Background
The massage bathtub is gradually entered into the public as high-end bathroom equipment, the massage bathtub plays a massage role by spraying water flow mixed with air through the bathtub spray head, and the bathtub spray head is an important component of the massage bathtub. At present, the mounting mode of bathtub shower nozzle does: after the bathtub wall is punched, the nozzle and the gasket are placed on the inner side of the bathtub wall, then the nozzle is fixed on the bathtub wall by using the nut from the outer side of the bathtub wall through the threads on the nozzle, and then the tightness of the nut is adjusted by using a torsion machine, so that the installation is completed. The installation efficiency is low by adopting the threaded installation mode; the bathtub wall can be damaged in the installation process by adopting an axial fastening mode; meanwhile, due to the fact that the thread is adopted for installation, the nut is loosened after long-term use, and water leakage of the bathtub is caused.
In the prior art, there is also an improvement for the above installation method, for example, chinese patent CN209613338U discloses a leakproof sealed bathtub nozzle, which is installed on a throat opening on the wall surface of a bathtub, the bathtub nozzle includes a nozzle body located on the outer side wall of the bathtub, the bottom end surface of the nozzle body is provided with a spout communicated with the inside of the bathtub, the peripheral edge of the spout is provided with a limiting seat, and the limiting seat is attached to the peripheral edge of the throat opening on the wall surface of the bathtub; the outer side part of the nozzle body is sleeved with a sealing ring, the bottom edge of the sealing ring is tightly attached to the limiting seat, and the upper side of the sealing ring is of an open structure; the shower nozzle body has connect the thread bush soon, and thread bush bottom is provided with the open extrusion circle of embedding sealing washer upside, through rotatory thread bush downstream, and the external diameter of sealing washer is propped greatly to the extrusion circle, makes the sealing washer closely be connected with the water throat mouth of bathtub wall. Although the bathtub spray head in the patent is improved to a certain extent in the existing installation mode, the spray head structure in the patent adopts a threaded structure matched with a spherical surface to fix the spray head on a water throat opening in a radial fastening mode, and although the purpose of facilitating operation and maintenance is achieved by using threads, the fixing mode is low in assembly efficiency and poor in fastening effect; and the nozzle can slightly rotate in the using process, and the slight rotation can lead to the loosening of threaded connection after accumulating to a certain degree, thus leading to water leakage of the water throat.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a threadless massage bathtub nozzle with good sealing performance, high assembly efficiency, low manufacturing cost and good practicability and an installation method thereof.
The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:
a threadless massage bathtub nozzle is arranged at the water throat of the massage bathtub wall and comprises a nozzle body and a sealing ring; the spray head body and the sealing ring are both of a thread-free type; the spray head body is provided with a cylindrical surface; the inner edge of the sealing ring is matched with the cylindrical surface, and the sealing ring is sleeved on the cylindrical surface; the inner wall and the outer wall of the sealing ring are respectively connected with the cylindrical surface and the water throat opening in an interference fit mode, and the nozzle body is fixed on the water throat opening along the radial direction.
Preferably, the nozzle body is provided with a first limiting block and a second limiting block for limiting the sealing ring; the first limiting block and the second limiting block are respectively arranged at two ends of the cylindrical surface.
More preferably, the inner edge of the first limiting block is provided with an arc surface; the joint of the sealing ring and the first limiting block is provided with another cambered surface matched with the cambered surface; the sealing ring is tightly attached to the first limiting block.
Preferably, the inner wall of the sealing ring is provided with a guide inclined plane.
Preferably, the outer wall of the sealing ring is provided with a chamfer surface for facilitating the installation of the sealing ring.
Preferably, the sealing ring is provided with a sealing ring limiting table; the sprayer body is provided with a sprayer limiting table which is arranged at the head end of the sprayer body; one end of the sealing ring limit table is tightly attached to the wall of the massage bathtub, and the other end of the sealing ring limit table is tightly attached to the spray head limit table.
Preferably, the nozzle body is provided with a wing plate for facilitating the installation of the nozzle; the wing plate is arranged at the tail end of the spray head body.

Preferably, the sealing ring is made of rubber.
A method of installing a threadless whirlpool nozzle as claimed in any preceding claim, comprising:
step 1: punching holes on the wall of the massage bathtub;
step 2: installing a sealing ring in the hole, wherein a sealing ring limiting table is tightly attached to the inner wall of the massage bathtub;
and step 3: the tail end of the nozzle body extends into the hole until the sealing ring is connected with the smooth cylindrical surface;
and 4, step 4: through pulling the wing plate, the spray head body and the sealing ring move relatively until the spray head limiting table is tightly attached to the sealing ring limiting table, and the installation of the bathtub spray head is completed.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
firstly, the leakproofness is good: the sealing ring of the massage bathtub spray head adopts a radial fastening mode, and the sealing matching surface is a cylindrical surface structure, so that the matching area is large, the sealing effect is good, and the water leakage of the bathtub spray head is effectively avoided.
Secondly, the assembly efficiency is high: the massage bathtub nozzle simplifies the structure of the existing nozzle, the whole nozzle structure only comprises the nozzle body and the sealing ring, and the wing plate convenient to assemble is arranged, so that an assembler can directly lock the bathtub nozzle through the wing plate, and the assembly efficiency is greatly improved.
Thirdly, the manufacturing cost is low: the massage bathtub nozzle has the advantages that the thread characteristic is removed, the complexity of a mold is simplified, the number of parts is reduced to two, and the manufacturing cost is effectively reduced.
Fourthly, the practicability is good: according to the massage bathtub nozzle, the smooth cylindrical surface is arranged at the connecting part of the sealing ring and the nozzle body, the nozzle base can be rotated to perform angle fine adjustment after the nozzle is installed, the sealing performance is not influenced, and the practicability of the massage bathtub is improved.
