10. A method of operating a stirring apparatus for quartz ceramic roll processing using a stirring apparatus for quartz ceramic roll processing according to claim 8, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) the heater (27) is started to heat the interior of the first stirring cylinder (21), the temperature sensor (28) monitors the temperature of the first stirring cylinder, the working power of the heater (27) is adjusted through the control panel (14), the temperature of the interior of the first stirring cylinder (21) is kept at 35-55 ℃, solid raw materials for processing the quartz ceramic roller are added through the feed hopper (211), the first motor (22) drives the first stirring shaft (23) to rotate, the raw materials are stirred by the spiral stirring blade (24) and are conveyed to the first discharge hole (213) to enter the second stirring cylinder (31);
(2) the lower stirring motor (331) is started to drive the lower stirring rod (333) and the lower stirring plate (334) to stir the raw material at the lower part in the second stirring cylinder (31), the upper stirring motor (321) is started along with the increase of the material to drive the upper stirring rod (323) and the upper stirring plate (324) to stir the raw material at the upper part in the second stirring cylinder (31), in order to improve the stirring efficiency, the rotation direction of the upper stirring shaft (322) is opposite to that of the lower stirring shaft (332), and in the stirring process, water and liquid auxiliaries with proper proportion are added from the water inlet (312) for multiple times, so that the solid raw material is made into slurry;
(3) after the stirring is finished, the cover body (316) is opened, and the obtained slurry is discharged through a second discharge hole (313).
