the clove, the cubeb, the wormwood and the liquorice in the components are all juice extracted after fermentation;

s4, adding juice prepared from clove, cubeb litsea cubeba, wormwood and liquorice in the boiling process, continuously stirring the juice by using a bamboo stick, and adding the juice of bamboo in the boiling process to enable the juice to have bamboo fragrance to improve the taste;
s5, finally filling the decocted 26-degree compound wine into bottles for packaging;

5000g of raw wine;
3500g of water;
80g of pepper;
1000g of rock candy;
450g of hawthorn;
80g of endothelium corneum gigeriae galli;
400g of malt;
80g of dried ginger;
150g of clove;
100g of cubeb litsea cubeba;
licorice root, radix Glycyrrhizae 450 g.

s4, adding a juice prepared from clove and liquorice in the decocting process, and continuously stirring the juice by using a bamboo stick;
and S5, finally filling the decocted compound wine into bottles for packaging.
