The existing adhesive tape achieves high-temperature static resistance or shock resistance through some materials, but some use environments have high requirements, the high-temperature static resistance and shock resistance need to be buffered, and the common adhesive tape cannot meet the use requirements, so that the anti-static high-temperature adhesive tape is provided.

Preferably, the lower surface of the second adhesive layer is adhered with a release film layer, and the release film layer is a 110g double-sided release film.

2. The anti-static high-temperature adhesive tape is provided with the coating which is black. Thereby playing an effective shading effect and further increasing the practicability of the adhesive tape.

Detailed Description
The embodiment of the invention discloses an anti-static high-temperature adhesive tape, as shown in figures 1-2,
referring to fig. 1, the method includes:
the first substrate layer 1, the first substrate layer 1 is set as polyimide film;
the first adhesive layer 2 and the second adhesive layer 4 are both made of organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive, and the first adhesive layer 2 is adhered to the lower surface of the first base material layer 1;
and a second base material layer 3, wherein the second base material layer 3 is adhered between the first adhesive layer 2 and the second adhesive layer 4.
The upper surface of the first base material layer 1 is sprayed with a coating 6, and the coating 6 is set to be black.
The lower surface of the second adhesive layer 4 is adhered with a release film layer 5, and the release film layer 5 is a 110g double-sided release film.
Referring to fig. 1-2, the second substrate layer 3 includes a foam layer 301 and a PET layer 302, and the foam layer 301 is compositely connected to the upper surface of the PET layer 302.
The foam layer 301 is adhered to the lower surface of the first adhesive layer 2, and the PET layer 302 is adhered to the upper surface of the second adhesive layer 4.
The working principle is as follows: in the using process, the release film layer 5 is firstly torn off, and the adhesive tape can be adhered to a proper position through the second adhesive layer 4;
through the arranged first base material layer 1, the first adhesive layer 2 and the second adhesive layer 4, the first base material layer 1 is arranged to be a polyimide film, the temperature resistance of the polyimide film is-10-300 ℃, and the electrical strength is as follows: the voltage of the high-voltage power supply is 6000V-7200V, the first adhesive layer 2 and the second adhesive layer 4 are both set to be organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive, the temperature resistance of the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive is-50 ℃ to 250 ℃, thereby leading the adhesive tape to have excellent insulating property, high temperature resistance, static resistance and electrolyte resistance, and through the second substrate layer 3, the second substrate layer 3 is formed by compounding and connecting the foam layer 301 and the PET layer 302, the foam has excellent sealing performance, avoids gas from releasing and atomizing, has excellent compression deformation resistance, namely, the elasticity has durability, so that the long-term shockproof protection of accessories can be ensured, and the anti-vibration device is suitable for more special environments;
through the coating 6 provided, and the coating 6 is provided in black. Thereby playing an effective shading effect and further increasing the practicability of the adhesive tape.

the adhesive comprises a first adhesive layer (2) and a second adhesive layer (4), wherein the first adhesive layer (2) and the second adhesive layer (4) are both made of organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive, and the first adhesive layer (2) is adhered to the lower surface of a first base material layer (1);
and the second base material layer (3) is adhered between the first adhesive layer (2) and the second adhesive layer (4).
2. An antistatic high-temperature adhesive tape according to claim 1, characterized in that: the second substrate layer (3) comprises a foam layer (301) and a PET layer (302), and the foam layer (301) is compositely connected to the upper surface of the PET layer (302).
3. An antistatic high-temperature adhesive tape according to claim 2, characterized in that: the foam layer (301) is adhered to the lower surface of the first adhesive layer (2), and the PET layer (302) is adhered to the upper surface of the second adhesive layer (4).
