process, and continuously stirring the juice by using a bamboo stick;
and S5, finally filling the decocted compound wine into bottles for packaging.
With the above technical solution, the rapid inactivation in S1 includes the following steps: mixing the fine-cut clove and the liquorice, stir-frying for 2-5min at the temperature of 125-130 ℃, then reducing the temperature to 90-100 ℃, continuously stir-frying, and finally airing for later use.
