Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of composite material pipeline connection, and particularly relates to a connecting joint and a method for preventing a fabric reinforced plastic hose from air leakage and water leakage. The invention adopts plastic membranes such as PU, PVC and the like as a central connecting body, then adopts a mode of hot pressing fusion of a high frequency machine and spray coating of polyurea coatings to connect the central connecting body and the fabric reinforced plastic hose, and obtains the connecting joint for preventing the fabric reinforced plastic hose from air leakage and water leakage.

Background

Inflatable tents, temporary dwellings, inflatable mosquito nets, inflatable boats, inflatable flying bodies, inflatable helmets, military tents, disaster commanders, inflatable rods, beach inflatable sofas, and the like are indispensable equipment for outdoor activities. The frequent quality problems of inflatable tents, inflatable boats and the like are air leakage, and the parts which are most prone to air leakage are splicing connection points, in particular to inflatable soft support rods which play a supporting role. The traditional inflatable soft supporting rod is usually made of airtight cloth or PU and other polymer materials, and the middle joint of the inflatable soft supporting rod is welded and sealed by a high-frequency machine, wherein the high-frequency machine adopts the working principle that high-frequency electromagnetic fields are utilized to enable the molecules in a processed product to violently collide with each other to generate high temperature, so that the purposes of welding and fusion are achieved under the action of mechanical pressure and a mold, but the mold starts to loosen when the high-frequency machine is started for a long time, so that the pressure is uneven, the heat is not uniformly transmitted, and further the air leakage phenomenon exists.
The fabric reinforced plastic hose is composed of a fabric reinforced layer and a liner, the liner is a plastic layer, the plastic hose can be divided into a water delivery fabric reinforced plastic hose, a compressed air fabric reinforced plastic hose and the like according to different inner storage objects, the hoses are connected by a stop valve, the stop valve is overweight in self weight and overlarge in volume, the application of the stop valve in outdoor inflatable articles is greatly limited, more fire hoses are connected, and the stop valve cannot effectively prevent air leakage.
How to overcome the air leakage and water leakage at the middle joint of the soft support rod of the inflatable product or the joint between the fabric reinforced plastic hoses is a difficult point and a key point of the research in the field of the current outdoor products.
Disclosure of Invention
To overcome the disadvantages and shortcomings of the prior art, it is a primary object of the present invention to provide a connection method for preventing air leakage and water leakage of a fabric reinforced plastic hose.

a connection method for preventing air leakage and water leakage of a fabric reinforced plastic hose comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a central connector: cutting the plastic membranes according to the shapes of the connecting pieces, then respectively placing the two cut plastic membranes on an upper die and a lower die of a high-frequency machine, and welding the outer peripheral edges of the two plastic membranes together by utilizing the hot-pressing fusion of the high-frequency machine to obtain a central connecting body, wherein the central connecting body is used for not performing the hot-pressing fusion on an interface connected with the fabric reinforced plastic hose;
(2) connecting the fabric reinforced plastic hose with the central connecting body prepared in the step (1), wherein a lining part (plastic part) at one end of the fabric reinforced plastic hose and an interface part of the central connecting body are overlapped and sleeved to form a hollow tube cavity; then, utilizing the hot-pressing fusion of a high-frequency machine table to weld and fuse the overlapped sleeved parts together, thereby completing the primary connection of the fabric reinforced plastic hose and the central connecting body;
(3) spraying polyurea coatings on the whole central connector, the superposed sleeved part of the fabric reinforced plastic hose and the central connector and the vicinity of the superposed sleeved part, so as to complete the connection of the fabric reinforced plastic hose and the central connector and form a connection joint for preventing the fabric reinforced plastic hose from leaking air and water;
the plastic membrane in the step (1) is a PU membrane or a PVC membrane;
the thickness of the plastic film in the step (1) is preferably more than 0.001 mm;
the connecting pieces in the step (1) can be in the shape of a straight line, a cross, a T, an L, a six-limb frame, an eight-limb frame and other connecting pieces with different shapes;
the lining of the fabric reinforced plastic hose in the step (2) is PU or PVC, and the outer layer is a fabric reinforced layer;
the thickness of the inner lining of the fabric reinforced plastic hose in the step (2) is preferably more than 0.001 mm;

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples and drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
Example 1
(1) Preparing a central connector: cutting a PU membrane with the thickness of 0.5mm according to the shape of a cross connecting piece, then respectively placing two cut plastic membranes on an upper die and a lower die of a high-frequency machine, and welding and fusing the outer peripheral edges of the two plastic membranes together by utilizing the hot-pressing fusion of the high-frequency machine (the hot-pressing fusion time is 8s) according to a conventional method to obtain a central connecting body, wherein the central connecting body is used for not performing the hot-pressing fusion on four interfaces connected with a fabric reinforced plastic hose;
(2) taking four fabric reinforced plastic hoses, wherein the inner lining of each hose is a PU (polyurethane) pipe (the thickness of the pipe wall is 0.5mm), and the outer sleeve is a fabric reinforced layer (woven fabrics of terylene, nylon and the like); removing the outer sleeve with the length of about 10cm from one end of the hose connected with the central connector, overlapping and sleeving the exposed PU pipe with the four interfaces of the central connector prepared in the step (1), and forming a hollow pipe cavity in the middle; then, utilizing the hot-pressing fusion of a high-frequency machine (the specific method is the same as the step (1)), so that the overlapped sleeved parts are welded and fused together, and further finishing the primary connection of the fabric reinforced plastic hose and the central connecting body;
(3) and (3) spraying LINE X polyurea coating with the thickness of 1.0mm on the whole central connector, the superposed sleeved part of the fabric reinforced plastic hose and the central connector and a part of 30cm close to the superposed sleeved part, and further completing the connection of the fabric reinforced plastic hose and the central connector to form a connection joint for preventing the fabric reinforced plastic hose from leaking air and water. (2) taking four fabric reinforced plastic hoses, wherein the inner lining of each hose is a PU (polyurethane) pipe (the thickness of the pipe wall is 0.5mm), and the outer sleeve is a fabric reinforced layer (nylon braided fabric); removing the outer sleeve with the length of about 8cm from one end of the hose connected with the central connector, overlapping and sleeving the exposed PU pipe with the four interfaces of the central connector prepared in the step (1), and forming a hollow pipe cavity in the middle; then, utilizing the hot-pressing fusion of a high-frequency machine (the specific method is the same as the step (1)), so that the overlapped sleeved parts are welded and fused together, and further finishing the primary connection of the fabric reinforced plastic hose and the central connecting body;
(3) the whole central connector, the superposed sleeved part of the fabric reinforced plastic hose and the central connector and a part 20cm close to the superposed sleeved part are sprayed with LINE X polyurea coating, the thickness is 0.5mm, and then the connection of the fabric reinforced plastic hose and the central connector is completed, so that a connection joint for preventing the fabric reinforced plastic hose from leaking air and water is formed;
(4) and (4) further processing the product prepared in the step (3) according to a conventional method, and inflating to obtain the inflatable soft supporting rod for the inflatable tent, wherein the inflatable soft supporting rod can last for more than 3 months after being inflated, and the pressure can reach more than 130 psi.
Example 3

(2) taking four fabric reinforced plastic hoses, wherein the inner lining of each hose is a PU (polyurethane) pipe (the thickness of the pipe wall is 0.5mm), and the outer sleeve is a fabric reinforced layer (nylon braided fabric); removing the outer sleeve with the length of about 15cm from one end of the hose connected with the central connector, overlapping and sleeving the exposed PU pipe with the four interfaces of the central connector prepared in the step (1), and forming a hollow pipe cavity in the middle; then, utilizing the hot-pressing fusion of a high-frequency machine (the specific method is the same as the step (1)), so that the overlapped sleeved parts are welded and fused together, and further finishing the primary connection of the fabric reinforced plastic hose and the central connecting body;
(3) the whole central connector, the superposed sleeved part of the fabric reinforced plastic hose and the central connector and a part 15cm near the superposed sleeved part are sprayed with LINE X polyurea coating, the thickness is 2.0mm, and then the connection of the fabric reinforced plastic hose and the central connector is completed, so that a connection joint for preventing the fabric reinforced plastic hose from leaking air and water is formed;
(4) and (4) further processing the product prepared in the step (3) according to a conventional method, and inflating to obtain the inflatable soft supporting rod for the inflatable tent, wherein the inflatable soft supporting rod can last for more than 3 months after being inflated, and the pressure can reach more than 130 psi.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be construed as equivalents thereof, and all such changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A connection method for preventing air leakage and water leakage of a fabric reinforced plastic hose is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) preparing a central connector: cutting the plastic membranes according to the shapes of the connecting pieces, then respectively placing the two cut plastic membranes on an upper die and a lower die of a high-frequency machine, and welding the outer peripheral edges of the two plastic membranes together by utilizing the hot-pressing fusion of the high-frequency machine to obtain a central connecting body, wherein the central connecting body is used for not performing the hot-pressing fusion on an interface connected with the fabric reinforced plastic hose;
(2) connecting the fabric reinforced plastic hose with the central connecting body prepared in the step (1), wherein a lining part (plastic part) at one end of the fabric reinforced plastic hose and an interface part of the central connecting body are overlapped and sleeved to form a hollow tube cavity; then, utilizing the hot-pressing fusion of a high-frequency machine table to weld and fuse the overlapped sleeved parts together, thereby completing the primary connection of the fabric reinforced plastic hose and the central connecting body;
(3) and spraying polyurea coating on the whole central connector, the superposed sleeved part of the fabric reinforced plastic hose and the central connector and the vicinity of the superposed sleeved part, so as to complete the connection of the fabric reinforced plastic hose and the central connector and form a connection joint for preventing the fabric reinforced plastic hose from leaking air and water.
2. The connection method for preventing air and water leakage of a fabric reinforced plastic hose according to claim 1, wherein:
the plastic membrane in the step (1) is a PU membrane or a PVC membrane.
3. The connection method for preventing air and water leakage of a fabric reinforced plastic hose according to claim 1, wherein:
the thickness of the plastic film in the step (1) is more than 0.001 mm.
4. The connection method for preventing air and water leakage of a fabric reinforced plastic hose according to claim 1, wherein:
the connecting piece in the step (1) is a connecting piece in the shape of a straight line, a cross, a T, an L, a six-limb frame or an eight-limb frame.
5. The connection method for preventing air and water leakage of a fabric reinforced plastic hose according to claim 1, wherein:
the fabric reinforced plastic material is a composite material with a lining of PU or PVC and an outer layer of a fabric reinforced layer.
6. The connection method for preventing air and water leakage of a fabric reinforced plastic hose according to claim 1, wherein:
the length of the overlapping sleeve in the step (2) is 2-15 cm.
7. The connection method for preventing air and water leakage of a fabric reinforced plastic hose according to claim 1, wherein:
the position near the overlapping sleeving part in the step (3) refers to a position with the length of 3-30 cm near the overlapping sleeving part.
8. A joint for preventing air and water leakage of a fabric reinforced plastic hose, which is prepared by the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. Use of the connection joint for preventing air leakage and water leakage of a fabric reinforced plastic hose according to claim 8 for transporting and storing water and air.
10. Use of the connection fitting of claim 8 for preventing air and water leakage in a fabric reinforced plastic hose in the field of outdoor product preparation.
