Abstract
The invention relates to a threadless massage bathtub spray head and an installation method thereof, wherein the bathtub spray head is installed at a water throat of a massage bathtub wall and comprises a spray head body and a sealing ring, the spray head body and the sealing ring are both threadless, the spray head body is provided with a cylindrical surface, the inner edge of the sealing ring is matched with the cylindrical surface, the sealing ring is sleeved on the cylindrical surface, the inner wall and the outer wall of the sealing ring are respectively connected with the cylindrical surface and the water throat in an interference fit manner, and the spray head body is radially fixed on the water throat. The installation method of the bathtub spray head comprises the following steps: punching holes on the wall of the massage bathtub; installing a sealing ring in the hole, wherein a sealing ring limiting table is tightly attached to the inner wall of the massage bathtub; the tail end of the nozzle body extends into the hole until the sealing ring is connected with the smooth cylindrical surface; through pulling the wing plate, the nozzle body and the sealing ring move relatively until the nozzle limiting table is tightly attached to the sealing ring limiting table. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of good sealing performance, high assembly efficiency, low manufacturing cost, good practicability and the like.

Preferably, the nozzle body is provided with a first limiting block and a second limiting block for limiting the sealing ring; the first limiting block and the second limiting block are respectively arranged at two ends of the cylindrical surface.
More preferably, the inner edge of the first limiting block is provided with an arc surface; the joint of the sealing ring and the first limiting block is provided with another cambered surface matched with the cambered surface; the sealing ring is tightly attached to the first limiting block.
Preferably, the inner wall of the sealing ring is provided with a guide inclined plane.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
firstly, the leakproofness is good: the sealing ring of the massage bathtub spray head adopts a radial fastening mode, and the sealing matching surface is a cylindrical surface structure, so that the matching area is large, the sealing effect is good, and the water leakage of the bathtub spray head is effectively avoided.

and step 3: the tail end of the nozzle body extends into the hole until the sealing ring is connected with the smooth cylindrical surface;
