when the fragrance box 101 needs to be taken out, referring to fig. 3, the fragrance box 101 is pressed downwards first, the slider 120 slides downwards under the action of external force, the rotating rod 150 moves from the first position to the top of the second sub-slot 1212 along the path shown in fig. 9, when the rotating rod 150 moves to the top of the second sub-slot 1212, the fragrance box 101 is released, the rotating rod 150 slides downwards along the second sub-slot 1212, the locking of the slider 120 is released, the slider 120 slides upwards under the action of the elastic force of the elastic element 140, and the rotating hook 130 is driven to move from the second part 1112 to the first part 1111 of the first sliding slot 111 and gradually moves away from the fragrance box 101, so that the fragrance box 101 can be taken out.
Referring to fig. 5, a side plate 113 is disposed on one side of the fixing bracket 110 along the first direction (X direction), the first sliding slot 111 is disposed on the side plate 113, and the side plate 113 is disposed to facilitate processing of the first sliding slot 111 on the fixing bracket 110. The top of the fixing bracket 110 is provided with a first fixing pin 114, the first fixing pin 114 extends along the third direction (Z direction), and one end of the elastic member 140 is fixed on the first fixing pin 114. The first fixing pin 114 is integrally formed with the fixing bracket 110, and the first fixing pin 114 is provided to facilitate the installation of the elastic member 140 on the fixing bracket 110. The elastic member 140 may be a spring, but other elastic means may be used. In other embodiments, the elastic member 140 may be fixed at the bottom end of the fixed bracket 110, and if the elastic member 140 is fixed at the bottom end of the fixed bracket 110, the slider 120 is pushed up toward the top end of the fixed bracket 110 when the elastic member 140 is in a natural extension state, and when the fragrance box 101 pushes the slider 120 downward, the elastic member 140 is compressed rather than stretched. The bottom end of the fixing bracket 110 is provided with a first mounting hole 115, and one end of the rotating rod 150 is inserted into the first mounting hole 115. The fixed bracket 110 is provided with a third sliding slot 116, and the sliding block 120 is slidably connected in the third sliding slot 116. It is understood that other sliding connection structures between the sliding block 120 and the fixed bracket 110 may be adopted, for example, a sliding rail is provided on the fixed bracket 110, and the sliding block 120 is fitted in the sliding rail.
As shown in fig. 5, the rotating rod 150 is U-shaped and includes two opposite ends, one of the two opposite ends is rotatably connected to the fixing bracket 110, and the other end is engaged with the second sliding groove 121. The U-shaped structure enables the rotating rod 150 to be rotatably connected to the fixed bracket 110 and to be engaged with the second sliding groove 121.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, a supporting block 117 for supporting the rotating rod 150 is disposed at the bottom end of the fixing bracket 110. The support block 117 can protect and stabilize the bottom end of the rotating rod 150.
As shown in fig. 5, the top of the slider 120 is provided with a second fixing pin 122, the second fixing pin 122 extends along the first direction, and the other end of the elastic member 140 is fixed to the second fixing pin 122. As shown in fig. 6, one side of the sliding block 120 along the first direction is provided with a third fixing pin 123, the third fixing pin 123 extends along the first direction, one end of the rotating hook 130 is provided with a second mounting hole 131, and the third fixing pin 123 is inserted into the second mounting hole 131 so as to rotatably connect the rotating hook 130 and the sliding block 120. One side that slider 120 is close to fragrant box 101 is provided with arcwall face 124, and the radian of arcwall face 124 is unanimous with the periphery radian of fragrant box 101 to make arcwall face 124 and the laminating of the outer wall of fragrant box 101, after fragrant box 101 was installed on fragrant box fixing device 100, arcwall face 124 can carry on spacingly to fragrant box 101.
As shown in fig. 6, the top of the rotating hook 130 is provided with a clipping head 132 extending toward the fragrance box 101, and the clipping head 132 is used for pressing the fragrance box 101. One side of the rotating hook 130 along the first direction is provided with a latch 133, and the latch 133 is inserted into the first sliding slot 111 to be matched with the first sliding slot 111.
As shown in fig. 3, an annular boss 1011 is disposed on the periphery of the fragrance box 101, and a clamping plane 1012 is disposed on one side of the annular boss 1011 closer to the top of the fragrance box 101 along the second direction (Y direction), and the clamping plane 1012 is used for clamping with the rotating hook 130. The annular boss 1011 is provided with a positioning inclined plane 1013 at a side farther from the top of the fragrance box 101 in the second direction, and the positioning inclined plane 1013 is used for positioning the fragrance box 101 on the slider 120. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the top end of the slider 120 is provided with a mating surface 125 which mates with the positioning inclined surface 1013 of the fragrance box 101, the mating surface 125 and the rotating hook 130 clamp the upper and lower end surfaces of the annular boss 1011 of the fragrance box 101, so as to realize the axial positioning of the fragrance box 101, and in combination with fig. 6, the arc-shaped surface 124 on the slider 120 is attached to the fragrance box 101, so as to realize the circumferential positioning of the fragrance box 101.
As shown in fig. 11 to 13, the vehicle-mounted fragrance generator 200 includes the fragrance box fixing device 100, and further includes a housing 210, a door assembly 220, a rotating shaft 230, a cam 240, and a blower 250. The housing 210 includes an upper case and a lower case, a plurality of fragrance cells 211 are formed in the housing 210, and the plurality of fragrance cells 211 are sequentially arranged along a third direction (Z direction). Each fragrance lattice 211 is provided with a fragrance box fixing device 100, the fragrance box fixing device 100 is inserted with a fragrance box 101, the fragrance lattice 211 is provided with a fragrance penetrating hole 2111, the door body assembly 220 is arranged on the fragrance penetrating hole 2111 to close or open the fragrance penetrating hole 2111, and the fragrance in the corresponding fragrance box 101 is controlled to be output to the vehicle. The rotating shaft 230 is disposed in the housing 210, and the rotating shaft 230 is connected to a driving device 231, the driving device 231 can drive the rotating shaft 230 to rotate, and the driving device 231 can be a motor. The plurality of cams 240 are arranged on the rotating shaft 230 at intervals, and are used for pushing the corresponding door body assembly 220, so that the door body assembly 220 opens or closes the fragrance transmitting holes 2111. The rotation of the shaft 230 to different angles can drive different cams 240 to push the corresponding door body assembly 220, thereby realizing the switching of various flavors. The air blowing device 250 is used for blowing out the fragrance in the fragrance compartment 211, and the casing 210 is provided with a fragrance outlet 212.
With reference to fig. 12 and 13, fragrance passing holes 2111 are disposed at both ends of the fragrance lattice 211 along the first direction (X direction), the door body assembly 220 penetrates through both ends of the fragrance lattice 211, that is, the door body assembly 220 includes two air doors 221 for respectively closing the fragrance passing holes 2111 at both ends of the fragrance lattice 211, and an avoiding opening 222 for avoiding the fragrance box 101 is disposed on the door body assembly 220, so as to avoid interference with taking and placing of the fragrance box 101. Air blowing device 250 blows air into fragrance compartment 211, causing an air flow to flow in a first direction towards fragrance outlet 212. When a certain flavor is required to be switched, the control driving device 231 drives the rotating shaft 230 to rotate to a specific angle, so that the corresponding cam 240 pushes and pulls the corresponding air door 221.
It should be understood that the above-described embodiments of the present invention are merely examples for clearly illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention. Claims (5)

1. A fragrance box securement device, comprising:
a fixed bracket (110);
the device comprises a first direction, a second direction and a third direction, wherein the first direction, the second direction and the third direction respectively correspond to an X direction, a Y direction and a Z direction, and the X direction, the Y direction and the Z direction are vertical in pairs;
the first sliding groove (111) is arranged on one side of the fixing support (110) along a first direction, the first sliding groove (111) comprises a first part (1111) and a second part (1112) which are communicated with each other, the first part (1111) is closer to the top of the fixing support (110) relative to the second part (1112), the second part (1112) extends along a second direction, the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction, the first part (1111) extends along a direction far away from the fragrance box (101) and forms an obtuse angle with the second part (1112);
the sliding block (120) is connected with the fixed support (110) in a sliding mode and can slide along the second direction, and a second sliding groove (121) is formed in the sliding block (120);
one end of the rotating hook (130) is rotatably connected with the sliding block (120), the other end of the rotating hook is matched in the first sliding groove (111), and the rotating hook (130) is used for pressing the fragrance box (101);
an elastic member (140) having one end connected to the fixing bracket (110) and the other end connected to the slider (120), wherein the elastic member (140) enables the slider (120) to have a tendency to move toward the top of the fixing bracket (110);
the rotating rod (150) is arranged on the other side of the fixed support (110) along the first direction, one end of the rotating rod is rotatably connected with the fixed support (110), and the other end of the rotating rod is matched with the second sliding groove (121); the rotating rod (150) has a first position and a second position in the second sliding groove (121), when the rotating rod (150) is located at the first position, the rotating hook (130) presses the fragrance box (101), and when the rotating rod (150) is located at the second position, the rotating hook (130) releases the fragrance box (101);
the elastic sheet (112) is arranged on the fixed support (110), and the rotating rod (150) is pressed in the second sliding groove (121) by the elastic sheet (112);
the second chute (121) comprises a first sub-chute (1211), a second sub-chute (1212), and a V-shaped groove (1213); the bottom end of the first sub-groove (1211) is communicated with the bottom end of the second sub-groove (1212), and the communication position is the second position; the V-shaped groove (1213) is arranged between the top end of the first sub-groove (1211) and the top end of the second sub-groove (1212), two ends of the V-shaped groove (1213) are respectively communicated with the first sub-groove (1211) and the second sub-groove (1212), and the bottom of the V-shaped groove (1213) is the first position; a first stopping wall (1214) is arranged above the second position, and the first stopping wall (1214) can control the rotating rod (150) to move along the first sub-groove (1211) from the second position; a second stopper wall (1215) is provided below the roof of the first sub-slot (1211), the second stopper wall (1215) being capable of controlling the movement of the lever (150) from the top end of the first sub-slot (1211) to the first position in the V-shaped slot (1213); a third stopping wall (1216) is arranged at one side of the first position close to the first sub-groove (1211), and the third stopping wall (1216) can control the rotating rod (150) to move from the first position to the groove top of the second sub-groove (1212); a fourth stopping wall (1217) is arranged on one side, close to the V-shaped groove (1213), of the top of the second sub-groove (1212), and the fourth stopping wall (1217) can control the rotating rod (150) to slide along the second sub-groove (1212) from the top of the second sub-groove (1212) to the second position;
a side plate (113) is arranged on one side of the fixed support (110) along the first direction, and the first sliding groove (111) is arranged on the side plate (113); a first fixing pin (114) is arranged at the top of the fixing bracket (110), and one end of the elastic piece (140) is fixed on the first fixing pin (114); a first mounting hole (115) is formed in the bottom end of the fixed support (110), and one end of the rotating rod (150) is inserted into the first mounting hole (115); a third sliding groove (116) is formed in the fixed support (110), and the sliding block (120) is connected to the third sliding groove (116) in a sliding mode;
the top of the rotating hook (130) is provided with a clamping head (132) extending towards the fragrance box (101), and the clamping head (132) is used for pressing the fragrance box (101); a bolt (133) is arranged on one side of the rotating hook (130) along the first direction, and the bolt (133) is matched with the first sliding groove (111);
an annular boss (1011) is arranged on the periphery of the fragrance box (101); one side, closer to the top of the fragrance box (101), of the annular boss (1011) along the second direction is provided with a clamping plane (1012), and the clamping plane (1012) is used for being clamped with the rotating clamping hook (130); the side, far away from the top of the fragrance box (101), of the annular boss (1011) along the second direction is provided with a positioning inclined plane (1013), and the positioning inclined plane (1013) is used for positioning the fragrance box (101) on the sliding block (120);
the rotating rod (150) is U-shaped and comprises two opposite ends, one end of each of the two opposite ends is rotatably connected with the fixing support (110), and the other end of each of the two opposite ends is matched with the second sliding groove (121).
2. The fragrance box holding apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the bottom end of the holding bracket (110) is provided with a holder block (117) for holding the rotating bar (150).
3. The fragrance box fixing device according to claim 1, wherein the top of the sliding block (120) is provided with a second fixing pin (122), and the other end of the elastic member (140) is fixed on the second fixing pin (122);
a third fixing pin (123) is arranged on one side of the sliding block (120) along the first direction, a second mounting hole (131) is formed in one end of the rotating hook (130), and the third fixing pin (123) is inserted into the second mounting hole (131) so that the rotating hook (130) is rotatably connected with the sliding block (120);
one side of the sliding block (120) close to the fragrance box (101) is provided with an arc-shaped surface (124), and the arc-shaped surface (124) is attached to the outer wall of the fragrance box (101).
4. An on-board fragrance generator comprising the fragrance cartridge holding apparatus of any one of claims 1-3, further comprising:
a housing (210), a plurality of fragrance compartments (211) being formed in the housing (210); the fragrance box fixing device is arranged in each fragrance cell (211), a fragrance box (101) is inserted into the fragrance box fixing device, and fragrance penetrating holes (2111) are formed in the fragrance cells (211);
the door body assembly (220) is arranged on the fragrance permeating hole (2111);
the rotating shaft (230) is arranged in the shell (210) and is connected with a driving device (231), and the rotating shaft (230) is driven by the driving device (231) to rotate;
the cams (240) are arranged on the rotating shaft (230) at intervals and used for pushing the door body assembly (220) to enable the door body assembly (220) to open or close the fragrance permeating holes (2111), and the rotating shaft (230) rotates to different angles to drive different cams (240) to push corresponding door body assemblies (220) so as to realize the switching of fragrance;
and the air blowing device (250) is used for blowing out the aroma in the aroma cell (211).
5. The vehicle-mounted fragrance generator according to claim 4, wherein the door body assembly (220) penetrates through two ends of the fragrance grid (211), and an avoiding opening (222) for avoiding the fragrance box (101) is formed in the door body assembly (220).
