The trolley frame is a frame for supporting and mounting components such as a lifting mechanism, small wheels and the like, is usually of a welded structure, the trolley running mechanism is trolley wheels, and the small wheels are in direct contact with guide rails on the main beam.
The embodiment of the invention provides another novel arc-shaped track bridge crane, wherein a hoisting mechanism 6.1 comprises a brake 6.1.2, a motor 6.1.4, a speed reducer 6.1.1, a linkage shaft 6.1.3, a winding drum 6.1.5 and a pulley block 6.1.6, the speed reducer 6.1.1 is connected with the brake 6.1.2 through the linkage shaft 6.1.3, the other side of the linkage shaft 6.1.3 is connected with the motor 6.1.4, the winding drum 6.1.5 is connected with the speed reducer 6.1.1, and the pulley block 6.1.6 is positioned below the winding drum 6.1.5. Specifically, the hoisting mechanism is driven by a motor, the motor drives the winding drum to rotate by controlling a speed reducer, so that the steel wire rope is wound on the winding drum or put down from the winding drum, the pulley block is connected by a plurality of pulleys through the steel wire rope, and the pulley block mainly comprises a fixed pulley and a movable pulley so as to lift a heavy object. Therefore, different linkage shaft structures can be configured for different lifting heights, and the lifting efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 9, the bridge crane belongs to a large machine, and is often not negligible in terms of safety protection, and therefore, a set of safety protection system is further provided on the bridge crane, and the safety protection system includes an identification module, a judgment module, a control module and a central processing unit, specifically, a set of identification module is arranged at each key part of the bridge crane, when a sensing device in the identification module senses that someone is in a dangerous position or a key part is loosened during operation of the bridge crane, the identification module sends an identified signal to the judgment module and also sends a signal to the central processing unit, the central processing unit turns on an alarm device to remind surrounding personnel and operating personnel to leave the periphery of the bridge crane in advance, and then the judgment module performs detailed analysis and calculation to determine whether the situation can affect the operation process or cause personnel safety situation, if the condition that appears can influence personnel's safety or can not continue the operation to operation in-process equipment damage, the judgement module can signals control module, control module can be automatic according to the signal that the judgement module sent, resend command signal to central processing unit, central processing unit can automatic cutout bridge crane's power, terminate all operations, if spare part goes wrong, also can send accurate fault location, let the maintainer overhaul that targets in place fast, the work efficiency is improved.

Claims (10)

1. A novel arc track bridge crane is characterized by comprising an inner end beam, an outer end beam, a wheel set structure, a main beam, a driving motor reducer, a lifting trolley and a walking platform, wherein the main beam is provided with the lifting trolley; the inner end beam and the outer end beam are both connected to two ends of the main beam through bolts; the inner end beam and the outer end beam are positioned on the same central line; the inner end beam is provided with a wheel set structure; the driving motor reducer is connected to the inner end beam and the outer end beam; the inner side of the walking board is connected to the main beam.
2. The novel arc track bridge crane according to claim 1, wherein the wheel set structure comprises a front wheel set and a rear wheel set; the front wheel set and the rear wheel set are connected to the inner end beam.

The novel arc track bridge crane according to claim 2, wherein the front wheel set comprises an angle deviation box, wheels, a horizontal wheel set and an end beam frame; one side of the end beam frame is connected to the main beam; the deflection angle box is connected to the end beam frame; the length of the deflection angle box is smaller than that of the end beam frame; wheels are arranged in the deflection angle box; and the other side of the end beam frame is connected with a horizontal wheel set.

The novel arc track bridge crane according to claim 3, wherein the rear wheel set comprises an end beam head, a rotating shaft, a wheel box, a horizontal wheel set and wheels; the end beam head is connected with the wheel box through a rotating shaft in the vertical direction; the horizontal wheel set is connected to the wheel box; the rotating shaft is connected to the end beam head through a bolt; the wheels are fixedly connected to the wheel box through bolts.
5. The novel arc track bridge crane according to claim 4, wherein the end beam head is provided with a channel for receiving the rotating shaft to pass through.
6. The novel arc track bridge crane according to claim 5, wherein the front wheel set centerline forms a certain offset angle with the arc track.
7. The novel arc track bridge crane according to claim 6, wherein the horizontal wheel set is provided with horizontal guide wheels; the horizontal guide wheel is connected to the horizontal wheel set through a bolt.
8. The novel arc track bridge crane according to claim 7, wherein the deflection angle box is connected with the end beam frame through a positioning pin.
9. The novel arc track bridge crane according to claim 8, wherein the lifting trolley comprises a hoisting mechanism, trolley wheels and a trolley frame; the trolley frame is provided with a lifting mechanism; at least four small wheels are arranged at the bottom of the small vehicle frame.
10. The novel arc track bridge crane according to claim 9, wherein the hoisting mechanism comprises a brake, a motor, a speed reducer, a linkage shaft, a winding drum and a pulley block; the speed reducer is connected with the brake through a linkage shaft; the other side of the linkage shaft is connected with a motor; the winding drum is connected with the speed reducer; the pulley block is located below the winding drum.
