As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the device for preventing uniform coating of battery slurry according to the present invention comprises a support 1, a speed reducer 2, a first three-roller mechanism 3, a second three-roller mechanism 7, a stepping motor 4, a cylinder 5, a slurry filter 6, a power control system 8, a slurry coating tank 10, and a slurry coating collecting tank 13 disposed above one side surface of the slurry coating tank 10 for containing slurry, wherein a slurry outlet hole 1001 is disposed at a corresponding position on the slurry coating collecting tank 13 of the slurry coating tank 10, a liquid outlet pipe 14 is sleeved in the liquid outlet hole 1001, and a slurry connecting pipe 12, wherein one end of the slurry connecting pipe 12 is connected to the slurry filter 6, and the other end is communicated with the liquid outlet hole 1001 in the slurry coating collecting tank 13 of the slurry coating tank 10; a slurry splashing prevention mechanism and a slurry uniform coating device are arranged on a slurry coating tank 10; the slurry splashing prevention mechanism comprises a splashing prevention device, and the splashing prevention device is correspondingly arranged on a liquid outlet pipe 14 at the outlet of a liquid outlet pipe hole 1001 in a slurry coating and collecting tank 13 on a slurry coating tank 10; the splash-proof device comprises a movable splash-proof device and a fixed splash-proof device; the slurry liquid uniform coating device is movably arranged at a corresponding position above a slurry liquid coating and collecting tank 13 on one side surface of the slurry liquid coating tank 10 for containing the battery slurry liquid.
The movable splash guard is adopted by the splash guard device; as shown in fig. 4-6, the movable splash guard comprises a liquid outlet pipe 14 and an automatic splash guard part 11A; one end of the liquid outlet pipe 14 is connected to the slurry liquid coating and collecting tank 13 above one side surface of the slurry liquid containing tank 10 from the liquid outlet pipe hole 1001 on the slurry liquid coating tank 10, and the other end is connected and communicated with the slurry liquid connecting pipe 12; the automatic splashing prevention part 11A is correspondingly arranged at the outlet end part of a liquid outlet pipe 14 of a slurry coating and collecting pool 13 positioned above the slurry coating groove 10.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the automatic anti-splashing portion 11A of the device for uniformly coating the battery slurry according to the present invention includes a cover plate 1101A and an automatic open/close device, the automatic open/close device is disposed on the outer wall surface of the periphery of the slurry outlet end of the slurry connecting pipe 12 in the slurry coating collecting tank 13 above the slurry coating tank 10, and the cover plate 1101A is movably disposed above the automatic open/close device at the slurry outlet end of the slurry connecting pipe 12, and the cover plate 1101A is controlled to open and close by the automatic open/close device. Namely, the automatic opener is an automatically controlled opener which is controlled by electricity, and the automatic opener is controlled by an electric signal to control the opening and closing of the cover plate 1101A of the outlet pipe 14 on the outlet end of the outlet pipe 14 on the slurry coating collecting pool 13 of the slurry coating tank 10.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, the uniform slurry coating device includes a movable slurry stirrer 9 and a power connection line, one end of the power connection line is connected to a synchronous micromotor 901 of the movable slurry stirrer 9, and the other end of the power connection line is connected to a power supply of a power control system 8, that is, the power control system 8 supplies power to the synchronous micromotor 901 through power connection; the movable slurry stirrer 9 comprises a synchronous micromotor 901, a stirring shaft 902 and a stirring claw 903, wherein one end of the stirring shaft 902 is connected with the synchronous micromotor 901, and the other end of the stirring shaft is connected with the stirring claw 903; the stirring claw 903 can be arranged in the slurry liquid coating and collecting pool 13 on the slurry liquid coating tank 10, and the synchronous motor 901 of the movable slurry stirrer 9 is connected with the power supply control system 8 through a power supply connecting wire 15; the stirring claw 903 is of a hollow arc-shaped structure with an inner cavity. The slurry stirrer 9 arranged on the slurry coating tank 10 can move left and right along one side of the slurry coating tank 10 above the slurry coating tank 10, so that the slurry in the slurry coating and collecting tank 13 can be stirred and mixed uniformly. The slurry liquid in the slurry liquid coating and collecting tank 13 is fully stirred and mixed, so that the slurry liquid can be uniformly coated on the G1 workpiece.

Example 2
As shown in fig. 4, 5 and 7, the battery slurry anti-splashing uniform coating device disclosed by the invention adopts another movable anti-splashing device; when the automatic opening and closing device adopts the silica gel elastic member 1102A or the spring elastic member 1102A ', the silica gel elastic member 1102A or the spring elastic member 1102A ' is sleeved on the upper part of the bottom plate surface of the slurry coating and collecting tank 13 of the slurry coating tank 10 of the liquid outlet pipe 14, the cover plate 1101A is arranged on the upper part of the outlet end of the liquid outlet pipe 14, the silica gel elastic member 1102A or the spring elastic member 1102A ' is correspondingly linked with the cover plate 1101A, when the slurry pump works, because a certain working internal pressure exists in the slurry pump, under the action of the working internal pressure, the cover plate 1101A is washed open, the slurry is output from the liquid outlet pipe 14 and flows into the slurry coating and collecting tank 13 of the slurry coating tank 10, and the working internal pressure in the slurry pump is controlled to be larger than the elastic force of the silica gel elastic member 1102A or the spring elastic member 1102A ', namely the elastic force of the silica gel elastic member a or the spring elastic member 1102A ' is controlled to be smaller than the internal pressure in the slurry pump when, so as to ensure the outflow of the slurry liquid. When the power supply slurry pump is turned off to stop conveying the slurry liquid into the slurry liquid coating and collecting tank 13 of the slurry liquid coating tank 10, the impact force of the slurry liquid of the slurry pump on the cover plate 1101A disappears, and the cover plate 1101A covers the outlet end of the liquid outlet pipe 14 under the elastic force of the silica gel elastic piece 1102A or the spring elastic piece 1102A', so that the prevention of the splashing of the battery slurry liquid is realized.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 8-10, the battery slurry anti-splashing uniform coating device disclosed by the invention adopts a fixed anti-splashing device; the fixed splash preventer comprises a liquid baffle plate groove 11B, an upper side wall plate 1101B, a lower side wall plate 1102B, a circular clamping groove 1103B and a fastening screw 1104B, wherein the liquid baffle plate groove is of a cuboid structure, and the middle part of the cuboid structure is provided with a step-shaped clamping groove 1105B; the circular clamping groove 1103B and the fastening screw 1104B are arranged at corresponding positions on the lower side wall plate 1102B; the shape of the circular groove 1103B is correspondingly matched with the shape of the feed liquid connecting pipe 12; the stepped clamping groove 1105B is fixedly clamped on the slurry coating groove 10 at the position of the slurry coating groove 10 connected with the slurry connecting pipe 12 through a fastening screw 1104B; namely, a liquid baffle plate groove 11B with a cuboid structure is fixed and a splash-proof device is sleeved on a slurry coating groove 10 of a slurry coating groove 10 connecting pipe 12 and a liquid outlet pipe 14, and one end of the connecting pipe 12 is connected with the liquid outlet pipe 14. Thus, when the slurry pump works, a certain working internal pressure exists in the slurry pump, and under the action of the working internal pressure, when the battery slurry liquid is flushed out from the liquid outlet pipe 14, the flowing-out battery slurry liquid flows into the slurry liquid coating and collecting tank 13 of the slurry liquid coating tank 10 under the action of the upper side wall plate 1101B of the liquid baffle plate groove 11B, and cannot be splashed onto the body of an operator or other parts, so that the transportation of the battery slurry liquid is ensured.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 11-12, the battery slurry anti-splashing uniform coating device adopts another fixed anti-splashing device, the fixed anti-splashing device is an arc-shaped or semi-arc-shaped flat injection pipe 11C, one end of the flat injection pipe 11C is connected to the outlet end of the liquid outlet pipe 14, the outlet 1102C at the other end is of a flat open structure, the central axis of the outlet 1102C is parallel to the bottom plate surface of the slurry coating and collecting tank 13 of the slurry coating tank 10, and the outlet faces the first three-roller mechanism 3 and the second three-roller mechanism 7; namely, the arc-shaped or semi-arc-shaped flat injection pipe 11C is of a vertical structure, the discharge port 1102C is in a flat opening shape and is injected towards the first three-roller mechanism 3 and the second three-roller mechanism 7, the width of the opening of the flat discharge port 1102C is controlled to be 2-3 times of the diameter of the flat injection pipe 11C, and the vertical height of the opening in the radial direction is controlled to be 0.4-0.5 time of the diameter of the flat injection pipe 11C, so that battery slurry ejected by the discharge pump cannot be too large due to internal pressure, and the slurry can be sprayed onto an operator. The aim of preventing the battery slurry from splashing is also fulfilled.
The working principle and the working process of the battery slurry anti-splashing uniform coating device disclosed by the invention are as follows: after a power control system 8 of the battery slurry anti-splashing uniform coating device is powered on, when the coating device coats a G1 workpiece to be processed, a stepping motor 4 drives a speed reducer 2, an air cylinder 5, a first three-roller mechanism 3 and a second three-roller mechanism 7 to work, and after being filtered by a slurry filter 6, battery slurry is conveyed into a slurry coating and collecting tank 13 above one side surface of a slurry coating tank 10 for containing slurry through components of a slurry anti-splashing mechanism such as a slurry connecting pipe 12, a liquid outlet pipe 14, a cover plate 1101A and the like; then, the movable slurry stirrer 9 arranged above the slurry coating tank 10 is communicated with the power control system 8 through a power connection line for power supply operation, when battery slurry enters the slurry coating and collecting tank 13, the movable slurry stirrer 9 can also move back and forth along one side edge of the slurry coating tank 10, the stirring claw 903 is driven by the synchronous micro-motor 901 through the stirring shaft 902 to continuously and uniformly stir the battery slurry in the slurry coating and collecting tank 13, and a workpiece to be added, namely a G1 workpiece, foams the battery slurry through the first three-roller mechanism 3, the second three-roller mechanism 7 and other coaters, so that the battery slurry of the G1 workpiece is uniformly coated. Thereby ensuring the quality of the processed product G1 workpiece.

A battery slurry anti-splashing uniform coating device comprises a support (1), a speed reducer (2) arranged on the support (1), a first three-roller mechanism (3), a stepping motor (4) and a second three-roller mechanism (7), a slurry filter (6), a power control system (8), a slurry coating tank (10) and a slurry coating tank (10) are arranged above one side face containing slurry, a slurry coating collecting pool (13) is arranged above the slurry coating collecting pool (13) of the slurry coating tank (10), a liquid outlet pipe hole (1001) is formed in the corresponding position on the slurry coating collecting pool (13) of the slurry coating tank (10), a slurry connecting pipe (12), a liquid outlet pipe (14) is clamped in the liquid outlet pipe hole (1001), one end of the slurry connecting pipe (12) is connected to the slurry filter (6), and the other end of the slurry connecting pipe (14) is communicated with the liquid outlet pipe hole (1001) in the slurry coating collecting pool (13) on the slurry coating tank (10), the device is characterized in that a slurry liquid splashing prevention mechanism and a slurry liquid uniform coating device are arranged on a slurry liquid coating groove (10); the slurry splashing prevention mechanism comprises a splashing prevention device, and the splashing prevention device is correspondingly arranged at the outlet of a liquid outlet pipe (14) of a liquid outlet pipe hole (1001) in a slurry coating and collecting tank (13) on a slurry coating groove (10); the splash-proof device comprises a movable splash-proof device and a fixed splash-proof device.

The battery slurry anti-splashing uniform coating device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the movable anti-splashing device comprises a liquid outlet pipe (14), an automatic anti-splashing part (11A); one end of the liquid outlet pipe (14) is connected with a slurry liquid coating and collecting pool (13) above one side surface of slurry containing liquid of the slurry liquid coating tank (10) from a liquid outlet pipe hole (1001) on the slurry liquid coating tank (10), and the other end of the liquid outlet pipe is connected and communicated with a slurry liquid connecting pipe (12); the automatic splashing prevention part (11A) is correspondingly arranged at the outlet end part of a liquid outlet pipe (14) of the slurry liquid coating and collecting pool (13) above the slurry liquid coating groove (10).

The battery slurry anti-splashing uniform coating device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixed anti-splashing device comprises a liquid baffle plate groove (11B) which is of a rectangular parallelepiped structure in appearance and is provided with a stepped clamping groove (1105B) in the middle of the rectangular parallelepiped structure, an upper side wall plate (1101B), a lower side wall plate (1102B), a circular clamping groove (1103B), and a fastening screw (1104B); the round clamping groove (1103B) and the fastening screw (1104B) are arranged at corresponding positions of the lower side wall plate (1102B); the clamping groove-shaped structure of the circular clamping groove (1103B) is correspondingly matched with the appearance structure of the slurry liquid connecting pipe (12); the stepped clamping groove (1105B) is clamped on the slurry coating groove (10) at the position of the slurry coating groove (10) connected with the slurry connecting pipe (12) through a fastening screw (1104B).

The battery slurry anti-splashing uniform coating device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the battery slurry uniform coating device comprises a movable slurry stirrer (9) and a power supply connecting wire, the movable slurry stirrer (9) comprises a synchronous micromotor (901), a stirring shaft (902) and a stirring claw (903), one end of the stirring shaft (902) is connected to the synchronous micromotor (901), and the other end of the stirring shaft is connected to the stirring claw (903); the stirring claw (903) can be placed in the slurry liquid coating and collecting pool (13) on the slurry liquid coating tank (10), and a synchronous motor (901) of the movable slurry stirrer (9) is connected with a power supply control system (8) through a power supply connecting line (15).

The battery slurry anti-splashing uniform coating device according to claim 1, wherein the fixed anti-splashing device is an arc-shaped or semi-arc-shaped flat injection pipe (11C), one end of the flat injection pipe (11C) is connected to the outlet end of the liquid outlet pipe (14), the outlet (1102C) at the other end is of a flat open-type structure, the central axis of the outlet (1102C) is parallel to the bottom plate surface of the slurry coating and collecting tank (13) of the slurry coating tank (10), and the outlet faces the direction of the first three-roller mechanism (3) and the second three-roller mechanism (7); the opening width of the flat discharge port (1102C) is controlled to be 2-3 times of the diameter of the flat injection pipe (11C), and the vertical height in the radial direction is controlled to be 0.4-0.5 time of the diameter of the flat injection pipe (11C).
