The invention discloses a PVC composition, a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin; 40-80 parts of calcium carbonate; 0.5-1.0 part of high-melting-point polyethylene wax; 0.5-1.0 part of paraffin; 2-8 parts of a toughening agent; 2-4 parts of organic tin stabilizer; the composition is processed through a conical screw; the screw ridge spacing of the plasticizing section of the conical screw is 25-40 mm; the number of the shearing backflow sections of the conical screw is more than or equal to 12 sections; the composition provided by the invention has the advantages of low friction coefficient, good mechanical property, acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance. The roughness factor has a maximum value of 0.28 μm. Good mechanical property, acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance, and can be used for preparing the PVC blow-off pipe special for breeding.

PVC composition and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of engineering plastic modification, and in particular relates to a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) composition as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipes are widely used because of their light weight, excellent mechanical strength, chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, heat insulation, electrical insulation, long life, and low cost, which are the main raw materials of PVC resins.
However, in the field of water supply, drainage and pollution discharge in the aquaculture industry, the PVC pipe often has the problems of corrosion, low pollution discharge efficiency and the like, and a novel pipe which is corrosion-resistant, smooth in inner and outer walls and small in friction coefficient is urgently needed; for example, chinese patent (CN 109337254A) discloses a PVC-U drainage pipe with a ceramic smooth inner wall, the pipe with the smooth inner wall can be obtained by filling talcum powder, but the minimum value of the surface roughness is only 0.347 mu m, and the PVC-U drainage pipe can be applied to general drainage pipes, but for the drainage pipe in the breeding industry, not only breeding excrement needs to be treated, but also other substances such as uneatened feed need to be treated, therefore, compared with other drainage pipes, the inner wall is easier to form dirt, the smaller the roughness of the drainage pipe is, the smoother the drainage pipe is, and therefore, when the minimum value of the surface roughness is only 0.347 mu m, the PVC-U drainage pipe cannot meet the drainage pipe in the breeding industry.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a PVC composition for overcoming the defect that the PVC pipe is not smooth enough.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a process for the preparation of said PVC composition.
Another object of the present invention is to provide the use of said PVC composition.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

the composition is processed through a conical screw; the screw ridge spacing of the plasticizing section of the conical screw is 25-40 mm;
the number of the shearing backflow sections of the conical screw is more than or equal to 12 sections.
Firstly, adding a toughening agent and a weather resisting agent to improve the mechanical property, acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance of the PVC composition, and improving the smoothness by adopting the interaction of a high-melting point lubricant polyethylene wax and a low-melting point lubricant paraffin wax; the paraffin acts on the earlier stage of plasticization, and in the stages of high-speed mixing of the composition and conversion of extruded powder into melt, the internal friction force between the compositions is eliminated, and the composition is pre-plasticized and has a certain plasticizing and fusing effect. The high-melting-point polyethylene wax acts on the middle and later stages of plasticization, and can further eliminate the acting force between melts and the friction force between the melts and the mold before forming, so that the melts can be slowly extruded (i.e. stay for a long time) under high temperature and high pressure of a larger mold without causing PVC decomposition. The fluidity and the uniform stability of the blank after the die is discharged are enhanced, the roughness coefficient of the PVC composition is reduced, and the smoothness is further improved.
On the other hand, the inventor further reduces the roughness coefficient by adjusting parameters of the conical screw, wherein the screw pitch of the plasticizing segment of the conical screw is adjusted to be 25-40 mm.
The inventor finds that the screw pitch of the conventional plasticizing section is between 15 and 20mm, the plasticizing capability is strong, and the PVC composition of the invention is easy to be over-plasticized, so that the PVC resin is decomposed, and the roughness coefficient is increased; in addition, excessive plasticization tends to consume lubricant in the composition, resulting in insufficient lubricant during later shearing of the composition, resulting in reduced smoothness.
The number of the shearing backflow sections of the conical screw is more than or equal to 12 sections. The inventors found that the kneading effect is good in this range, thereby ensuring the performance.
The screw structure is including plastify section, end material valve 1.5 circle, shearing backward flow section, charge valve 1.5 circle and compression measurement section.
The number of the shear return sections cannot be too large, and the effect cannot be improved by increasing the number after the maximum effect is achieved, and therefore, it is preferable that the number of the shear return sections of the conical screw is 15 or less.
Preferably, the melting point of the high-melting-point polyethylene wax is 100-120 ℃.
When the melting point of the high-melting-point polyethylene wax is 100-120 ℃, the melting and consumption of the high-melting-point polyethylene wax in the early mixing stage of the screw rod are prevented.
Preferably, the paraffin wax has a melting point of 52 to 60 ℃.
Preferably, the toughening agent is MBS and/or CPE.
When the toughening agent is MBS and/or CPE, the toughening effect is obvious and the mechanical property is good.
Preferably, the PVC composition further comprises an antioxidant and/or a weather resistant agent.
More preferably, the antioxidant is 0.01 to 0.03 part by weight; 0.01-0.03 part of weather resistant agent.
More preferably, the antioxidant is a hindered phenolic antioxidant.
More preferably, the weather resistant agent is rutile type titanium dioxide or an ultraviolet absorber.
Preferably, the polyvinyl chloride resin has a weight average molecular weight of 6 to 8 ten thousand.
The preparation method of the PVC composition comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing polyvinyl chloride resin, calcium carbonate, high-melting-point polyethylene wax, paraffin, a toughening agent, an organic tin stabilizer, a weather-resistant agent and an antioxidant according to a proportion, and blending uniformly to obtain a premix;
and S2, extruding and molding the premix obtained in the step S1 to obtain the PVC composition.
A PVC pipe material containing the PVC composition.
The PVC composition is applied to PVC pipes, and the pipes have the advantages of low friction coefficient, corrosion resistance and acid and alkali resistance. Can be used for preparing a PVC blow-off pipe special for cultivation.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention provides a PVC composition, which has low friction coefficient, good mechanical property, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance; wherein, the high-melting point lubricant and the low-melting point lubricant paraffin wax are adopted to ensure the lubricating performance in the whole screw processing process and reduce the roughness coefficient; and adjusting the parameters of the conical screw through which the composition is processed; the screw ridge spacing of the plasticizing section of the conical screw is 25-40 mm; the number of the shearing backflow sections of the conical screw is more than or equal to 12 sections, so that the roughness coefficient is further reduced, and the maximum value of the roughness coefficient is 0.28 mu m. Good mechanical property, acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance, and can be used for preparing special PVC blow-off pipes for breeding.

paraffin A: melting point 52 ℃, paraffin 52, daqing refining;
paraffin wax B: melting point 56 ℃, paraffin 56, daqing refining;
paraffin C: melting point is 60 ℃, paraffin is 60, daqing refining is carried out;
toughening agent: MBS: brillouin B-564;

s2, extruding and molding the premix obtained in the step S1 to obtain the PVC composition.
