in the process, the chemical reactions of the waste gas in the processes of the first leaching and the second leaching are SO2+ H2O → H2SO 3; CaCO3+ H2SO3 → CaSO3+ CO2+ H2O;
the following is a specific process of the off-gas leaching:
the liquid pump 8 continuously presses the desulfurizer liquid 12 stored at the bottom of the inner cavity of the desulfurizer shell 50 into the desulfurizer distributing cavity 3 through the liquid guide pipe 7 at a preset power, so that stable internal pressure is formed in the desulfurizer distributing cavity 3, the desulfurizer liquid in the desulfurizer distributing cavity 3 is distributed to each liquid guide channel 34 under the action of hydraulic pressure, and then sulfur dioxide absorbent liquid in each liquid guide channel 34 is obliquely and upwardly ejected from each desulfurizer jet flow injection port 25 at a preset initial speed in a liquid jet flow 36 mode; meanwhile, the motor 22 is controlled to make the umbrella-shaped rotating cover 18 rotate along the self axis, and after the umbrella-shaped rotating cover 18 rotates along the self axis, all the vertical jet flow dispersion columns 19 rotate along the axis of the umbrella-shaped rotating cover 18;
the process of the first leaching is as follows: each vertical jet flow dispersion column 19 can periodically and gradually block the liquid jet flow 36 obliquely upwards sprayed from each desulfurizer jet flow spraying opening 25 in the process of rotating along the axis of the umbrella-shaped rotation cover 18, and the liquid jet flow 36 obliquely upwards sprayed from each desulfurizer jet flow spraying opening 25 can be dispersed into splashed desulfurizer liquid spray after impacting the column wall of each vertical jet flow dispersion column 19, so that the splashed spray can be uniformly formed in the whole conical annular sulfur dioxide absorption channel 17; in the process of the rotation of the umbrella-shaped rotating cover 18, gas rotating rotational flow is formed in the whole conical annular sulfur dioxide absorption channel 17, so that spray in the conical annular sulfur dioxide absorption channel 17 falls spirally, and the falling path of splashing spray is further prolonged; the splashed water splash in the conical annular sulfur dioxide absorption channel 17 finally drops to the upper surface of the drainage umbrella-shaped body 33, then under the action of gravity, the desulfurizer liquid accumulated on the upper surface of the drainage umbrella-shaped body 33 continuously flows downwards to the liquid storage ring groove 32, and then the liquid in the liquid storage ring groove 32 returns to the desulfurizer liquid 12 stored at the bottom of the inner cavity of the desulfurizer shell 50 through the hollow hole 30; the desulfurizer liquid accumulated on the upper surface of the drainage umbrella-shaped body 33 can flow through the upper surfaces of the first annular drainage platform 28.1, the second annular drainage platform 28.2 and the third annular drainage platform 28.3 in the process of continuously flowing downwards, so that a desulfurizer liquid flowing layer is always arranged on the upper surfaces of the first annular drainage platform 28.1, the second annular drainage platform 28.2 and the third annular drainage platform 28.3;
all the first centrifugal splash device 29.1, the second centrifugal splash device 29.2 and the third centrifugal splash device 29.3 are driven by the corresponding vertical jet flow dispersion column 19 to rotate around the axis of the umbrella-shaped rotary cover 18; according to the meshing transmission relationship of each transmission gear 42 and the transmission gear body 27, the first centrifugal splash device 29.1, the second centrifugal splash device 29.2 and the third centrifugal splash device 29.3 all rotate along the axis of the umbrella-shaped rotating cover 18 and simultaneously rotate along the axis of the first centrifugal splash device, so that the centrifugal splash-splashing blades 39 on the first centrifugal splash device 29.1, the second centrifugal splash device 29.2 and the third centrifugal splash device 29.3 respectively splash the desulfurizing agent liquid flowing layer on the upper surfaces of the first annular drainage platform 28.1, the second annular drainage platform 28.2 and the third annular drainage platform 28.3 in a centrifugal splashing mode, so that part of the liquid which is fallen is splashed again, and the density of splashed splash in the conical annular sulfur dioxide absorption channel 17 is continuously increased; the final effect is as follows: the conical annular sulfur dioxide absorption channel 17 is internally provided with splashing water flowers which are continuously filled with disorder and high density and are fully contacted with the waste gas flowing through the conical annular sulfur dioxide absorption channel 17, and the sulfur dioxide in the waste gas is efficiently absorbed, wherein the reaction formula is SO2+ H2O → H2SO 3; CaCO3+ H2SO3 → CaSO3+ CO2+ H2O;
the specific process of the second leaching is as follows: a part of liquid jet 36 obliquely and upwards sprayed from the desulfurizer jet orifice 25 avoids the blockage of each vertical jet dispersion column 19 and finally jets into the jet falling bin 21 and drops into the waste gas washing channel 9 to form washing rain in the waste gas washing channel 9, the washing rain formed in the waste gas washing channel 9 is fully contacted with the waste gas flowing through the waste gas washing channel 9, and the reaction formula is SO2+ H2O → H2SO3, CaCO3+ H2SO3 → CaSO3+ CO2+ H2O; eventually leaking downward as raindrops and returning to the desulfurizer liquid 12 stored at the bottom of the cavity of the desulfurizer housing 50.
