Abstract
The invention discloses a dew condensation preventing sheet, which comprises a non-vulcanized rubber sheet, wherein the non-vulcanized rubber sheet at least contains 80 mass percent of water-absorbing polymer and 15 mass percent of non-vulcanized rubber; the water-absorbent polymer is a crosslinked polymer containing a salt-type carboxyl group of 8.0meq/g and a sulfonic acid group and/or a salt-type sulfonic acid group of 2.0meq/g as a polar group; the salt types of the salt type carboxyl containing polar groups, the sulfonic group and the salt type sulfonic carboxyl are all potassium salts; the non-vulcanized rubber is acrylic rubber; the thickness of the non-vulcanized rubber sheet is 3.0 mm; the anti-condensation sheet having the above structure had a moisture absorption rate of 35% at 5 hours, a moisture absorption rate of 49% at 24 hours, a moisture absorption rate of 67% at 168 hours, and a moisture release rate of 75%.

Technical Field

Background
Condensation is formed on a window glass of an indoor or an automobile, a train, or the like in rainy days, early evening hours, or the like, and as a measure against such condensation of the glass, it is common to wipe off the glass at a time or to dehumidify the glass with air conditioning (dehumidifying) equipment such as an air conditioner. However, since these devices require energy (electricity) for operation, the operation cost increases, and the cost is also required for equipment.

a dew condensation prevention sheet comprising a non-vulcanized rubber sheet containing at least 70 to 90 mass% of a water-absorbent polymer and 5 to 25 mass% of a non-vulcanized rubber.
The water-absorbing polymer is a crosslinked polymer containing 1.0 to 10.0meq/g of a salt-type carboxyl group as a polar group and 0.1 to 2.0meq/g of a sulfonic acid group and/or a salt-type sulfonic acid group.
The salt type of the polar group-containing salt type carboxyl, sulfonic acid group and salt type sulfonic acid group carboxyl is potassium salt.
The non-vulcanized rubber contains more than 75% by weight of a water-absorbing polymer.
The non-vulcanized rubber is an acrylic rubber.
The thickness of the non-vulcanized rubber sheet is 3.0-3.5 mm.
The beneficial technical effects of the invention compared with the prior art are that,
a dew condensation preventing sheet comprising a non-vulcanized rubber sheet containing at least 80% by mass of a water-absorbent polymer and 15% by mass of a non-vulcanized rubber; the water-absorbent polymer is a crosslinked polymer containing a salt-type carboxyl group of 8.0meq/g and a sulfonic acid group and/or a salt-type sulfonic acid group of 2.0meq/g as a polar group; the salt types of the salt type carboxyl containing polar groups, the sulfonic group and the salt type sulfonic carboxyl are all potassium salts; the non-vulcanized rubber is acrylic rubber; the thickness of the non-vulcanized rubber sheet is 3.0 mm; the anti-condensation sheet having the above structure had a moisture absorption rate of 35% at 5 hours, a moisture absorption rate of 49% at 24 hours, a moisture absorption rate of 67% at 168 hours, and a moisture release rate of 75%.

The salt type of the polar group-containing salt type carboxyl, sulfonic acid group and salt type sulfonic acid group carboxyl is potassium salt.
The non-vulcanized rubber is an acrylic rubber.
The thickness of the non-vulcanized rubber sheet is 3.0 mm.

The anti-condensation sheet having the above structure had a moisture absorption rate of 35% at 5 hours, a moisture absorption rate of 49% at 24 hours, a moisture absorption rate of 67% at 168 hours, and a moisture release rate of 75%.

1. A dew condensation prevention sheet characterized by comprising a non-vulcanized rubber sheet containing at least 70 to 90 mass% of a water-absorbent polymer and 5 to 25 mass% of a non-vulcanized rubber.
2. The anti-condensation sheet according to claim 1, wherein the water-absorbent polymer is a crosslinked polymer containing 1.0 to 10.0meq/g of a salt-type carboxyl group and 0.1 to 2.0meq/g of a sulfonic acid group and/or a salt-type sulfonic acid group as polar groups.
3. The anti-condensation sheet according to claim 2, wherein the salt type having a salt type carboxyl group as a polar group, a sulfonic acid group and a salt type sulfonic acid carboxyl group are all potassium salts.
4. The anti-condensation sheet according to claim 3, wherein said non-vulcanized rubber contains more than 75% by weight of water-absorbing polymer.
5. The dew condensation prevention sheet of claim 4, wherein the non-vulcanized rubber is an acrylic rubber.
6. The anti-condensation sheet according to claim 5, wherein the thickness of said non-vulcanized rubber sheet is 3.0 to 3.5 mm.
